I
have
never
dealt
with
such
poor
customer
service
more
than
I
have
today.
My
entire
order
was
messed
up
and
we
had
to
throw
away
due
to
egg
allergies.
My
ice
coffee
had
added
sugars
in
it
that
I
did
not
ask
for
and
when
I
told
the
employee
he
said
“oh
well
I
only
go
with
what’s
on
my
screen”,
then
I
was
missing
2
hash
browns.
Didn’t
even
bother
trying
to
fix
it.
Then
when
I
asked
for
a
couple
packets
of
ketchup,
I
was
told
I
had
to
pay
$30
cents
per
packet.
I
asked
since
when
and
the
gentleman
was
very
sarcastic
and
said
“
um
always,
it’s
always
been
that
way
since
years
ago”
with
a
smirk
on
his
face
as
if
something
was
funny.
I
asked
why
I
couldn’t
have
ketchup
for
my
hash
browns
and
he
stated
“
you
can,
you
just
have
to
pay
for
it
but
I
don’t
have
time
to
argue
about
ketchup,
there’s
other
people
waiting
on
their
orders,
bye
now”.
I
drove
off
very
angry
and
frustrated.
If
I
didn’t
have
to
be
into
work
within
5
minutes
I
would’ve
went
in
the
establishment
to
address
this
unacceptable
behavior.
Then
I
called
the
store
multiple
times
after
arriving
to
my
job
in
Belair
and
nobody
has
answered.
Just
ridiculous.
