Rooms are good enough but old model rooms. Otherwise everything was good & nice place to stay.

Owner should work on look n switches n cleanliness of room. Washroom must have properly clean than now.Gyser is not working. some staffs r polite but some r rude.

I went there for dinner but m not happy with the food . I ordered a tandoori roti which I was unable to chew..the nan was also pathetic.. The items weren't fresh.. I didn't like the taste of any food ..

The food was good but the service was very bad we ordered our food at 9:40pm and the food came at 10:50 and the waiters were not even listening otherwise the food was nice.

I stayed here for a day with my family. Originally we had planned to stay for at least 3 days but couldn't stay for more than a day there. The rooms were untidy, washrooms very dirty and smelly, the pillows and mattresses too were probably not cleaned regularly. Very lacklustre staff. Compared to the price they charged, it wasn't a satisfying stay. But the restaurant that they have at the ground floor serves good tasty food, that was the only saving grace during our stay there.

Big zero on cleanliness. Terrible maintenance. The management has either not employed enough staff for cleaning the rooms regularly or else the employed cleaning staff are not doing their jobs sincerely. The toilets were unhygenic. The bedsheets on the bed too were very unclean and smelly. Compared to the price that they charge, their room service and amenities offered are almost non-existent. No wifi or complimentary breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Bad experience overall. The room was so old, no repair or furnishing since last 10 years, bathroom was awful 😞 and very dirty, no words to explain. Better for the hotel that m not posting any pics.

They must bring back the old cooks or recipes the the quality of the food has very badly ....😒😒😔I have been visiting the place since 20 years now and all of a sudden after lock down the food has changed completely in taste... This place was my favourite because of the fried rice serve .. but that taste of it isn't like that anymore and not even better the same is for all the dishes...

If you are looking for quality and tasty food, then this is the right place to be in. The ambience however is dull and pretty old fashioned and unmaintained. The staff behaviour ranges from average to rude at times. If good food is your sole concern then this restaurant may be a good choice.

Very disappointing dinner. Please ask your chef not to prepare lachha paratha from leftover dough. The rest items i.e. paneer butter masala and chilli mushroom were good but the chef doesn't know how to make lachha parathas.

The room is not always clean ... After Complaining, Manager is said, leave the room, We Can't Serve you.... 3rd grade service

Rooms are a bit pricey compared to rooms. The quality of the pillow or the metres are not good quality you can feel that.

Food is very good and value for money. Recommendations would be for Chicken Tikka Butter Masala, Navratna Korma, Tandoori Chicken.

This is definitely not one of the better hotels to stay in. Compared to the price, (which is around Rs1600 per night for a deluxe room) the room service and amenities are almost equal to zero. No wifi or complimentary breakfast. I would not recommend this place if you've got other options(check for Oyo rooms). Location wise, it's decent. Just 1.5 kms from Ravenshaw university.

Food is delicious and the quantity they serve is good. Their fish finger is the best..must try 😊 Staffs are very polite and the service they offer is quite good. Would love to revisit.
