    Went there to get a quick snack with my fiancee while shopping one day. Waited for over half an hour to get our food, just to find out they didnt have the meat we asked for. When we finally got our food, all the portions were small and at wasnt as good as other locations we had been to. While we were waiting for our food, 4 other people were able to order and 2 of them were almost done eating by the time we got ours. Will not be returning to this location

    I have been standing here for 30 minutes now watching them make my two items at a snail's pace. There are approximately 4 people in the dining room. The poor counter worker has already attempted to compensate for our wait with coupons. It has not worked.

    Didn't have quite a few major things on the menu and in the combo meals. Had to substitute for the main burritos with regular tacos. Was told what we could get off the menu very rudly. Out of 5 hard shell tacos we got 4 of the shells were broken. Other than that it was a decent meal.

    This particular Taco Bell in Cumberland was very good. Place was clean, good hot food and friendly service. Probably one of the best taco bells I've been to in years.

    This place was dirty the employees were rude and didn't seem to care about there customers. The kiosk wouldn't work it said she cashier and the cashier was rude and acted like she didn't want to do her job our food was slow coming out and not right we had to send it back I thought maybe it was us but no they was just as rude to the next 3 people that came in. Will not be going back I will drive the Xtra to go.to the taco bell up the road.

    The staff is VERY friendly here, that's why they got 2 stars instead of one. That's not my issue. Unfortunately I simply will not explain to anyone there why they can't charge 2.79 for this and serve it to people for money. I'm not going to debase myself that way, I'll just vote with my feet and go somewhere else. This is what I get every time I spent 15-20 dollars for just myself.

    Everything is good. I just have one complaint. Went through the drive thru and there were 3 workers standing right outside the door at the drive thru smoking. They cant move away from where people are ordering food. I cant tolerate cigarette smoke.

    It's probably management's fault but the portion sizes at this location are insulting for the price of premium menu offerings. A Doritos Locos Taco for $3+ shouldnt have 1 ounce of ground beef.

    I was traveling home & stopped in for a bite, it wasn't busy in the eating area, there were a couple of tables dirty but other than that, it was nice.

    I have been a long time customer of taco bell. This particular location has some of the best customer service, tasting food and atmosphere! We look forward to making this our regular taco bell during our trips to Pittsburgh.

    Stopped and got dinner and live over 15 minutes away get home to not have half my food. Call to talk to someone and no one answered the phone. What a waist of my money!!!

    I used to love Taco Bell but the few times iv visited in the past years the beans are just dry and hard. I don't know if they changed but it seems to me like they just dont add enough water or mix them up enough and its ruined it for me! Please fix this!?!?

    I came to this Taco Bell right around 1 am, and although it said online they were open til 2 am, honestly I thought "There is no way in hell this place is open". Pitch black building, no cars, parking lot is pretty dark. In fact, I already had my order done on the app but I intentionally didn't send it til I checked at the speaker to see if they were open, bc I didn't want to pay fofr stuff if they closed early. That being said.... I thought the workers would have an attitude with me for coming that late. Not even close. The lady at the window was incredibly nice, we received our food within minutes, and it was fresh, hot and made accurately. The store in LaVale MD could learn a thing or 2 from this one, as far as how to treat customers and not slopping together something nasty bc you're upset that a customer came thru 30 mins before close.

    I pulled up to drive-thru, ordered a Supreme Beef Burrito, Nacho Fries and Cinnamon Coffee. Paid at window, received coffee then food a minute or so later. I requested cream and sugar for the coffee. She said they didn't have creamers but threw sugars in the bag. I glanced in the bag and noticed a box. I wondered why but assumed maybe you changed the burrito wrap, so I pulled over to the bigger parking lot next door. I looked in the bag and saw it was a little pizza. The box was not closed properly so 2 of the sugars were laying in the pizza sauce getting mushy. I threw them behind the box, closed the box and went back to the Drive-Thru. She had my order sitting there, I pulled up to get it and asked her if she wanted the other order. Correctly, she said, "no". I went back to the other lot to park & eat. I decided to try the pizza since I had never had one. It was fresh, hot and delicious! I opened the warm cheese and dipped a fry. The fry wasn't even warm; it was "cold". Thought I'd try a fry from the burrito bag. It was ice cold as well. I set them aside to heat up and eat later. Then I tried the burrito. It was not a supreme or a beef. It was steak and had so many beans that I couldn't even taste the very small amount of steak. Plus, it was VERY SMALL compared to any I had ever had. It was more shell than anything else. I have never been so disappointed in Taco Bell. Also, you need to add black olives to your condiments.

    The employees were very friendly! It wasn't busy inside but the drive thru was but they still got my order done and out to me quickly and correctly! The inside was very clean and neat and the bathrooms were also. The computer screen where you order was clean too, so it's nice to see that people are still being vigilant about disinfecting their place of employment, especially since covid and rsv is on the rise in the area. Don't want people to get sick! Parking was plentiful at the time I was there and the lot was clean with no trash. I'm just glad they got my order correct the 1st time lol usually something is wrong or missing, but not this time, so someone must have been doing their job right this time! Overall it's a good place to go and grab a quick bite to eat!

    Somehow this Taco Bell is very nice and has a self-ordering kiosk. We had a large order and they were fairly quick at assembling it.

    It's been a long time since I've been in a Taco Bell.. and man has the price has changed and I don't know if this was correct or not but I ordered four tacos and two burritos the girl making my food was obviously new so I don't know if this is right but she used the same measurement of meat for both of tacos and the burritos and when I asked about it everybody dummied up so I don't know if I'll be going back anytime soon

    Experience on 9/26/22 at around 8:30 pm was horrible. I’m glad we didn’t go through the drive thru late like we normally would. Cashier sounded like it was an annoyance just to take our order. We asked for a meal with chicken chalupas but to substitute seasoned beef for the chicken. Cashier just said ok. We asked about sauces, and we said mild. “Ok”. The okay’s are noted because that made me assume that I’m getting what I requested. When we went to pay we asked if we could add something on, but was told something I never have been told before about no substitutions or add-ons. We would need to go around again to add something. No problem, we just stuck with our original order… Let’s just say I was disappointed rather than what I was actually saying when I got home and began to eat. Chicken! Both chalupas had chicken not the seasoned beef that I wanted. I sure as heck didn’t want chicken! And the sauce packets were HOT not MILD. Now I want to do a review because this is the second time that I paid extra for a substitution and didn’t get it. No receipt! Again!!! The last time I got burned there was no receipt. Now I am convinced that the staff new they didn’t give me what I ordered and knew it, so they neglected to give a receipt. (Which you should always be doing when customers pay with card!) I can’t do the survey online without the receipt because there is no other way to find the store’s identification number. I don’t know if reading and following simple instructions are a requirement for employment at this location or it was the fact that the employees just don’t care because the location is closed tomorrow for renovations. Since the staff and lack of management can’t be bothered, I will just stick to using the kits to make my own or try the LaVale location. The only reason that I gave the 3 stars I did was because prior to this year the service was always excellent. The food is always very good for fast food. Except for the chicken. That chicken is gross. The first bite or two is fine, but then it’s just flavorless and some is rubbery while some turns to mush when sitting in that chalupa sauce.
