One of worst service provided by jio mart store College Square cuttack , everyone when u we order something they misplaced 3-4 items in each order . Store staff are not good

Good place to get a variety of household and general items. There are 3 floors with literally everything you would need to buy. Best part is there is a car parking inside so you don't have to park on the road. They accept cards, cash and UPI.

You get variety from ground floor to first floor. Good free parking space. Quite maintained on busy route.

Ok a big version of reliance fresh you can say, i visited this store at around 7pm on 26th nov 2021 there were very few support staffs available. The available staffs were arrogant and not well mannered i asked for where i can get mosquito sticks nobody helped me i find it by myself after searching for 30 minutes. Behaviour of staffs need an improvement.

It is very good, clean and a place full of useful things. I recommend all to go there, personally I go there at least 1 a week and there are amazing offers which should be checked by all the people. But yes, there should be one more floor and some more items which can make it a real supermarket. All the time nowadays there are people in this place who come to buy various products and things. So there are crowd in cash counters. There should be a person with each cashier to help him/her.A place like this will be my most favorite place at all. I didn't used many hard words right. Yes Some qualities there should in a shopping mall are:- 1.Cleanliness 2.More people but not crowding 3.Old and Latest all products because old is gold 4.Branded and real products because there are many fake products found in factories. 5.All the things should be in categories so people can find them with ease. By these any mall can be my favorite. Actually I wanted to complete my 200 characters review so I am explaining too much because always I write it in a short way but meaningful. Everything is good here. All type of items available. Parking place is also good but not managed by staff so not organized parking by people. But the one drawback is the billing counter. You have to stand to pay ur bill at least 10min. They have 4 to 5 counter but only 2 or three are in action. Hope the management team will look this issue.

Its location is very good.it will be better if the store keeper will assist people about the offer and people get benefit from them .a common people cant understand about the offer written in the package.

All items available but four wheeler parking is not available here very crowded places and no someone shopping here with come with four wheeler in evening time. So my advice is if you coming here so park your vehicle in outside safe area and then you can shopping here ☺️👍🏻

Few of the staff are too arrogant and rude. They are working there for a reason, but they don't know their ethics. There is one dumhead named Mahesh, he is a crook. Be aware of broots like him.

On 11th November, I paid 2071.71 Rs. to Reliance Smart, college square, Cuttack, Odisha (753003) via axis bank upi but the amount was debited from my account and didn’t credited to their account. So, they told me to pay that amount again through different bank and they told me that the amount which is debited from axis upi will be credited to your account within 24hrs. So, I paid them again through SBI debit card and transaction was successful. But my amount which was debited from my axis bank is not credited to my account till now and complaint regarding this to axis bank also but they told me that my transaction was successful and payment was credited to merchant account. So, I went two times to the same reliance smart and they told me that they will look into this matter and will call me when issue will resolve. I have sent message to that person regard Update of my refund but he is not responding now.

You can get anything which you want and every products price worthy..

The sales girl are not concerned about the stock details. When I asked for blanket roll she told me it is out of stock. A few days back I got one displaced on the staircase today it has been shifted near the cash counter. Sorry fot sales girl memory.

Very bad behavior not replying to questions the employees don't know about the product Recently I visited This store to buy a cheese there was an offer of rupees 99 it was written there but for confirmation i called a employees and asked about that she told me that their price is 99 I took that and went to billing counter at the time of billing the cashier said that it was 128 I mean ur employees Don't know about the price? I said to that cashier that It was written 99 so he went for check but he was not checking he was just chit chatting with other employees when he came back to me he said that their offer was over. It's okay thats understandable but explain me if that offer was over then why the price tag was sticked there and why those employees don't know about that?
