Yikes. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother. $$$$. Also, don't be fooled by a response from the owner. It's all for show. I accidentally missed an appointment and they refuse to let me reschedule due to "owners policy". They gave me no notice or chance to correct this issue. Also, I'm sure they saw my previous review. Great morals...not.

I had a very good experience at State Valley Dental. I was able to get in quickly to get a new crown. Everyone was very nice, very professional and I am so glad I found them. Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago I saw Dr. Berry (I believe she is a new dentist because Dr. K who I have seen for the last 16 years moved out of state) for a tooth that was causing me so much pain when I eat that I wanted to cry. She took an X-ray and did a bunch of tests that caused me alot of pain. She told me that the filling that was put in prior was way to close to my nerves and that the only way to fix this pain was a root canal. She applied tooth desensitizer which lasted a week and half. Once that pain came back full blast I made another appointment. She took another X-ray and told told me that nothing was wrong with my tooth and that I didn't need a root canal. And that I would have to see a specialist to have a 3D X-ray done to see if there were any cracks in my tooth that her X-ray couldn't pick up. On my referral paper she wrote down everything she did to test my tooth pain and it wasn't accurate at all. She wrote that I was having no pain with percussion or palpation and just a slight lingering pain with endo ice. All of this is false and I almost cried while she was tapping on my tooth and applying the endo ice at the first appointment for this tooth pain. I also ask for more tooth desensitizer. And the dental assistant said that the tooth desensitizer that they put on my tooth should have lasted 6 months. So she's not sure that if they apply more it will help with the pain this time since it only lasted a week and half. But this second appointment didn't sit right with me at all. And everything she said about this tooth was completely different than the first first appointment. I am in lots of pain still-- thanks so much for wasting my time and not properly charting my appointment and not listening to my concerns! It's so hard to find a good dentist! I have been a patient at this office for more than half my life and I will not be returning ever again. And I would also like to mention that the part of the dental chairs that have the water and cup for rinsing looks dusty and corroded with minerals. Really needs a deep cleaning!

I absolutely love state valley dental on Graham road. They have fixed any dental issues I had. I went to a previous dentist and they damaged a few teeth and had a few bad fillings but state valley fixed it all. I trust them here and they do great work. They answer all my question and listen to me without rushing me. I would definitely recommend state valley dental.

Ok! I’m pretty sure I have a phobia of the dentist. Last time I was here I got super nauseous after getting numbed, so today I explained that to Dr. K. He explained to me that there is another numbing that they can use that doesn’t have Epinephrine in it! It went so much better I didn’t get nauseous at all!! (Last time I was in the bathroom ready to throw up) They where patient with me, and kind. Growing up I had a few bad dentist experiences, here State Valley Dental they will take care of you and listen to your every need!

They staff at the front desk is extremely rude and they don’t follow up with there clients when they say that they will. Overall, worst customer service experience ever. Highly would NOT recommend especially if your issue is urgent. HORRIBLE!!!!!

This was my first time here. I had a root canal done and a crown put on. The service was amazing and my mouth pain is gone! Thank you! I will be back.

Used to be good. They are very neglectful with their patients. What is supposed to be a meeting every 6 months is more like ten only for them to call the day before and say they do not accept your insurance. Last time I was there the dentist was all sweaty and worked like a madman. No time for novacaine to set in he just went to town in his sweaty rushed glory. Other dentist is pretty good but watch out for sweaty rushed guy.

I came in with a worker's compensation claim. They were wonderful and reassuring. I couldn't ask for a better emergency dentist visit!

Dr. Chung has been doing my teeth for over 10 years! I always set a appt with him if he’s available. He’s done my bridge and a few other oral procedures over the years that has given me a confidence that I didn’t have before going to him. My visit today was great. My dental hygienist was awesome as always. The receptionist was nice and friendly and so was the girl who gave me the quotes for my next visits. I definitely recommend State Valley Dental to everyone - I always have!

State Valley Dental makes dental care and cleanings an easy and seamless positive experience. We receive appointment reminders. The office is clean and sanitary. The front desk is full of smiles and information. Deni cleans our teeth perfectly. We are x-rayed and checked out. We have our next appointment set before we leave. Perfect!

Filing a quality of care complaint with the Ohio Dental Board-I've had the worst experience at this dental office and I choose to share with others because im in shock this used to be a great place. I have been in pain for a month because I need a Root Canal, but instead was being told I needed a Crown (paid the money upfront). I was finally referred to an Endodontists to get a Root Canal after being persistent and mentioning to the office manager "I went to Urgent Care due to the excructiating pain I was experiencing and my PCP followed up and mentioned I need a Root Canal ". The time for this situation - I got tooth prepped for Crown 12/7, called 12/12 said pain so bad I can’t sleep and was able to do walk in Dr. Barry drilled my temp Crown down, called 12/16 advised pain getting worse can’t sleep was prescribed 800 ibuprofen, 12/23 went to urgent care for pain office was closed for holidays, called 1/3 came in for visit , I advised pain getting worse cant sleep had to call off work and see Urgent Care, explains wakes me up at night. I was finally referred for Root Canal. Explained I can’t afford both Crown/Root Canal right now need to be refunded for Crown so I can afford Root Canal and I’m left on hold when I call or being told I cant get a full refund. Two days ago called left on hold 20 mins . I am now scheduled 1/24 with Endo to get Root Canal and can’t pay because State Valley won’t refund me, this is so unreal. They mentioned I owe $38 for a x-ray that I show paid on my dental portal 1.8.23, at this point I have to get some outside help because when I call im left on hold or sent to voicemail with no returned call. I don't like to put others down but I see another review with a similar situation with a Root Canal at this office. I cant believe this situation started with me getting my teeth cleaned and the Hygienist mentioned my molar was broke but I couldn't feel it, I guess a part had chipped off, I was in no pain, but now my tooth had been drilled down and it hurts very bad!

Dr Mike takes his time and doesn’t rush to get you out of there.I would highly recommend.

Absolutely love State Valley Dental! I have convinced my parents and my fiancé to come here and they have had incredible experiences! My fiancé is very uncomfortable with dental procedures and Maria the hygienist is gentle and thorough! My Dad says Susie is the best hygienist he has ever had and my mom says Dr. Chung is the best dentist she has ever seen. I have had wonderful experiences at State Valley, everyone- especially at the front desk- is so kind!

This is a great dental facility. The staff is friendly , and they always text and remind u of your appointments. The Doctors and hygienist are great and make you feel comfortable while you’re there. If you are a nervous person when it comes to the dentist , then this is the place you should try out.

My phone calls to set up my first appointment and inquiry into my dental insurance coverage and benefits were met with friendly and helpful staff. The hygienist, Maria, was very friendly and thorough in the cleaning and she took time to explain to me on good oral care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chung for quite a few years now. In all of my years of experience with dentists, he does the best work by far. He’s extremely gentle yet does impeccable work. For me, getting the shot is the worst part of being at the dentist and somehow he makes the experience seem pretty simple and painless. Dr. Chung can be fairly quiet sometimes but always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything he is doing. Also, his assistants are just as good. Alex and Tiffany are super friendly and professional. They always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend Dr. Chung and his team.

Bad experience, I made an appointment for my children, after a few days they sent me a text telling me that they no longer see children under 14 years old. First they told me that they did not accept my insurance and I waited a couple of months to add them to my insurance and now this, I feel discriminated .
