Very good place! But best time to visit this place is either morning or afternoon.

A nice place to be especially in front of the maritime museum . A nice spot for photography Yes many people come here so u can ask someone to click a photo of yours. Also a line of gupchup and 🌽 stalls are there just in front of it . A bust stop is there too.. Check out if u like photography, where one could see green and blue tints everywhere.

Beautiful makeover to view the majestic Mahanadi or great river. A viewing point has been constructed just across the road from the Odisha Maritime Museum which given the current trend is a very popular selfie point. The road along the river is a great place for morning walks. Variety of street food is available along the road and at the viewing point. Fabulous moments in this location

We visited Cuttack city in a Sunday. Hence, roads were scantly crowded. Right from Bhubaneshwar till Cuttack - it took less than an hour to reach and then within the city, it was easy to navigate. Mahanadi river view point is on the Ring road of Cuttack city. The ring road is with divider and well maintained. Trees on both sides of the road. This view point is situated on a large sand shore of the banks of Mahanadi. Wide May be 150 mtrs and one can see the expansive sand shore till horizon in length. Very clean sand and has a Ghat exactly on the banks of the river. Lot of activities around for kids - lots of eateries - and a superb atmosphere and vibes in air. Be sure of the parking spaces - police can jam your vehicle if parked on wrong spaces. Sunday was filling the air with buzz and regulars were briskly walking / jogging. This is like a chow party of Mumbai. Fantastic place to visit.

The place is utmost beautiful and serenic. You can feel the breeze that's coming from the bluish water from the river Mahanadi. But don't litter on that place and make it dirty...

Very beautiful place to spend time. Recommended time to come here is at 4-5 pm as that time you do not feel sun heat and the beauty is more at that time. It is located just opposite to the State maritime museum. Best will be,if you come at 1-2pm for museum visit and after that catch the beauty of sunset point.

One of the best place to visit in Cuttack which is situated in front of Maritime Museum on the ring road. There is no entry ticket nor parking ticket at this place. The place is pretty much clean and the view at this view point is absolutely amazing. This place is also best for photography and bringing people of any age to enjoy the beauty of the nature.

Best place to enjoy the natural beauty of river mahanadi

Mahanadi has seriously breathtaking views throughout it's course. This point has a temple on the opposite and a small boundary to enjoy the view. One can sit there for sometime with friends and family.

Pleasant place to spend evenings. Cuttack is part of the Mahanadi River Islands.

One of the good places in cuttack, But is always over crowded, if you get here in a time when there is less people around you could really enjoy the view.

If look at sky it looks beautiful but flood water below makes it a unclean. Need cleanliness and proper maintenance.

Overall I am saying that this place is awesome.

Recently I had been there but there was little water. It looks good when the river has plentiful water in it. People generally go there during evening to enjoy the beauty of sunset.
