Don’t order cakes from there. The cake I ordered was a disaster. I was super upset. Even the Inside of the cake was incorrect . I ordered Half vanilla and half chocolate and what i got was a layer of chocolate frosting. If I wasn’t already on the way to my sons birthday party I would’ve left it. When I complained the lady she didn’t even know what I was talking about and saw nothing wrong with the cake. The manager said she was only able to return $15 max because she didn’t make the cake. Poor customer service. I do not recommend. They do not own up to their mistakes. If this was something they couldn’t do all they needed to do was say so. And I wouldve found another place do it or found another design. But instead they ruined my sons birthday cake.

It's okay but the food needs improvement. I have eaten there twice, and the food is hit or miss. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, it was lacked flavor and the meat was cold (see photos). My friend ordered the Flan, she only ate half as it was not very good. A lady sitting next to us said the Imperial Rice was terrible. The Cafe Con Leche was okay, not bad but not great. The steak sandwich is very good and so is the mango shake. They are winners and I would order again. The staff is super friendly and the place is nice and clean. The review is based on comparison to other local restaurants in the area.

As a Cuban in Miami I feel ashamed finding this place in my late 20’s this is the best bakery ask them to heat the pastelitos, (they always do) all fresh food and management very attentive and respectful worth the line every time

Great spot for Spanish pastries and delights. Place is clean and well managed. Gem!

Every time that I come here is really good, specially the croquetas de la casa. Today their tequeños we're a little undercooked, but other than that is amazing this places

The light blue cake was what I asked for, and they gave me a tilted cake, with a dark blue color. I normally love this place as I am a regular customer, but this cake that they delivered did not meet my expectations as it does not look like anything I asked for. The communication with the staff in store was also pretty bad when ordering the cake. I won’t order cakes from here ever again.

It's very nice to have a bakery close to home with fresh bread, service excellent.

Ladies audibly complaining that I didn’t speak Spanish to them when I walked in. Very unprofessional! Even when you do speak Spanish, they look at you like you have three heads. They did not put the order through but charged my mother for the item they were supposed to make. Waited nearly a half hour for a Cuban sandwich. Someone check their pulse, they need to wake up! So many ladies working and not an ounce of urgency between them.

12/07/22 - 6:45 PM My daughter had ask me to take here to this place that the steak sandwiches were really good... We went got there around 6:45 PM some of the employees were already cleaning the place.. so I asked at what time they close and the person helping us said, we close at 8:00 PM.. we proceeded to order two steak sandwiches and some cookies for my other daughter and the helper placed the order, minutes later the person who makes the sandwiches scream.. Who put this order..? asking the person who took our order.. to tell the story short, person who cooks was upset since it was a bit late or almost time to close. I ask again the person who help with the order .. any problem..? she said no, she will make your sandwiches... 15 minutes later we got called to pick up the sandwiches, we started eating them, on my second bite I notice there is no tomato's as we requested and how the come almost no lettuces and the steak were pieces not a whole steak... I got up and told the person who help us, there is no tomato or lettuce and the steak are pieces..? is that how they come,,? she said .. give a minute.. went to speak to the cooker.. she then came back and said.. I'm sorry we ran out of tomato's and lettuce... and I said what about the steak..? and she said thats the last we had... we're almost closing...??? I recommend to all, before you go to Party Cake Bakery X, maybe check other places or go way early and not 2 hours before they close.. they may not have all of the item needed to make what you order. Not Good!

Place is always full, due to being a popular and go to place in the area. Still, customer service is great and the quality is 10/10

Omg don't bother with the coffee. Just get the O.J. The andwiches are ok, the big croquettes suck but somehow the small ones are good pastries are pretty good thank goodness

I went in not to long ago the place is very clean everying is very nice and welcome you. I actually didn't buy anything but stopped in just to check it out. I do plan on going there and do my taste test.
