The place is run by a bunch of rude children. Walked in and was told by the front to find a clean table. Should have walked out then. But I was told this place was good, they must have been drunk! It took 20 minutes before someone came by after finding a clean table. Staff playing games with each other. Overpriced and small portions. The service: rude girls who argue with you about what you order. When asked if there were any managers here. Was told no, that there was no one in charge there. You get a choice of fries with the dinner but have to pay an upcharge for shoestring fries that come undercooked. The fish was small and tasted bad. The plate was hot, but the food was cold. Over Price apps. When served the apps, the plate looked half eaten already. The coleslaw had changed colors once you opened the container, smelled old and rotten. Could not finish anything they served including the coke which tasted funny as well. I hope I don't end up with food poisoning.

To die for!!! The wahoo fish spread, oysters and shrimp appetizers were fabulous. The seafood pasta and groupers were fresh and tasty. The service 5 star and dishes delicious. Great experience under Patrick’s management- congrats!!!

Food was good but our server (Tori M.) made our experience horrible. Appetizers and food came out all together after I specifically told her not to do that prior to our food coming out. Our table was cluttered with no space whatsoever. I had to ask for Tabasco several times. She did not check on us at all and once we were done eating it took about 30 minutes to get our bill. It was my first and last time going there.

Was very disappointed at this place. I ordered shrimp tacos and by far was the worst tacos I’ve ever had. Practically all Tortilla no shrimp. My boyfriend ordered steak medium and it was over cooked. Father in law ordered grouper and it was so flat and small. They were all out of baked potatoes and veggies. Also, the drinks we ordered were so weak. Would not recommend coming here.

A favorite local spot of mine for good reason. Awesome staff, good food and great atmosphere. This is a location you can easily pass by but can never forget. One of my favorites is their fish and chips, though not traditional its sure to please your taste buds. Its a great spot to hangout at and get a good meal. If you are a local I don't need to explain but if you are visiting and are in the area, I suggest giving this place a try.

This was a really nice restaurant. Ordering to go was simple. Their wings were really good and this will be my first choice before thinking about Sandbar or Wingstop. They were well seasoned and I’m excited to try the breaded next time. The fries were kind of soggy and I was able to overlook that just because I had an air fryer at home. They also need to upload an updated menu with their prices someway online due to Covid with more people taking out nowadays. (I know that they receive a lot of Togo orders because they have warnings to check your order before you leave everywhere) Whatever menu that I saw online was $5-7 less than what I paid. I somewhat felt like there was an extra charge for everything. I rather the price be increased itself instead of charging extra for ideal substitutions. All in all I don’t mind ordering out from here every couple of weeks.

Great spot with extensive menu and fresh caught fish. Staff was friendly and helpful anwsering questions about the menu. We tried the dolphin bites and they were yummy. We had not tried dolphin before. My husband also ordered the seafood bisque and it was surprisingly delicious. I had the catch of the day sandwich blackened snapper with cole slaw. It was a nice size filet perfectly cooked with a delicious soft bun....soooo good. My husband had the devil shrimp which were AMAZING...soooo good. Perfectly spiced and cooked and served hot! Definitely wolling to come back if we find ourselves in the neighborhood again:)

Ive lived 25 years in this beautiful town and I have never complained about our local shops. Today I walked in to your place sat down and I wasnt even acknowledged at the bar. I have never pulled the race card nor do I believe in that, until today. I realy felt out of place and disrespected because the young lady behind the counter, she looked at us up and down with everyone around her when we walked in and disregarded us completely. I guess the rumors around town are true! Definitely proved them right! Unprofessional and ill never walk in again.

Discovered this place a couple of weeks ago and was impressed. The menu is outstanding, food was great and plentiful, bar is fully stocked and the staff are good wholesome people. My wife had the fried hogfish and it was memorable. Highly recommend.

Took a party of 7 to Rodbenders this past Wednesday night to Rodbenders. It was busy but we were able to to get a table right away. Our server, Cat, promptly met us and was attentive throughout the night. The appetizers, soups, salads and dinners were all exceptional. A great local place with lots of atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

We joined a high school graduation celebration last week for my niece and had a terrific experience! Not only did they cook our snapper to perfection but the sides and appetizers were super tasty. To put a bow on it, our server was exceptional, keeping drinks and cocktails coming while keeping our boisterous group focused, fed, and satisfied!

The food served is Top-notch. The wings are so juicy and perfectly crispy, the best I've ever eaten, and the burgers are so big and delicious! My dad seemed to enjoy the oysters too. The waitress was very sweet and attentive.

Went for my first time this past weekend and now this will become my spot. The service was amazing!! Never have I gotten to a place with such great service! All the girls made sure we were happy and not missing anything. They made sure everything was good at the table. The food was so tasty and fresh! Honestly thank God I found this place!

