Disastrous inside and out. The parking is full with garbage from overflowing trash cans. Cigarette butts everywhere. You can barely see the grass they do have as it's littered with garbage. I feel bad for the dealership next door to have to deal with it Inside is just as bad, if not worse. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The floors are a wreck. I'm sure the fryers haven't been cleaned properly in quite some time. And the coolers are sitting at about 50% capacity.... The place is in pretty rough shape compared to other locations.

Anyone wanting food from Sheetz should travel to the Hudson Dr & Steels Crnrs (Rte. 8) Sheetz. Much better and only 3 minutes drive North. Franchise owner & staff at Sheetz #317 by Rte. 8/Chapel Hill plaza do not care. Look at the pic I took before leaving.

Giving a two stars because the cashier was such a nice person. Ordered three drinks on Christmas, and I understand that working Christmas sucks, but two years ago I worked at sheetz and had to work the holidays. They completely ignored the drinks and would just make the food. I saw people order food AFTER me and get their food. Waited 30 minutes before i just asked for a refund.

I love the sandwich but because it was so busy I had to stand. The only drawback was there was no place to sit to wait for my order. Other than that, great job.

Store is aweful. Most the workers are lazy and very interested and not helpful with anything. Made a Sheetz order through the app for a set time and I got there and nothing was done. Asked about it and got ignored. Waited a little bit and finally just said screw it and left. I'll never go back there and that would be my recommendation for everyone else also.

I didnt order a big black hair strand with my curly fries but lo and behold there it is. Edit: my fries werent even good most of them were like that tiny piece, no big curly fries. I also ordered a bucket but got a cup size in the bucket. I tried leaving out that detail but i couldnt i had to come back to add it. June 4th 1:49am order 514

I just spent 30 minutes standing in the store waiting for the food I ordered and this dude has the nerve to give me cold fries!? How is that a thing? Make the fries last! This has become the worst Sheetz in the area. The drink coolers are half empty at all times and the service is never great. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different Sheetz.

Rich was very helpful in assisting me. Im In a wheelchair, so it is not easy for me to get out and pump gas. They were very helpful at this location, and I'm very grateful.

I understand that, since basically nowhere else is open after about 11pm, Sheetz gets very busy. Thus, it's understandable that there is a bit of a wait to get one's ordered food. However, Sheetz corporate should understand this and perhaps have more food prep workers scheduled later? I routinely have to wait 20-30 minutes in a crowd of people also waiting for their food.

The bathrooms were disgusting! No toilet paper in any of the stalls and there was trash, clothing tags and empty panty hose packages all over the floor. The coolers were not stocked anytime recently as most of the shelves were empty or had 1 or 2 options. We informed the cashier and his "ok" response was more than obvious that he wasn't going to do anything about the condition of the bathrooms. Judging by the poor reviews already made, I don't see the conditions improving at this location. I recommend driving a little further and finding a different gas station.

The Sheetz on Howe Ave is the worse Sheetz around. In August, I injured myself in their bathroom. I reported it to the cashier and asked to talk to the manager. The manager was unable. I left crying, bleeding and in pain. I sent multiple emails to the company with no answer. Im not post the pictures of the wound but I do have them.

Store was very dirty! Bathroom had empty toilet rolls all over the floor!! (7) One of coffee machine looked like water coming out. The other one the coffee was so bad tasting. No creamer, coffee counter was so dirty. We left and went the other place to get coffee. Not a sheetz store a PA resident is used to!!!

Came in aWas standing in line for 45 minutes and all I ordered was french toast sticks. I asked what was going on and they said they couldn't find the order. Then acted like they were doing me a favor by fulfilling my order as soon as possible.

As a previous shift manager i was incredibly upset with the lack of care for employees and customers yesterday during my visit. My daughter received a hot melted like plasic cup with her iced coffee obviously assuming the lady had used a epresso pod instead of the concentrate i approached her about it. She was very much untrained. Confused. She remade it after i explained what and where the appropriate ingredient is. Unfortunately when we left we realized we paid over 4 bucks for a extremely thick aweful syurped concoction not a pleasant iced coffee. She was absolutely lacking milk and very much could have use wayyy too much syurps. Didnt notice because of the amount of whipped cream that the cup was not full.We didnt have time at that point to go back in. Start to finish it took forever. And to add they are not placing the right items in the correct bags

Such a pain in the D-hole to pick up food here. It’s a miracle there wasn’t 10 customers circling around waiting for food. Thought it was my lucky day. Nope. Crickets instead. Got to stare at me food from afar. Gotta lock up the $6.80 salad which probably has a cost of what….$2?

I was helped by a shorter man with fun colored/rainbow hair! He was very sweet and when my order was messed up he did not hesitate to correct it. They were also out of a product to make the drink I ordered and he suggested some other ideas for me. Overall, very pleasant experience especially given the fact they are more than likely short staffed some days. I appreciate his kindness and efforts to make my experience pleasant!
