The plus point is the small covered area that leads you from the car park to the supermarket. The inside layout needs to be improved. Starting are the frozen goods and you end with the alcoholic beverages. Practically, ending should be the frozen goods. Unless you don't mind your ice cream to melt while shopping.

Very up to date. Unfortunately prices are going high and incomes are not sufficient due to increase in dollar exchange. But I do believe that Winners wil do its best with the hard working personnel. God bless Winners Forest Side in 2021.

My recent visit to Gourmand'Ile at Winners Forest side left much to be desired. The overall experience was marred by disorganization, severe understaffing, poor communication, and painfully slow and inefficient service. As for the cashiers inside the supermarket itself, they are severely understaffed and unfriendly. It's disappointing to see such potential hindered by these issues, and I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns to offer a better experience in the future.

This supermarket is known for always having fresh vegetables🍆🍅🌱... But I go there mainly for the pastries at Gourmandîle🍰. They also have food like fried noodles, pizza, etc🍝🍕... The coffee isn't the greatest, but it's just a supermarket after all 😬 The tables are too close to each other and feel uncomfortable 😔

The supermarket was renovating.. and was very cold inside..

You can find all your groceries in one place and you can also grab a bite (great choice, esp farathas👍)

Certainly one of the best Winners supermarket on the island. The hot bread,good customer services, and the weather all combine to give you a good cozy experience.

I know it's under renovation but the gourmandiz look disgusting with dust oil film everywhere .frame picture at the back look like have never been clean .same for these pendantThose lady serving are useless talking around wasting time most of the time. They cash in food that they don't.have in stock . a half portion for a full price.. poor service

Popular supermarket. Can find almost everything. Price reasonable. Can also get food to be consumed in place or takeaway. Bakery section under renovation. Extension of actual building in progress.

Nice improvement in the set up inside with more space for circulation but same cannot be said for the parking space which is full at all times.

Ultra slow tills , they write down on paper each and every client purchases, eye opening!

Most of the time you will come back home with a few items missing. They do not all the brands of products probably due to restricted space but you will find most of what you might need.

Parking is great. But poor variety of produce, bland food items flooding their take-out area and overcrowded peak times are compounded by only 50% utilisation of checkout cashiers. Avoid if you are in a hurry.

Could not find 2 items. Approached 2 staff members. Both were rather off hands as if I have put upon them. Both just told " la bas" pointing to somewhere. None of them actually took time to take me to the items in question. To say the least, I was disappointed and this was not tge first time that I had such poor services from staff of Winners at Forest Side. By the way,I am a 70 years old man with physical ill health conditions

Large variety of products and of better quality compared to Winners of Vacoas.

Worst customer service ever. Security guard sent us to a broken toilet with no usable locks. I have relatives who work there and felt disappointed by this treatment. Left everything right there.

Winners won a very nice food court. Had a very nice time indeed with the foods ,and shopping
