Giving it a 4 star. The food is awesome but the staff is not that welcoming and not a professional service. But for the pizza it is a real must to go 😍👌

To be honest it's good but there are places where pizzas are better that my opinion and price are expensive.

A pizza place should have the FIRST thing- a good pizza , but sadly this outlet of pizza hut is not on par even with frozen pizza or a home baked pizza. Garlic bread is just butter toasted bread that also soft . Then SECONDLY the response team for customer care is non existant ,even after complaining of receiving subpar level of food , no response was there ,instead they just said that's how it's made , come on guys it's not like the pictures matched your menu or I am eating fast food for the first time XD. Go only if your ration is over and Mauritius doesn't have food anywhere else on the whole Island.Btw I am still waiting for the call I was supposed to receive as told by pizza hut for my order messup XD.

Visited pizza hut in curepipe not for the pizza But instead for some coffee which couldn't find in the whole of Manhattan curepipe and even nearby. I was not only served with a delicious coffee but the people who work there were very welcoming and friendly but also give us some kind of warmth especially on a cold and chilling day like that. Undercooked pizza was served to me at Manhattan store, when called them to complain the manager MR Joy told me he is new to the job and can't do nothing.

The quality has plummeted drastically in a year. it used to be my favourite place to go grab a bite in curepipe and now either they are out of ingredients or in too much of hurry to even cook pizza properly or sometimes even burn them

Pizza Hut is not the same anymore. Need Innovation & Change so as the business can sustain. There is Panarottis pizza nearby. Give pizza hut a 3 🌟 in term of service and quality of food.

Didn't quite like the place.. Food took more time than expected.. The waiters are mostly school leavers (oe school guys who are ib holidays) with no experience at all.

Terrible Service deserves no star at all. First we got there and sat on a table at the back, there were few people there and there was only one waiter serving, cleaning and taking orders. She was walking around talking to the cashier and forgot to clean our table while we sat there for 15mins then my friend had to remind her. Then she gave us our menu card and took another 15mins to take our order and of course our pizza and garlic bread took more than 30mins to come and when they did, it was cold like it has already been ready before but they forgot to serve it. Very unprofessional staff also, the guy at the cashier was talking about thd broken machine which could not 'identify its fingerprint' very bluntly like we were not around and the waiter is also very slow, she came to take our order without noting so we had to remind her. Also, the pizza was overcooked and there were almost no chicken at all on our BBQ pizza. Not valuable for money. Would have rather spend my money on kebab or something else.
