Situated in a slightly remote location in Cuttack ringroad, has ample parking space, great ambience and impeccable hospitality, but the taste of food is not upto one's expectation. The disappointing fact is that photography by DSLR camera is not allowed inside, reason best known to the hotel management. However we had a good time there.

I am visiting this place since I was in school.. Could never miss the opportunity to have a cup of cappuccino when I am there and I love the club sandwich as well.. I am pretty sure majority of the Cuttakians have visited this place.. A great place for cafe, however the Rajwada is not the same as it was used to be.

We had taken dinner with my family members of 8 nos on 7th Oct 2022 . We had no experience about this hotel. The preparation of food in the dinner was very worst. We are seeing the views of other friends on this hotel as good may be during the old days ..but at present do not plan to take family for food .

It's very difficult to find a location in cuttack but it is one of the rare places where the location is good and spacious. Good property. Prior to this we had parties over there Mr Nath, one of the managers over there had taken good care of us. Yesterday we had been there to it's Cafe- courtyard. The food was delicious but yeah they could make the services a little better as the Cafe was full and they had less waiters to attend. They need to do something about the mosquitoes and flies over there in the evening cause that's the time when most people would come to enjoy and chill. They need to fix fans which can shower water in between which would make everyone more comfortable as they have two standing fans or ac which isn't of much help for people who are sitting on other tables.

The picture says it all. Contemporary and vintage touch to the architecture with the ambience. The food is heavenly 😋. The service provided by the staff was beyond expectations. All in all what a beautiful experience that I'll cherish it forever ❤️. I'm glad. Thank you Pramod Team. Keep up the good work. Stay blessed always. 👌☺️👏💯

My sister's wedding and reception was planned here and the staff at Pramod ensured that the highest quality food and arrangements were made for the guests. I would like to rate Pramod as follows: Hospitality- 5/5 Services - 5/5 Quality of food and beverages- 5/5 Staff assistance during catering - 4.5/5 (needs minute improvements) Catering arrangements - 5/5 Overall rating 5/5. Strongly recommend for gatherings, functions, smooth party arrangements!

The management of Desi Bite restaurant inside the premises, was one of my worst experience. There was a technical issue and I paid for my coffee twice. It's okay they could not refund the online transaction but the way they behaved and treated me is way worse. I was forced to buy something for the extra money I paid, I had to wait for 40 minutes without a seat, I was not offered any complementaries or condolences for the inconvenience caused. I was understanding on my end, but their behavior was ruthless. You people need to get some good people on management. I will be sharing this story with all my acquaintances and warn them about your pathetic services. There is no way in hell I am going back to that place. EVER!

Very good environment and the ambience is so beautiful. But the food was not good as i expected. I have tried a veg biryani it was very spicy and kind of average taste.

Have been a regular visitor to this place since it's establishment.. Previously service was good. But in last few years, it has miserably lost it's service quality.. Running a monopoly kind of service these days as no good hotels nearby.. Staffs are below par in mannerisms and etiquettes and unresponsive to the guests.. No work accountability.. Food service is very late in restaurant. You even don't know whom to complain about poor quality of service..Waiters claim themselves to be restaurant managers.. I have stopped recommending any more friends to this place.. Not worth your hard earned money and time.

Always a special place to go when you are in Cuttack . Good , hygienic and tasty food. Must visit , recommended for Bakeries , Dosa , Paneer rolls , Desi and Chinese cuisines in Rajwada. There is a calm swimming pool to sit beside post you have your dinning.

Haven't had the opportunity to stay in any of the rooms. Rich and Opulent Ambience. Unorganized parking with/without staff. You could get delayed if you parked in a wrong spot. Security/valet staff are an uncourteous lot if you appear on a two/three wheeler. Wait staff was prompt and well behaved. Food quality had been good in the inaugural days of the place, but now be prepared for a lukewarm average treat for a seemingly steaming recipe on your plates, either way, dining in/takeaway or family functions/ business gathering.

Location is too good. Corporate parties are being mostly conducted here. Marriage functions, birthday party, thread ceremony are celebrated most of the time. I have been there to attend a Marriage party. Really nice place and awsome food experience.

#HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE # We had a horrible Experience and I don't think we will ever stay here again. The breakfast arrangement was such that out of 25+ dishes one of it was non veg and it was placed in the middle of all the food. First my spouse went and had breakfast and she had eaten it. Then after an hour I went for breakfast and I also took it in the plate but thanks to a fellow travellers who are the same time inquired if there was any non veg item (as he was looking for one) and then the staff pointed out that there is one in the middle. I overheard that and immediately changed my plate. Later in the day when my wife and I were chatting I shared this episode with her , at that time only she realised that she has accidently eaten a dish made up of fish. It was a brown color ball ..kind of looking bhajiya . In our entire life we never even touched eggs and we ended up having non veg in Puri which is one of the 4 dhams. We will live in Guilt for rest of our lives and thanks to Pramod. It didn't stop there. In the evening when we returned to hotel we asked to see Manager , the receptionist said he will come in morning so we shared the experience with chef. There was no sense of sincere regret or apology from their end when we shared this with them. He said it is difficult to move it separately as it requires some logistics changes (like induction etc) When I was checking out, there was an elderly woman waiting for her room to be ready for check in. I chatted with her and came to know that she has exact similar experience 20 minutes ago. She had accidentally eaten non veg too. So consider this.3 different adults from three different upbringing and background made same mistake in 24. Hours ...so it is pretty much possible that it has happened with others too ..some people realised it and some didn't. So if they really call them a 4 star property they should do this change. Puri is a sacred place , I am not against people's choice of food. However I request that non veg items should be kept aside or separately or some kind of more visible distinction should be there. Being Vegetarian is a matter of pride and belief for a lot of people. Please don't play with that emotion. Coming to hotel. It is decent hotel but way over priced. We stayed for 2 days and price was almost 15K . You can get "almost" similar experience at half the price in adjacent hotels. Staff was courteous, cleaning was good, room service was good. Kids zone AC doesn't work and there is just one room of 150 sqft or less with just one swing which is not really a kids zone . The chess game is missing couple of items. The table tennis bats are worn off and broken. They said it was swimming pool view for our room but it was a"jungle view" as the trees heights was so high there was hardly anything visible from there. So it was not pool view.

