Never consistent. Food is usually old and dry. Every once in awhile you get fresh food that taste great. About 80% of the time I suggest not even bothering to waste your time. Breakfast is normally fine. It's almost always fresh and good. After breakfast don't bother.

Manager on duty this day needs a talking to. You don't scream at the other staff to come run the register. They were not busy 1 car in the drive thru and us inside. Seating area appeared to have not been cleaned all day as there were breakfast wrappers on a table and the rest were just dirty. The young lady that did take our order was very nice and had a good disposition.

Idk who's on this breakfast team but they're LOST AF. Can't get the orders right and so busy calling everybody honey trying to Crack jokes. GET MY FOOD. GOODNESS GRIEF

I go there alot and the food isn't bad for being fast food, but be careful almost every time I order they get something wrong.

If I could give 0 star I would. Ordered a 4 piece nugget happy meal for my son and 2 cheeseburgers for myself. Well they gave my son a hamburger instead of nuggets and my burgers were so old I couldn’t even eat them!!!!

They are always so slow an get the order wrong if your going here for your lunch break good luck..

I'm very happy with the service that I received today. I had been wanting the steak, egg and cheese bagel, hash browns and diet soda meal. The service was prompt and they didn't run my drink over that I always get with extra ice. I love this McDonald's and I hope you'll continue to keep the soda's priced at $1.06. A lot of times that's all I can afford to get. Thank you so very much ❤️

Mediocre food that upsets my stomach. Limited options for drinks. This location must microwave their cinnamon buns bc the one I got turned into an absolute rock after a moment. Ice cream is good. Employees are really great.

The person at the counter was so helpful when we wanted to order breakfast a little after the time they stopped serving the full menu.

I don't really eat thier food but I love the coffee. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly and efficient.

Decent McDonald's. Service is usually good and the food is typical McDonald's fare. The restaurant is clean, bright and generally pleasant. Note, I have had subpar food at this one on occasion but today's lunch was good. Maybe because the McRib was back!

Certainly one of the better McDonald's I've been to. The place is clean as a pin and the service was very good. Beyond all that I guess there's not much to say about a McDonald's cheeseburger except they haven't changed in 50 years. Always good.

This used to be the best McDonald's in the area. It certainly dropped off in the past few weeks. I ordered two Mc Crispy Deluxe sandwiches. One was less than half the normal size. It looked more like a strip than a chicken fillet. Both were dried up and hard. Also my large fries were cold.

The manager at this location was very rude. He also ignored us for about 15 minutes and when I finally said something he stated. I'm very busy. I stated "you could have at least acknowledged our presence at your counter". Customer service 101.

I didn't get what I ordered and called McDonald's. If I wanted what I ordered, I would have to bring it back, make another trip. On top of that, I was saying how I shouldn't have to come back to get what I ordered in the first place, the manager ignored me, said have a nice day, which she did not mean, and hung up on me. I go to this McDonald's a lot. Customer service has really gone down hill. I called back to get the manager's name and she wouldn't give it to me. I can't believe how I was treated.

Very clean and friendly staff, there was a communication gap with my order, so 10 pic check nuggets were missing, but they gave ne quickly.

Order thru the app (big Mac meal w/a sweet tea). I felt so bad for the people behind us because I waited 12 minutes from the time I got to the handout window till when we got our food which made no sense since we had ordered ahead. Since it took a while I figured hey at least the food will be hot.... No. We got fries that we're soaked through with grease like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time, or perhaps their old needs changed. Whatever it was, they weren't edible. And the sweet tea tasted.... Off. Idk what it was, but just wasn't right. I will say that the employees were nice, which does make a difference

Solid place to stop and eat. Had a nice inside and was clean. A little slow and bathrooms were. A little dirty but overall solid.

Honestly if it wasn't for the playground for kids I'd never go back here. When we got there they were doing some sort of upgrade that shut down the computer system for a min. You would think that with as long as I had to sit there waiting for just my order to get taken that they would have given me fresh fries but nope. So I took them back and asked for fresh ones. They took them. Tossed them and never brought me back any! Upon leaving I got a milkshake and a Sundae with extra fudge. I was the only person in line and the only one there really. The chic handed me a sundae with barely any fudge in it. I looked at her and said uhhh this was supposed to be extra so she topped it off a bit and handed it back. I was like... never again.. next time eat before bringing the kids here. The only thing good that I got from McDonald's that nite was the 1$ Star Note from my change. One that's worth some money because its an error note from 2013.

I rarely go here, maybe once every 6 months. Used their app to order and pay for a Big Mac, medium fries, and drink for $6+tax . $9+ if ordering in-house. Fair deal via the app.

I have never dealt with such poor customer service more than I have today. My entire order was messed up and we had to throw away due to egg allergies. My ice coffee had added sugars in it that I did not ask for and when I told the employee he said “oh well I only go with what’s on my screen”, then I was missing 2 hash browns. Didn’t even bother trying to fix it. Then when I asked for a couple packets of ketchup, I was told I had to pay $30 cents per packet. I asked since when and the gentleman was very sarcastic and said “ um always, it’s always been that way since years ago” with a smirk on his face as if something was funny. I asked why I couldn’t have ketchup for my hash browns and he stated “ you can, you just have to pay for it but I don’t have time to argue about ketchup, there’s other people waiting on their orders, bye now”. I drove off very angry and frustrated. If I didn’t have to be into work within 5 minutes I would’ve went in the establishment to address this unacceptable behavior. Then I called the store multiple times after arriving to my job in Belair and nobody has answered. Just ridiculous.

Omg who ever put Jayma as manager at McDonald's on industrial really don't value their customers. Jayma really has absolutely no customer service skills, very disrespectful. her co-worker at the drive-thru was saying if she had a choice she would not work with her . She's giving McDonald's a bad name on how McDonald's customer service training is ..and if McDonald's trains their employees to handle or talk to customers and coworkers the way she does I want no part in it. They showed they have the mcrib but when we ordered it they said they don't have it. They shouldn't advertise it if they aren't selling it..

I received quality fast foods, quickly, from friendly staff

The fries are hit and miss otherwise this location does pretty good getting my order right. I read reviews where people go home to find out they got the wrong food. CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE WINDOW. It might be their fault they gave you the wrong thing but it's your fault you waited 10 minutes to look at your stuff.
