The sales team did their job in a professional manner. Heshna processed our order and took care of all the documentation. Within 1 hour we were out of the store. Delivery on the other hand, takes very long. Sine date 7days passed by no update from the delivery team. We still waiting for their call.

Purchased a cupboard at TFP. Service is good, selection of products is quite extensive. They are more affordable than other places I’ve seen and visited. The cupboard we were looking at was over Rs1,000 cheaper than an online store advertising the same item.

Kudos to TFP. Shopping there was an overall positive experience. The in-store service was very succinct, helpful and professional. It's rare to see furniture franchise stores with proper customer service. We'll definitely shop there again.

Nice experience at the shop with smiles when you’ve not made payment, immediately payment is done they don’t deliver items bought on time and they keep postponing when to deliver to you. That’s absolutely not right at all and that should be checked.
