The best cheese steak in town, bar none. We love it here, go at least a couple times a month! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and I also recommend ordering online in advance. The food is always ready on time and fresh!

It's a Mr Hero... Food is iconic, great waffle fries and cheese. It's not fine dining but if you were expecting a Michelin Star what are we doing here...

Nope. Nope. We LOVE the one on W Market though! This location is VERY skimpy with the oil and spice and if you dare to ask for some because they really never used much on the already pricey Roman Burger, they fill the tiny plastic cups BARELY half way. We're never going back. But the W Market one, I'd buy a second home right on that block it's on just to be that close. My friend, daughter, and I ate there twice within the past 2 days, and we live 45 miles away. W Market I mean. Not this one. It's depressing.

Very Clean and friendly staff. I was impressed with the quality and freshness of the Roman burger. I have not been in here for many years but after todays visit , I will be returning as a regular customer. Great job to the owner and staff.

I've been going to this particular Mr Hero for prob 30 years and it's always been a solid experience. The staff is courteous, the restaurant is spotless and the food is good. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it!

Do not give free tap water or ranch dressing with fried mushrooms.

Worst $11 I ver spent. Roman burger used to be my favorite sandwich but what they gave me was pathetic. Never will I spend another penny at your stores.

This place has always been good but today was a whole different experience. The sandwich was a disaster, need to change the oil, as the mushrooms were super dark and nasty. Literally ate 2 and threw them out. Very crowded, seemed to be understaffed. Probably look for an alternative place to go....

Got a zesty bacon today no raspberry sprinkles and not thrilled of them substituting fried ham as the bacon…

Order was completely wrong and they didn’t not want to honor their mistake. Took an hr for them to review cameras and talk to the person who rung the order up as well as myself. I will never return to this establishment.
