Terrible customer service skills.... Food was alright...

By far the friendliest McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Twice in a row. Very kind security guard inside is part of the team, and as helpful. Nice work.

I was in this store eating this evening and a girl came in to file a complaint with the manager about their security guard giving her a hard time and supposedly grabbing her wrist. The security guard instantly got an attitude with the girl and told her he could do whatever he wanted and if she didn't like it. He would call the cops and have her thrown out. Totally unprofessional well then the assistant manager an older lady by the last name of Smith started screaming at the girl saying she was nothing but trouble and a theif and this was her store and she would have her permanently banned from it. Ect. Ect. They did call the cops on the girl but honestly the assistant manager and guard were The ones causing the scene. They had no business talking to anyone the way they did that girl. None at all. It was Honestly the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen in my life. I will not be back. I'll spend my money where the staff actually know how to conduct themselves. Worst mcdonalds experience ever. I'm disgusted.

HORRIBLE AS ALWAYS. WHY ARE THEY STILL OPEN SCREWED MY ORDER UP TWICE. DIDN'T CARE AS USUAL!!! Most unprofessional restaurant 11 years strong!

We used the app to order, but still has to go inside to get the hash brown they left out. I ordered a McMuffin with just bacon and cheese. I received a McMuffin with bacon and egg. Yuck.

After trying to use the bathroom, I decided that I shouldn’t eat in a place with no soap, no towels and filth all over.

Stopped for breakfast for the family. Asked for a few packs of mustard with my $30 order Was told I could get one pack and any other I would have to pay for. Ridiculous. Will not return . After $ 30 I should not have to drive to a market to buy mustard

Downtown McDonald’s is my go to for breakfast! I frequent there often and have never been disappointed. They are always working so hard and do a great job! Something that stood out to me was the nice young woman who takes payments at the first window and how even when there was a breakfast rush, she showed compassion and patience when my card declined at the window and was able to help me get it figured out. Thank you for your kindness this morning!

food is amazing but service is lazy as hell paid $40 for 3 breakfest meals with hot cakes no straws no butter no syrup no forks and this is not the first time and poor door dash has to make it right for them being lazy such a shame people are getting paid to be lazy

Cant even get a free water but yet you can at other McDonald's dont go to this scummy one in the heart of scumberland

I love that the fries are always fresh when i order. Their biscuits are soft and fluffy.

Waited for food for 15 min. Food came without complete order, no drinks and food cold Had to go back inside and wait another 10 min to get new order. Stay away from this rat hole

Terrible service I would not order anything here. I highly recommend the McDonald’s on Queen City drive in Cumberland it has better food nice people and a extremely cleaner facility. They keep up with cleaning the grills and fryers.

Staff are always pleasant. Clean facility. It's fast food, from this franchise, Predictable menu items, no surprises, good or bad. If I'm in a rush, I don't hesitate to stop here.

They gave me a quarter pounder. I asked for a Big Mac. Didn't realize until I got home. They also forgot to give me 4 piece chicken McNuggets that I paid for. The burger was hard, had one tiny string of lettuce on it, and little ketchup. I threw it in the garbage after a few bites. They replaced my Big Mac in the week.

They were very busy and it felt to me like they were not particularly interested in making sure I gave a 5 star review.

Drive through. Couldn't understand man taking orders. It wasn't a language barrier. He mumbled. Sandwiches were hot but thrown together in a big mess.

I waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru, then was asked to drive around a second time for 2 mcchicken sandwiches, and finally got my meal without the sweet and sour

The food is just jot great. Fries were undercooked. Not at all busy but it took a long time for the drive through. Cumberland is a cool town though.

Not much of a McDonalds person, but this one is okay. Went in at a busy time and they handled my big order really well. The place looked clean and the dining room was open to dine in. The food was all freshly made and the employees all were very nice. Good job today McDonalds.

Ordered breakfast through the app for pickup as its not far from my office. After 20 minutes of sitting in the pickup area, my food had yet to arrive and ended up having to leave without the food I paid for.

The service was good and the Crispy Chicken sandwich was good. Along with the driver and Elderly Guy. I am a caregiver today. We got all the straws and food.

Fairly quick service at this McDonald's, and my special order was executed to perfection. The food was hot, and it tasted exactly like it was supposed to. Also very easy to get in and out of the parking lot at this McDonald's.

As far as McDonalds go, this one is generally about as good as it gets locally. The food? It's McDonald's. If you aren't familiar, well ummm yeah I don't know how to respond to that. It's generally fresh and usually prepared as requested. I personally don't eat there and haven't for a few years now but my wife and kids like it every now and then. They don't often complain. I would like to mention though that for a straight restaurant it would be 3 stars, but the friendly, competent, outgoing and polite staff earn another star. The staff is the difference and the reason I'll go out of my way to pick food up here vs the other local McDonald's. The staff is consistently great, considering the area and the people they put up with on a daily basis it is a small miracle that they remain so upbeat, but they do and always have. If you want McDonald's and can't decide where to get it I'd suggest this specific restaurant knowing that it's always been pleasant dealing with the outstanding staff at this location.

Nice place to have ur hot breakfast

I took my granddaughter to breakfast. Plenty of seating. Really clean. Cashier was really nice. Biscuits were not extremely hard. I got up sausage Biscuits, hashbrowns,a milk, and delicious latte. We had a great time

Breakfast is the best and you get what you order at anytime, they definitely look and see what you ordered and give you just that unlike other places.

Don't eat at this McDonald's the cashier's are rude and your food is old and dry

As you can see, the burritos are TINY and barely have anything in them. I got 2 and the first one LITERALLY had 2 pcs of sausage and was more cheese than anything else. My daughter's McDouble meat was so dry she refused to eat it.

Food was hot and fresh and exactly what was in my mobile order. It was ready fast too.

Aaron from here is the ultimate employee! He always treats me with courtesy, and goes above and beyond! He should definitely be recognized for being such an incredible employee, he is always on top of things, and I am always happy when he is working and I order there! There are 2 very special ladies that I see everyday. They are very professional and kind. Always smile at me. And at this McDonald's they all help one another. The manager is very helpful to her staff. She's kind and laughs with them. And they always make my unsweetened tea with extra ice just way I ask ..
