My frequent visits to the Starbucks in Cypress have consistently been delightful, worthy of a five-star rating without question. One of the highlights of this location is undoubtedly the friendly staff who always greet you warmly upon arrival. Their welcoming demeanour adds a touch of homeliness that makes every visit special. The premises are immaculately clean and well maintained, reflecting a high standard of hygiene that is reassuring. The people who work here are friendly but the manager keeps removing outlets. They currently only have 1 wall outlet (I came in today to find they covered the other outlets) & a long table with outlets (not the table you can plug USB into, actual outlets/you need the box to plug your charger into).

Worst Starbucks staff ever, every time i come here , they always forget to add my pumps of syrup on my coffee for some reason. First of all i asked them for an iced coffee and they gave it to me hot, because the cashier didn’t payed attention to my order so they had to re do it again with an ugly attitude & the cashier gave a weird look when i notice it that they were making it hot. Anyhow they give me an iced coffee but the girl who made it forgot to add the vanilla syrup, then i asked them to have an extra pump on a side they all looked at each other and gave me a weird look they make feel very uncomfortable and not welcomed at all, how rude. Its not my fault that they forgot to add it , id personally go to Starbucks every other day so i know how my coffee should taste. This will be the last time i come to this Starbucks. Pls cashier and staff pay more attention to the orders instead of talking to each other.

Small cafe but professional staffers. Every time I stop here, My small coffee cones with kindness. They have a staffer board with fav coffees. Small parking lot, handicapped entrance, clean bathrooms. Make this stop versus the target Starbucks. Have a Good Day!

They lock their toilet like it is a safe box 😂 unbelievable.

This 🌟 bucks is worth walking inside. No drive thru but great people 😁💖👍 always have good attitude and a smile. Plus I get my sippy lid for my coffee's. No buddy but Starbucks has a sippy lid! I love you 🌟 bucks. 😍

It was okay you know but they were a little slow we got there in about an hour an hour and then within 45 minutes we got our our food and our drinks but besides that it's all right I mean that Starbucks is kind of slow but it doesn't have a drive-thru so that kind of makes it even slower but I still give them a good rate you know so it's all right that one is okay

I can go on and on about how I feel Starbucks he's taking snacks at the public by taking out the power outlets that really hurts

Was really not very busy at all. Standard Starbucks service and drinks. Cool that there are USB ports for the bench seating. Wish there were more charging stations at tables. Benches were super crowded even though only 5 of us there. Clientele was really friendly and nice and funny too...could've just been holiday cheer...lol

Ok so I just left this Starbucks and both employees were so awesome!!! 350pm rt b4 I start my shift I went inside and ask for my drink then ask the barista a question on where she got something and she said there but they were out and guess what she did gave me hers 🙏🏻🤙 bless her thank you

They never fail to make my matcha tea latte just as how I like it. It’s delicious every single time & the employees are also nice :)

The service was fantastic but they need a little more practice on the design.

It's Starbucks! You either love it or hate it. The service here is not the best. One barista is rude.
