She was a very kind and outgoing woman. She was very helpful and focused on her goal. Will forever love this store!!

As a long time customer of Kay Jewelers I was extremely pleased with my last visit. Alejandra is the Associate that helped me. She was kind, friendly and really went out of her way to help me. She did excellent work cleaning not one but both of my bridal sets and left them looking shiny and new. I highly recommend this location and if you are looking for someone not only knowledgeable but with a very welcoming vibe ask for Alejandra!

Entering into the store we were greeted and employees were friendly. While being served Tilcia had excellent customer service and was informative. We had an account hiccup but she was patient and very helpful in resolving the issue.👍
