Nice family owned Aquatic store. Large selection of tropical fish as well as saltwater fish. Boggs stands out with their offering of large fully grown cichlids and other fish alike. This store has the most healthy, active, and most vibrant fish i’ve owned so far. Thank you Boggs Aquatics!

Great selection and knowledge! We've bought numerous fish from Boggs over the years. My son recently wanted a lizard for his birthday and Danny helped us select the best one for our lifestyle, as well as educating us on everything we needed to know. Leo the Lizard has been a great addition to our family :)

I'm so glad I found this local gem. You can tell the owners are passionate about their craft, and honest, hardworking people. I immediately got the feeling that this store is a passion project. Their selection is great -- I was able to find some cherry shrimp I've been looking for it all the big box stores in a 40 mile radius that never carry any. Their fish look all much happier and healthier than you'd finding a big store, as they don't overcrowd the tanks. That's one thing that always bothered me: is how overstocked the larger stores' tanks always are. Their inventory is much better stocked than any other box pet store and the owners we're incredibly down-to-earth, helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be coming here from here in the future over any other chain store.

Amazing store. Staff was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. Bought beautiful plants and spider wood and two dojo loaches. We’re absolutely in love. We will 100% be doing business here from now on for all our aquatic needs.

Outstanding customer service and knowledge. The staff is always friendly and ready to talk about any situation. Just the other afternoon they were closed for new fish coming in. The owner saw us in the parking lot and came out to speak with my wife. He recognized us and offered to get our weekly order of feeder snails for our puffer. Going above and beyond the call, very appreciated!

I loveeeee this place. Staff is so kind and friendly, always checking up on us and asking if we need help. They held my new beta fish for my while I got his tank all cycled and ready. Finally came and got him today! He’s so happy & his name is Astro! ❤️🐟 He loves his fresh brine shrimp!

Awesome store, Danny is very friendly and knowledgeable! I drove up from Columbiana to pick up a baby leopard ctenopoma since no other stores around me seem to have them and the last place I had tried sold me a sickly one that passed away pretty quickly. Definitely worth the hour drive and I'll definitely be coming back sometime when I have another open tank. :) I can't wait to see this fish grow, he seems very healthy and happy!

I will tell you right now, this has to be one of the friendliest and most helpful aquarium shop in the area. The owners are super helpful and accommodating, they have a great variety of EVERYTHING. And it is all in all just a comfortable place to go. He was able to answer every question and assist with everything i needed. 100% would go here instead of a bigger corporate style aquarium store. I will be coming here from now on to support the Boggs.

Stopped here on a whim searching for some live food for my pea puff and the guy helping me was SUPER friendly. Did not have the worms I wanted at the present but said it would be easy enough to order them in if I wanted them. This might be a weird comment but I felt very respected here, where I feel like I go into some places dealing with exotic pets and I'm shrugged off because I'm a woman (people seem to like to defer to my male partner, while I'm the person that does 95% of the pet management at home). Fish were in great condition! Nobody looked beat up or sick and everyone had ample swimming room. I appreciated that the associate that helped me said they did not take certain kinds of fish that get too large for them to accomodate. I don't have the space to be as into the hobby as I would like, but I know if the time comes where I can start getting into larger tanks I would definifely trust Boggs :)

Absolutely would recommend. Came in looking for an above average Betta fish and to look around for potential additions to my larger tank. I was blown away. The selection of Bettas was outstanding and I was told they usually have more. (Like what?! That's impressive!) Could not go home without this beauty. Great selection of freshwater fish- even a some saltwater. (My goodness that Puffer <3) Friendly, Helpful, and Transparent. Pricing is equivalent to quality and uniqueness. Will be coming back once my larger tank is set up.

I came from Malvern, just to go to boggs, looking for nice guppies. I found a bunch of sick ones, and had to pass. I commented on their Facebook page about it. They said that they aren't sick, and blocked me. Someone doesn't want people knowing that they have sick fish, and would sell them to you in a heartbeat. These guppies are 100% obviously sick. Don't buy fish here. Ill be sharing the same story with the BBB. Blocking me screams, I wanna sell these fish and don't want people to know that they are sick.

They are very helpful and know alot about everything that you ask -fish wise and other things sometimes like reptiles too-. Prices are a tad high but I understand they have to make a profit too. They took in my yellow lab babies (about 20 ) and gave me credit so very happy for that. Plus my kids love coming in and looking at all the species. 😊 Would recommend

What are the ACTUAL hours here? Every week the hours change, and I can't keep leaving work early like last week only to find them closed at 4, when in the morning it said open til 6. Then, read closed Wednesday and Sunday, so switch days off to go today, a Tuesday, and now closed it says, but open tomorrow, Wednesday. I want to support local, and love this place, but come on already with hours! I mean, seriously. Stick to the hours posted. If you're closing early at 4 because they had a "slow day", that's understandable; HOWEVER, many of us aren't off work til 4 or 5. I came last Thursday and it was closed at 4, but original said 6. I did my research and actually switched my day off tomorrow for today. And.now your open Wednesday? Each week I checked the hours on google maps, and it only showed closed Wednesday and Sunday. I don't have Facebook, so maps is my only option.

This place has some amazing fish!! The owners are very nice and are very knowledgeable,and anytime I have had questions about my fish and their care,they have always taken the time to give me information that I have needed.

Dan is always so helpful and Megan will not buy any fish somewhere else always have good luck with boggs fish plus that help the the Local businesses

Awesome store and awesome owner. Lots of tanks for a small footprint. Prices are good, selection is good, super clean, fish are healthy and a good selection! Definitely worth the trip for fresh water. Check them out, will be back.

I'm 100% sure that the guppies in at least 1 tank are sick, and not labeled sick. I breed them too, and I know exactly what I'm talking about, as I've already had to fight these diseases. If you think that I've made this claim for no reason, you are mistaken. I came to your shop hoping to do plenty of business with you. Not to bash you. I could come back, and show you which fish are sick. I'm off work today. If you can show me zero sick guppies, I'll delete the review. Just read their responses to any negative feedback. Absolutely nasty attitude

I've bought almost everything for my new blackwater tank from Boggs. 16 various fish, a few plants, and some pieces of drift wood. So far the fish have been healthy and happy. They are the only place around me that had a great selection of driftwood. The owner, Dan, has always been friendly and helpful. Overall I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Boggs Aquatics and this is the only place I will be purchasing fish from! I love their wide selection and even though they might have slightly higher prices than a chain petstore, the quality is amazing. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, and every fish I've bought from them has survived. I was told they can order almost anything in, as long as I call and ask. Also they sell the coolest driftwood I've seen! I live 45 minutes away from them, but still make the trip because this store is so worth it!

If you are looking for healthy livestock and solid advice, this is your place. The quality of the livestock is VERY high. The health and quality of the fish is VERY important especially when establishing a new system. They are concerned about providing healthy fish unlike a lot of other places that just want a quick sale.

like others, im gonna say the betta selection is absolutely beautiful. beautiful selection of fish all the way around. love my koi betta he’s doing very well. the giant mystery snail i got is also thriving