The place is very nice and the location is easily accessible. Now discuss its hospitality, rooms and service is perfect. Any type of occasion can be celebrated here. The manager and all the staff are very well behaved.

The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is awesome . Especially the lawn having a statue of gautam buddha . There is a big banquet hall for marriage, party, office meeting and other cultural programs. Having a parking facility and quality of food is ok 👌

Food: Outstanding Service: Excellent Stay : Comfortable I stayed at this hotel along with my team of 9 for a period of 8 days. We had a really comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and so hospitable. I would give the food we had at every meal a 10 on 10. The hotel is small but open with a center courtyard. I had one of the bigger rooms so I had access to a large balcony. The only draw back was the mosquitoes. The hotel however did their best to keep it at bay by fumigating the laws and corridors every evening at dusk.

Arranged my sister's wedding here. Staffs were so helpful and very co-operative. Helped a lot to escort barat vehicles. Ambience of the resort is wonderful. Sales and Operations Managers both and their staff are soo helpful. Food taste was also good.

Rooms are good and service is average. Cons I saw are There is no baby pool. With paying so much money there is no baby pool and there will be no one near the swimming pool to provide a pool towel or for any emergency service. You should go in search of them or by any chance if they come you are lucky. No boards to say how depth is the pool. For the same room type there was a price difference when booked online. Even after I was promised that it will be reversed they didn't do and instead I was asked to buy something(food) and adjust and nothing is cheap or value for money

Guys you need to immediately change your pics in Google search. The place looks much much better than how it's seen in your profile. Beautiful ambience, welcoming staff and warm restaurants make you feel great after a hard, long days work. The little bakery/cafe dishes surprisingly dishes out some stunning pastries and cool beverages. Cold coffee is my favourite. Long broad corridors make for a great place for morning teas outside the rooms on 1st floor.

I had an exceptional stay PramodConvention and club Resort. I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The modern and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, The dining options were outstanding, offering a diverse range of delicious cuisines.

Its a business hotels , Not MUCH space of Parking . We need to park our vehicle on main Road and there is change of people dashing the cars , Foods are not so good or hygienic

Best taste of food ever. Expect longer time to serving. Balance of marination in tikkas was very good. Expect unreasonable pricing for some items including MRP items, glass of Sprite/masala coke = ₹90, Bottle of water= ₹60, Bowl of plain curd= ₹145, 1 plain chapati = ₹80, 1 Butter naan = ₹100.

It was so perfectly lit in this Christmas and new year to give that amazing feel. I loved their pastries which were freshly made cause they were literally stocking out and also try the Frappuccino. But they should work on their service which is very ill managed. Overall a good hang out place in cuttack.

It's a nice hotel. The food served is amazing. Both the restaurants and the cafe, all three serve delicious food. Its a good place to visit with friends and family. The Christmas decor is mond blowing. They also made the effort of making a person dressed as Santa, greeting people Merry Christmas. The time of service could vary depending on the crowd present. But the quality of the food doesn't change. Its always good. The staffs are also polite and sweet with the guests. The hotel also has a parking space, so that is also not an issue to worry about.

Had been to this place for New Year. Ordered Pizza & Pasta. The food taste was pathetic... It was cold, the cheese was also not melted.

Place is very nice to hangout but their staff management is very poor 😌.can't handle their guests.

Attended a Conference here on 21st August 22, Sunday. Good ambience, Ok Service and Good food. Small conference hall of about 300 capacity possibly. Biggest let down is lack of Parking space for 4 wheelers after Trade area for Delegates are done. When we talk about a cramped City like Cuttack, it's a Good place for small conferences of about 200 delegates. But ideally unfit as lack of Parking space is the biggest letdown and Roadside parking on Mahanadi Ring Road is just about manageable.

Good infrastructure and hospitality. Located a bit outside the main city which makes it ideal if you're looking for a break from the chaotic city life. Overall a great experience.

Restaurant led by Prasant is very good. Very cordial staffs and helpful. The ambience of the hotel n Restaurant, the features, rooms , service of staffs right from parking area to reception to dining area, all superb. They need to add bar which is the only missing point in them. Rest 10 on 10

The visit to the convention is good and it's a beautiful place to have loads of pictures. The conference hall are also spacious One can spend most of the time with friends and family over there with good food.

Because of the ambience, food and outstanding hospitality of the staff our stay became memorable. I would like to mention Gayadhar specially, who drove us to Puri for a darshan and assisted very carefully throughout till he dropped us at the railway station.

Almost everything here is top class - the courteous Namaskaar of the doorman, welcome smile of the receptionist, the pleasant disposition of the waiters, the quick and efficient arrival of what you order, and the delicious taste of the food. Yes, the pricing is somewhat high, but the quality commands and deserves the premium.
