    This Wendy's use to be my favorite location as its 5 min from me with great service..but now I will gladly drive elsewhere! They hardly speak English and looks at you crazy for not speaking Spanish, food order is wrong, food is cold, drink isn't filled all the way to the top, quality of the food has gone downhill, zero customer service! I will never come back to this place and advise everyone else to go to a different location.

    Food tasted good but my whole order was wrong except the lemonade and the fries. Had to go back in and get at least the correct burger because the one I got had tomato and lettuce and 1 patty, I ordered a double stack, then when the lady that had to remake it realized I didn't want pickles like it came she took them off and started over but made a nasty remark to the guy next to her in Spanish...she should have made it right the first time and second time or looked at what the order said I ordered...

    I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, nuggets and honey mustard sauce. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half, only to be told they didn't have a knife...I was very perplexed. Received my order only to find a fried chicken breast, when I asked for grilled and my sandwich cut in half. There was no honey mustard in the bag, but there was BBQ and sweet and sour sauce...the employees need to pay better attention to customers orders.

    2nd edit: We decided to grab take out from here again tonight, chocking up our prior experiences to bad nights, unfortunately more of the same persists. We went inside to order instead of driving through, hoping for a better experience... Oof, were we wrong. Waited at the counter for an awfully long time before anyone acknowledged us, the shift lead lady that took the order didn't speak the whole time and just said "you can pay" once the order was finished, she didn't even tell me the total. Once the food was prepared the young man stood at the counter and stared at me while I was filling our drinks, I asked for sauce and he threw them on the counter, again; didn't say a single word and wouldn't look me in the eye. I'll also never understand why this particular Wendy's is so stingy with their sauce. One sauce per combo really isn't enough, but I digress. I wish I could say we wouldn't come back here but unfortunately we don't have many convenient options and it is right outside of our neighborhood. Franchise owner, manager, GM! Please get your team together. Edit: tried again tonight, the employees don't even know what hot chili seasoning is... The girl just said "we don't have that". So tired of places with horrible employees. Tonight we had a similar experience as many of the reviews I just read from other people. They got our order wrong and they didn't give us the hot chili seasoning. For those that don't know, Wendy's hot chili seasoning is probably the best fast food condiment on this planet yet no one knows it exists, including g most Wendy's employees. Wendy's on fry and tuckerton please get your stuff together, you're 2 minutes from my house but I can't continue to pay for incompetence.

    They have to be incredibly terrible for me to jump on here to google review a fast food place. Drive through experience was horrible. They don’t speak good English which is not my issue but make no apologies on how they talk to customers, they even told me my card declined than told me they were joking! Then I asked for ketchup and he dropped 3 into my hand. Then I watch him hang out of the window and drink lemonade waiting on the next car to drive up.

    Last time I was here I ordered a small combo and was rung up as a medium. I didn't notice until I got the food and just decided to let it go. Today I paid attention and corrected the cashier when they same thing happened, and was told that they no longer have a small size and I was forced to only purchase a medium or larger meal. I can't seem to find anything on the Wendy's website saying they've gotten rid of the size, and it's still on their menu board. I'm pretty sure this location is just disregarding customer orders to boost sales.

    The menu was on dinner, and it was breakfast. Ordered sausage croissant they don't specify its spicy sausage very disappointing. Hash browns and drink were great.

    Quick, friendly service in drive thru. Accidentally forgot to give me my card back, but had it right there waiting for me when I went back (and apologizing). I will return when I am back visiting
