I had rather a not so good pizza there. We had several beautiful pizzas at once but the thing is that the crusts were dry and hard to chew, and the additional free snacks were awful to be honest. The service was terrible as well. Sorry to say all this but it's the truth. If you guys wanna enjoy eating pizzas, go to Panarotis. They offer great service and the menu is just delicious! Thank you! Enjoyed my 1st visit. The pizzas, bites and chicken wings were great. The show kitchen is also a very nice feature. Did not like being served in bulky takeaway boxes when eating at the restaurant. May be this done on purpose to discourage customers to eat at the restaurant. I believe that the dining experience can be improved significantly.

Such a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is amazing and very clean.

I've been their customer a few times. Until the beginning of last year their pizza was good but now only their Garlic bread is worth paying for. I feel the pizza ain't that good. Absolutely not worth spending money here now. The outlet is usually empty. Employees are very sweet and well spoken for sure. But their tables are usually dirty.

Excellent customer service from 2 members of staff i came across there, anastasia at the counter and nooreena who was in the kitchen. Both very professional and caring. Domino's you should really value this kind of staff as they are doing a wonderful job. I will certainly go back there for the customer service and recommend it to other people. Pizzas are yummy too :)

The foods is very tasty has always the service a bit long but it worth it for the pizza is good, less is the lack of intimacy eating facing a corridor and a customer shop :(

The driver did not deliver the food and told me to pick up from Domino but still charges me for delivery fees. Delivery area was 2min walk from the curepipe branch 😂

The app of dominos pizza was wrong it said that the things we ordered was ready but our order was not ready so we waited for 30 minutes approximately and then they said : sorry your order is not Ready so they cooked the food then it took us 1hour total and we are not satisfied. Rapid service when ordering is done through mobile app. Great pizza! The mood in the resto is quite dull though. Lack colors and not so welcoming when you bring your kids along.

Tried to order via the app. However the deals are not working. Being charged at full price. Even went to Dominos Curepipe. Employees tried on their phones and got same results. They tried all types of explanations but couldn't explain

Food was nice but no coordination among staff, some had to wait more than 15 mins though their food was ready. Please train your staff and employ more ones. One people can't do multi tasking at the same time.

Ordered two pizzas and it was absolutely pathetic and disgusting. There was barely any sauce, cheese and chicken on the pizzas. It was basically like chewing tasteless dry dough. One of the pizzas tasted like oil. Never ordering again

Called to Grand Baie Dominos on a Saturday at 22pm to order pizza and wings!! The lady over the phone took my order and never informed me how much it cost. Well.....😏 Secondly wasnt informed about there was not sauces available!! I did not had change of 1000rs...so told them to bring change ...again was not informed me how much it is. The delivery guy called me and I gave the location at Mystic Mont choisy. Yet he called me to ask again for the location...duh😮‍💨. Fine ..told him i was at the traffic lights and i got off the car...where i had to wave my phone to him!! He gave my food and told me that 20rs is less as I dont have change 😅😅. My dear...I clearly told the lady to send changes and yet he got the gut to tell me this!!! I FELT ROBBED...because no one told me how much even though I asked and they did not give me any receipt. The pizza was kinda good 🙂‍↕️ but the wings were half cooked and smelly!!! I called and make a complaint...the lady was like "euhh...mmmm ...last word Ok" 🙄 I send a complaint thru FB and was asked to submit the complaint on a drive..where the SO CALLED MANAGEMENT WILL CONTACT ME. Went there for diner last Thursday. There was a total chaos. Table was dirty i asked to clean it, they never came, had to clean it myself. Had to wait for 45mins instead of 15mins as they mentioned. Pizza uncooked. Even send them an email but they never get back to me

This is not the first time that I have received TERRIBLE service from Domino's Curepipe! BAD MOUTHING CLIENTS IN FRONT OF THOSE CLIENTS, STAFF FOOLING AROUND, RUDE TONE WITH CLIENTS, MISSING ORDERS(PREVIOUS OCCASION) OR EVEN UNDERCOOKED FOOD! These are all the basis things that Domino's should eliminate. I really hope that actions are taken IMMEDIATELY and there is a change in the ATTITUDE of your STAFFS. You may call me for more details. I have been all over the world and had domino's. But I have NEVER SEEN a more TERRIBLE franchise/store as this!! IT IS A DISRESPECT TO THE NAME OF THE COMPANY!!!

Big queue management issue at Domino's which needs to be addressed. Everyone walks in front of u to get their order 1st. Name calling when pizza is ready and queuing ropes could be a solution

Very useful to order online. Good food and plenty of options to customize. Friendly staff. Only issue is no parking availability for customers

Nice and cosy. Service was fast. Staffs are nice and welcoming. Not many seatings and can be difficult to have a place inside during peak time. While it's mentioned "hand-tossed" on the menu, i didnt see anyone tossing the dough. But that's not really important. The food was really good. Maybe missing some music for the atmosphere 😁

Wonderful experience, especially with the app and syncing with the staff to make the ordering till the delivery a pleasing process.

1) The woman at the counter today was rather cold. ( Go learn from Panarottis, the person serving at the counter is always jovial and courteous) 2) When I say on spot, I expect to be served at my table. (I went to a Domino's in India where I was served correctly. How come Mauritian Domino's does not have basic ethics!) I kept sitting and they did not even inform me my pizza was ready. 3) When I say on spot I also don't expect to be served in that box itself like a dog! I meant in a plate with a knife and a fork! How come Panarottis knows basic customer care and Domino's not? 4) The pizza was quite good though!

Would have rated 5 stars, but prevailing the sanitary protocol in the country, the tables was not clean during my visit. I recommend to have someone disinfect the tables and chairs after customer use. For the food I give ***** 🤤

Pizza is nice. Too bad they do not deliver to Vacoas. They promise to return my call to check if they could but never did.

It was opened even if it was on a Sunday. We were there four persons and we eat pizza .A package of four pizza with the drinks and the desserts were offered. We spend a nice time there.we paid for only one thousand and fifty five rupees only I think.

Worst experience I had yesterday 23-07-21 . Waited for more than 1 hr to get my order ready. Those who ordered after me went away before me . And the personnel had no answer how. 1 star rating would be enough

Pizza and wings was delicious. The staff was very helpful, smiling and kind even if it was quite late.
