I
tried
Meijer
pickup.
That
was
a
big
mistake.
I
arrived
at
the
store
to
pick
up
my
order
during
the
reserved
time
slot.
I
was
told
my
order
was
not
ready
and
that
I
needed
to
go
home
and
wait
for
an
email!
I
told
the
woman
that
I
was
surprised
that
I
had
not
gotten
a
confirmation
that
my
order
was
ready,
but
I
had
planned
to
pick
this
up
at
this
time
because
I
was
out
that
way
for
another
appointment
just
before
the
pickup
time.
I
explained
that
it
was
a
long
drive
home.
She
yelled
at
me
and
blamed
me
for
the
problem!
She
said
I
should
have
called.
However,
when
I
called
earlier,
nobody
answered!
When
I
finally
got
my
order
after
waiting
a
half
hour,
it
contained
substitutions
that
I
did
not
want
and
would
not
use.
I
called
customer
service.
I
was
told
their
application
defaults
to
substituting
whatever
they
want
when
something
is
out
of
stock.
I
told
them
that
nobody
told
me
there
were
substitutions
in
my
order,
and
there
was
no
opportunity
to
refuse
what
they
chose.
They
said
I
should
have
been
notified
about
the
substitutions,
but
they
thought
I
should
have
known
I
needed
to
go
into
my
profile
to
change
the
setting
that
allowed
them
to
substitute
different
items
for
what
I
ordered!
They
did
not
offer
a
refund,
return,
or
apology.
