One of the Worst Subway Awards!! Other People had already written about a Rude Male Employee. This is MY PERSONAL THINKING that he is not for Customer Service. This is a Reason he got the Worst Rating from Several Customers. It means AT LEAST MORE THAN TEN TO TWENTY TIMES OF CUSTOMERS have NEGATIVE RATING to him. I like the Subway very much, however... In my case, I prefer to visit a Shopping Complex Just located at Corner of Walker Street and Ball Road next to DQ & Subway. It tastes Very Good. Anyway, Employees are Good Attitude & Manner. It is a Big Difference for this Rude Attitude Guy.

My wife walked in there this morning and received the worst customer service by Armando, she ended up walking out before finishing her order. Armando was making rude gestures because he misunderstood her order. This is the first negative review I have ever written but I felt like I needed to.

I go to Subways a lot, but this subway was not a good experience, the Hispanic man that served me had a horrible attitude, it was like he hated his job. He was rude and very unprofessional to his customers. Even the people behind me were making comments. If I didn't have my kids I would said something to him. But I will never step foot in that subway again...

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant in June. I have not gone back since. I guess I suffered at the hands of the same guy that others have mentioned. He had a really really terrible attitude. Why does he even choose to work in the hospitality industry with that attitude? The owner/operator is equally disappointing — I filled out a complaint online (especially because I paid for a sandwich I did not have). My complaint was forwarded to him by Subway. This owner did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge my complaint. It is now 4 weeks later. Unprofessional does not even come close to describing this behavior. I repeat — the behavior of the guy who dealt with me, and consequently the store owner — has convinced me that the rot probably started from the top. Simply unbelievable.

Great Subway! Easy to spot off of Ball with a convenient entryway and parking right in front of the door. The sandwich maker was extremely nice and super fast. He had a line out the door because he was working by himself, but he maintained his cool, didn't look like he was stressed or rushed even though he was moving like lightning to get every sandwich done. Pleasant guy, hope they get him help! Learned there's no Subway Club here, so got the American Club - roast beef subbed out for bacon.

Updated 10/19/21 Best Subway ever. Crews are very nice, perfection of the subs. Happy to know this store. Updated. 9/10/21 Lady making great steak n cheese… Picture is bad but taste is… my lifetime steak n cheese… ——- The lady on here makes one serious Steak and Cheese Sub. I ate many subways in my life but there is no store who follow this store’s steak cheese….✨

I like buying sandwiches there. Usually same man is there. Very polite and place is clean. This time older lady & seemed to be rushed & took her time to finally wait on me. I was only customer. My sandwich was ok but my husbands wasn't very good. Seemed short on meat & cheese.

Love the daily foot long specials. Sandwich always made to my liking. Service is efficient and employee was clean and used gloves and wore a mask.