Normally I like the food but today was just not good. My simple baked potato was clearly over cooked, dry, cold and old. Not sure who decided this was good to send out to a paying customer but it’s not. The skin is burned and tastes horrible. There was clearly no effort in putting this together. I was there before the order was ready so it should have been hot when I took it out of the tin foil, it was cold to the touch. I’m just so disappointed you would serve me old cold food. We ordered $60 worth of food and this was my only thing for dinner so now I’m stuck taking bites of other peoples food.

Stopped in based on a recommendation from a friend. Wanted a lunch/beer break. Food was excellent! Greeted by staff right away. Drinks offered immediately. Excellent menu with choices for everyone but seafood is the best. Will return. There is a sign posted asking for patience due to staffing issue. Did not notice any slow service. Crew currently in place was excellent.

I had dinner here last Saturday: Blackened Grouper with Mango Salsa. It was AMAZING! The salad was crisp, the mashed potatoes came with gravy in a little cup and the mixed vegetables were fresh and delicious. I raved about 'Rodbenders' so much this past week that my husband made a special trip to take me here on my birthday. My dinner was so good last week that I ordered it again, but switched it up with snapper. It was terrible from start to finish. The salad was wilted and stuck to the plate. The fish was either old or overcooked or both. It was NOT blackened and it had MEXICAN SALSA with a few chunks of mango thrown in (I'm assuming they ran out of Mango Salsa and decided that you could stretch it out with regular - YOU CANNOT!!) It ruined the enitre dish with the vinegar salsa dressing swirling around (3 pieces of mango). My husband ordered the Shrimp Scampi and he said it was a '5 at best.' I understand that they were having a/c problems last night, but our diinner was a terrible disappointment and I felt bad for making my husband drive 30 minutes out of the way for it.

The congenial atmosphere at Rodbenders is so inviting. There is nothing like it in Miami. The menu has an offering second to none. The staff and management are always smiling, welcoming, and professional.

the Whole Fried Lane Snapper fish was good, the conch fritter was really basic only bread . They don't have light outside. the service was great . They charge us for a salad never came

I wanted to come here for a while. Always pass by the front and I was surprised about the amount of cars and golf carts in the parking and thinking that locals love to come here I decided to come. The food was great and good served. The service was fast and nice. You feel like you’re in any Florida Key restaurant. Definitely will return.

I have driven by dozens of times until I decided to peek in and give it a go. The hostess was the friendliest person that I have met in my life. My vote is in to crown her Miss Congeniality! She had us ordering up half a menu just from listening to her describe her favorite items. BTW, she didn't BS at all, they were all fantastic. Then there was Tiffany! WOW!!! (And WOW, again). She was nurturing, entertaining warm and hilarious. All in all, it was the best dinner we had in a long time. Put your phones down and drive out to this place, you will love it. This place is great!. I was in the mood for seafood and they hit the spot with their seafood bucket. Crablegs, scallops, clams, mussles, andouille sausage, corn and potatoes... All cooked to perfection. The staff is also beautiful and incredibly courteous. Leeanne was my server for the most part but the whole staff seemed to work as a team. They were all very attentive and accommodating. Absolutely fantastic!

The place is either slammed in which case you need patience (or more alcohol) as my spouse does not drink so he is ready when the food is gone. Or almost empty. The food is good but make sure if you don't want spicy ask before you order. The bar 🍺 is great because they have Amberbock draft which is my favorite. Give it a try.

We were extremely disappointed by the food. The steak was raw to the point it was inedible. The lobster in the seafood pasta tasted like it came out of a can and chewing rubber. The mahi-mahi fricase was bland and didn’t taste fresh at all. We picked mashed potatoes as a side dish and that was a mistake, the mashed was at least a few days old. My family and I were hoping to find our new favorite spot and sadly we did not. The server was very friendly and her service was great. The food on the other hand left much to be desired.

Amanda made our visit worthwhile! What a wonderful, friendly waitress. I usually love the food there but they were having cook issues the day went. My favorite shrimp egg rolls were way overcooked and had to be sent back. I will continue to eat there because it is a neighborhood favorite and it is not usual to not like whatever is served there.

This site is my number one place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a superb supper, this restaurant comes straight to my head. best and all kinds of food and a large menu.generous crew, and nice vibes. In addition to that, the tariff is honest. I recommend this restaurant with no doubt.

Was not happy with the food here. The staff was nice but the food was horrible. I ordered the shrimp and crab scampi with pasta the crab was immatation crab meat the pasta was stuck together and it wasn't even hot. My husband ordered the oyster poboy and got shrimp poboy instead. And the catch of the day we didn't know what type of fish it was.
