    Mr. Sambit is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making his clients fit and healthy is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot of people like me to stay fit. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition facts for having good health. I appreciate his dedication and admire him for the same. Am truly proud of him and his achievements. Highly Highly Highly Recommended.

    The Fitness Studio is very different from other fitness centres. They have redefined fitness and teach how fitness is not limited to weight loss. Sambit sir not only trains but also explain the science behind the exercises.His experience and work is commendable.

    A way more satisfied wid the TFS. Its been 1n 1/2 months I m attached to this studio. This is the on e n only place where fitness approach is given more importance than weightloss approach. the two consecutive days of functional training and strength training and then one day rest is the best schedule as I feel. I feel more active , energetic and lost 1/2 inch I guess. Thanks to Mr Adarsh for being perfect trainer n many many thanks to Sambit Sir for having such distinctive institution.🤘🏻

    There are certain myths that need to be broken about Fitness & a healthy lifestyle. If you are someone who doesn't go by what you hear and want to gain more knowledge in this segment then Fitness Studio is where you must go. Not only do you get to work on yourself, you also get to assess yourself based on the knowledge you receive and the personal assistance that you would be receiving with help you a great deal.

    It not a proper gym tow train your muscles rather it is a fitness hub to train for 1- Strength 2- Endurance 3- Stability 4- Balance 5- Mobility 6- Speed 7- Power 8- Co-ordination

    The first day I met Sambit Sir, he asked me about my purpose here, immediately I have shared want to loose weight to some specific kgs...He completely motivated and changed my perception...Now its been a month I am here....Now my goal is to stay fit, build inner strength and being healthy not just loosing kgs.. Sambit Sir's experience and the way he guide, explain minute details about the traininging with its benefits science feels great to be in this studio... Its not a common gym that is why its a fitness studio.. I would really recommend whoever in cuttack must experience what this studio has to offer..... A loud shout out for Adarsh and Sambit Sir..Thank You.. Keep inspiring and motivating people in their fitness journey ..

    Very beautiful & spacious space for exclusive functional training. Do not expect gym equipments, but a purposeful training session. Very nice trainers

    Basics, patience,dedication and passion are the qualities that he had while playing professional cricket and the same he has adopted while providing fitness training. A highly qualified and knowledgable fitness trainer that you can rely on. He has changed the perception of fitness. No dieting and starving. Eat all that you want and burn the calories with him at his amazing and well equipped fitness studio 👍

    If you want to get fit you may go to any gym but if you want to get fit as well as build your mental toughness it's a great place to join. Sambit sir a specialized trainer not only trains you but motivates you to win , shares his experiences , very friendly and cooperative in nature.....

    At TFS, "Fitness"is a way of life. The trainers including Sambit try to inculcate the culture of fitness in every member. The trainers Adarsh and Biswajyoti pay attention to detail throughout the sessions. I am extremely delighted to be a part of TFS.

    The workout sessions are very good . Here we workout according to our strength . For me it's the best workout session I ever tried . It's not a gym , it's for fitness freak people , who want to stay fit without getting injured in gym with right knowledge and proper guidance. As it provide personalised session , you can achieve your fitness goal with your consistency .

    The workouts are designed in a manner to bring out the best in you. My personal favourite part of the session is where I am told the science behind my performance and zero compromises on the form.

    It's not like other gyms in town. A perfect functional, strength and sports specific studio in town with the maestros . Been getting trained here from a month. I must say, as the name suggests it's a studio where everything is done with minute attention. Sambit sir is a great motivator and trainer. His experience, expertise in this game count in for him. He not only trains for the betterment, he shares the the science behind it and how it will be beneficial. Also a special thanks to Adarsh for providing the utmost attention during the training. They don't focus on the getting the temporary buffed muscles , rather they do on the inner strength , stamina building along with the improved focus and mental strength; which is permanent. A really great initiative by Sambit Sir to introduce the concept of crossfit and the inner strengthen to the city. I wish them all the best and grow to the top. Keep spreading the healthiness.

    I have been training here since a month and my experience till date is amazing. Sambit Sir is an excellent coach when it comes to fitness. He is also a very good mentor and motivator.
