I had my wallet stolen and they would not let me pay for breakfast for me and two children with a bank transfer. I had to have a friend travel by train and bring cash. Other than that, it's close to the train station but far from the beach. Buses stop early. But it's clean and new and on the harbor where you can enjoy a drink.

The “reception team “ has to improve a lot.(Only one lady Angela was friendly and professional.) The rest were rude and unprofessional.(Especially the young guy who was working in afternoon shift… his attitude was just unacceptable and unbelievable!) They don’t speak English well and don’t have a clue how to communicate with guests on the polite way…. Or about hospitality , catering business. It was very disappointed experience.

Didn’t even offer soap in the rooms, breakfast was good but dinner wasn’t. If ur vegan then i wouldn’t recommend coming here. Rooms were alright

We have decided to have breakfast and this is why we walked into this hotel. We looked at the breakfast selection and since it was ok we decided to buy it as externals. The receptionist was nice but then the lady from the kitchen/breakfast area came, nervous, stressed, aggressive and extremely unpleasant and convinced them that there were too many people and that she could not have two more guests. Because of her only 3 stars.

Lovely room, very clean. Great harbour view, we will definitely book a room there next time when we will be in Cuxhaven.

Modern and minimalistic. Great breakfast buffet. Lots of life around the harbour and good fish menus to choose from.

The staff is very friendly and fluent in English, too. The rooms are basic furnished but clean. Compared to the equipment the price is relatively high. The bed sheets are a bit rough and the pillows are very low and small. The breakfast menu is sufficient.

Nice place at the harbour. Nice people work there. Breakfast is okay but to expensive for What you get. The room is okay for 1/2 days but not longer for families. All in all Nice place for some days.

I just used the cafe, the whole thing is backward 1,50 for a cafe sashet then off you go to another table to pay 1,50 for water ... seriously? Cake was nice but i wont come here again.

Nice little hotel on the Riverside. With spectacular views over the city from the sky lounge. Friendly staff and the hotel was clean and spotless.

Stayed here with family on our way to Helgoland. The staff was very friendly and it was perfect for one night in a hostel.
