Way
overpriced
for
the
location
and
the
owner
doesn't
care
about
the
customers.
My
first
time
there
(when
they
first
opened)
was
a
great
experience,
but
every
time
after
was
worse
and
worse.
I
don't
like
to
judge
people
and
places
off
of
a
one
time
experience,
so
I've
dismissed
my
poor
interactions
here
more
than
I
should
have.
In
short-
they
don't
care
about
the
customers
as
long
as
they
are
getting
their
$.
This
most
recent
experience
was
especially
eye-opening.
I
went
there
over
an
hour
prior
to
their
closing
time-
they
closed
at
11
and
we
were
there
before
10.
I
ordered
my
food
in
a
timely
manner
and
it
took
them
almost
an
hour
to
deliver
it.
I
never
complained
about
the
wait
time-
even
though
the
person
with
me
got
their
food
almost
immediately.
Mind
you,
there
were
only
3
other
small
tables
there
at
the
time.
By
the
time
I
got
my
food,
they
were
vacuuming
and
putting
chairs
on
the
table
so
I
felt
like
they
were
rushing
me
out.
I
finished
eating
at
about
11
which
was
closing
time,
but
I
had
ordered
so
much
earlier
I
feel
like
it
wasn't
fair
to
make
me
rush
to
eat
my
food
because
they
took
so
long.
(The
uncooked
food
took
longer
than
the
cooked
food.)
I
have
worked
in
the
service
industry
and
in
customer
service
my
whole
life,
so
I
decided
to
express
my
concerns
in
a
constructive
way
so
that
they
would
be
aware.
The
server
was
nice
about
it,
but
the
"owner"
walked
up
and
was
outwardly
condescending
and
rude.
He
told
me
"Oh
you
ordered
sushi,
maybe
they
were
out
fishing
for
it."
And
"Maybe
it
took
so
long
because
they
walked
the
long
way
to
get
to
your
table."
I
never
asked
for
anything
free.
Never
got
anything
free.
I
was
simply
trying
to
make
them
aware
of
how
a
customer
in
their
establishment
felt.
This
"owner"
was
so
incredibly
rude
to
me
about
the
whole
situation,
I
can't
imagine
ever
going
back.
It's
sad
that
a
place
with
so
much
potential
is
being
run
in
such
a
poor
manner.
