Absolutely beautiful location right in the downtown Cuyahoga Falls area! Street parking is usually pretty easy during the week, but if it is not available, there are plenty of places to park nearby just a short walk away. The interior is so cute and has table seating, booth seating, as well as places to sit at the ice cream bar. I am vegan and it is so hard to find a delicious non-dairy ice cream. Not only that, but they have non-dairy toppings as well! The cookies and cream is definitely my favorite and it is some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Great selection of flavors and friendly service every time I've gone!

Pav’s Creamery is super yummy! We got the Brookie Dough Sundae and the Coconut Dream Sundae. The sizes are huge and definitely enough to split with another person thanks to all of the add ins. The interior is cute and very pink! We’ll definitely be heading back to try some of their adult milkshakes.

Boba milkshake is the best. Great service. The place is super clean and beautiful decoration (vintage)

The peanut butter sundae is excellent. The ice cream and the brownie make for a delicious combination! The ice cream is extremely rich and flavorful. They also sell pints of homemade ice cream for a ridiculous deal of buy one get one free at $5, so each for $2.50.

I was really trying to be critical about this place because I take my milkshakes kinda serious, but wow!!! This Apple Crown Royal carmel adult milkshake is a work of alcohol & ice cream art!!!! Hands down one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had in my life, and that says a lot! This is one of the few places I’ve eaten at and wondered if they franchise. Family owned, and absolutely delicious. 100%!

It’s a cute location. It’s pricier than normal but the servings are huge. The one scoop looks like 2 or 3 scoops so sharing is an option. The ice cream itself was really good. I had the chocolate peanut butter cake custard, really good! Great treat.

The staff was incredibly sweet and the ice cream tasted great! I got the apple dumpling and highly recommend.

Gem of a place in Downtown Chic ambience, widest selection of ice creams, kustards, floats, sodas, coolers, dessert hot dogs, unique classics, sundaes, flurries, milkshakes and adult milkshakes! Vegan and gluten free options too. Totally spoils us for choices. Special mention: scoops of nuts over coconut, Christmas special with sprinkles. Staff bubbly and helpful.

12/17/2023 Let me start off by acknowledging Jewels & Isaac for their fantastic welcoming into Pavs! Their bright & jovial demeanor set the tone for my first time there ( Live in Atl) I was given the full run down on how many flavors I could sample ( pretty much all) and how they had a " flight" of ice cream of any flavor on the menu .I was pretty much sold. I enjoyed their conversation and pleasant attitude ☺️.. I'll Definitely return when back in Ohio

Counter person was colder than the ice cream. Not very welcoming at all. My daughter wanted to try the ice cream and went online to find a flavor to try. I get there and ask for it and the cashier just said we don't have that. I said my daughter went online and this was a flavor that was on your website. Again, we don't have it. So I called my daughter and gave her the flavors that she pointed out off the menu. If it was for me, I would have just walked out. $16.50 for a half a gallon of ice cream and bad customer service.

love this location!! inside the shop is adorable, the ice cream tastes phenomenal, & the customer service is top tier!! I went in on a really busy night & am allergic to a lot of things, but had Ian help take my order and he was very patient & helpful with finding something I could eat even with my allergies. He even went and looked through the ingredients list for different ice creams to make sure they were ok for me to eat without me asking. 11/10 customer service!!! (& if you can’t have dairy, gluten, or soy - go with the blueberry lemonade shake!)
