Very good! I came in with a friend on our way north towards Salt Lake City. She had the short stack, and I the country breakfast bowl with egg whites. My bowl was delicious! The biscuits were also really good. Only negative was that the pancakes were really really dry. I don't know if we just got a bad batch, but as huge as they are, it was unfortunate. But that's my only gripe, overall a fine experience! Would for sure recommend.

The waitress was awesome but I feel sorry for her. There were only 3 tables occupied while I was there and one table had problems with the food. The waitress did everything she could to help them but she was not given much help from the owner. The customers were not satisfied and they waited so long for their food as well as to get taken care of. For not being busy, there is no reason for service from the kitchen to be so slow. She was very attentive and checked in on all of us regularly. Again, she was amazing but the owner John was horrible!! He wouldn’t even come out to talk with the customers. How rude!!! Horrible way to run a business. Besides their issues, my food took forever as well and then it was heavily over seasoned!! I couldn’t even finish it.

Would absolutely not recommend. I went there this morning with my 7-year-old daughter who ordered the 3 Silver Dollar Pancakes with apple juice from the kids menu that I believe was $7.99 or that’s the price on their menu posted on Facebook. The waitress returned and asked my daughter what kind of toast she wanted with it and listed out: white, wheat, English muffin, or French toast. My daughter replied with the French toast since that is one of her favorites. I thought it was odd they would include that as an option for a bread side, but I didn’t question it. I definitely should have. When we were done eating the waitress came with the bill and I just handed her the credit card as I was busy packing up our leftovers and talking to my daughter. I should have looked at the bill more closely and questioned it. It wasn't until she brought it back for me to sign that I noticed they charged me $11.98 for my daughters’ pancakes including $2.99 for the french toast and $2.99 for her juice. When I questioned them about it, they would only refund me $3 for the apple juice. Ridiculous.

Staff: 5 Food: 2 I tried this place three time. Honestly, it was better the first couple of times. Ordered a basic breakfast, eggs (over easy), ham, potatoes and white toast. There was something off on the eggs. Not sure what, possibly the oil? The potatoes were a little under cooked. I was disappointed and wouldn't recommend. The staff and employees have always been very polite. I had high hopes for this place and wish that things get better.

I've been passing by this place for quite a while, and finally, I got a chance to try it. We love the service, and the atmosphere was good. we had breakfast, and they did breakfast very well. Also, the prices are very affordable. It's not as crowded as some of the other places around the area. I definitely will be back to try more items

Great friendly service!! My kid wanted a pancake after taekwondo class so we stopped in! Got a mixture of things and nothing was disappointing. Nice little somewhat hidden gem. Only a few months open so I’m sure they’ll have some bumps along the way as all new restaurants do but I surely hope this one lasts! Potential is definitely there!!

We were looking for breakfast place and came across this place. I believe it's a family run and got busy closer to lunch time. The food and staff were good and I would recommend this place their pancakes are tasty and we had created our own omelet that was good but they were short staff and had to waited long to get our drinks and food and even the check .

Good breakfast! Steak and eggs were delicious. The breading on the country fried steak was crispy and tasted scratch made. Service was great (Christina did a good job) and the atmosphere is cozy with multiple seating options. They even have a bar top. I didn’t care for the potatoes. They were a little dry. The sausage patty was good though. Big portions and they have sweet tea! $37 for 2 to dine (minus tip).

Decided to give this place a try. And the wait was none for a party of 7 when we checked online through Google which is cool, I never saw where you could do that before. We ended up party of 6 and went in and were immediately seated. The hostess and waitress we're both very nice. The menu is good for breakfast or lunch or dinner. And they serve breakfast all day, which is nice. We got adult samurai specials and kids summer eye specialist as well as my husband ordered an omelet. We also ordered a short stack, and the waitress told us that they were big, but we were not expecting them to be that big. I'm talking about almost 12 inch pancakes and they're thick. The kids sunrise specials do come with a pancake, the adults do not. We got through about one pancake split with three people. The adult sunrise special is $10 and kids that are special is $8. We also ordered drinks, I recommend the raspberry hibiscus sweet tea. The bill was just about $90 for six people. The only thing that we didn't love was the hollandaise sauce, everything else was great. If you're looking for a place for breakfast, I would definitely recommend this spot. The prices are reasonable, the service and people are nice, and the food is great, especially the pancakes. Not only are they large, but they are very tasty and you really don't even need syrup.

We decided we try out this place for breakfast as we had seen some mixed reviews and wanted to give them a shot. I give them a 4 but probably more between 3.5 and 4. My thoughts and breakdown below. Drinks: 3.5. Was really expecting more from the Bloody Mary. Basically tasted like tomato juice with a little hot sauce with vodka. No olives, no lime (lemon wedge) and pretty bland. Would not ever order this again. Food: 4.0. Was okay but not great. Eggs were over cooked, ordered over medium and cooked hard (they did correct this). CFS did not seem homemade, more like a Sysco breaded patty. Potatoes were ok but could have had more seasoning flavor. Maybe cook them with some onions and peppers? The other breakfast item was an omelet (no pic). It was average at best, asked for spinach and charged a dollar for a sprinkle of spinach in the omelet. Service: 3.75. Although they did come by the table and checked on us I felt a few things could be improved. We ordered waters with our bloody Mary’s and we asked twice for the water and never received. The eggs were ordered over medium but came out hard. Although they corrected this I had then wait on my eggs which I obviously would have preferred with my meal. Charged us extra for spinach in our omelet, but wasn’t informed when we ordered that would be a dollar extra. Dining Area/Ambiance: 5. The place was clean and nice. Quiet and easy to talk while having breakfast.

Positive: the service was great! Our server took the time to make sure she annotated correctly our special requests, and kitchen got it right! We ordered the “create your own omelette” for both my wife and I, using egg whites. They correctly made both with our choice of cheese and ingredients. The atmosphere is calm and quaint. Negative: my wife and I immediately noticed a strong musty odor when we walked in that seemed to penetrate everything- perhaps the ductwork, and hopefully not reflective of hygiene. Needs to be addressed. The menu selection is simple, straightforward, nothing to clamor over, or to really distinguish itself as unique from your own kitchen. But if that’s all you’re looking for, so you don’t have to cook, than go for it!

Food was great, our server was very nice and may have been the cook as well 😳. We were sitting in our booth and I guess one of the members of staff was close by sleeping and snoring pretty loud. So it was a little awkward. No one else was there but we did go after lunch and before dinner so didn't expect it to be busy. The chicken fried steak was great. Good flavor so I do recommend the food. We were actually coming to eat at another restaurant and decided to try this place out and glad we did.
