The store staff are really helpful and friendly, way better & smoother experience than shopping online. I visited yesterday with my mother, and the assistance was amazing. The staff, Ms. Snigdha, who helped us out, patiently and meticulously explained the entire collection and helped us out to make the best purchase, definitely deserves a raise! Bad experiance. Changed a bracelet bought for 18K +, just after 2 days of purchase. They did not inform me that refund is possible. I also asked it to exchange it for a 22ct gold ear ring costing 15K. They didnt agree, as they had to refund 3k back to me. Stupid staffs. I had to buy an earring costing exactly the same price, even though I didnt like it. Will never visit again. Bhubaneswar store is far better.
