This review is solely based on Michelle. Rude and incompetent. She needs training on Dual coverage insurance. If she truly checked with her manager, then the manager needs additional training as well. She hung up on me when my child was there waiting to be seen. I am at work. I had to call back. She was condescending and accused me of calling her an idiot which I never did. If you have dual coverage, find a medical facility that knows about dual coverage and copays.

I was able to be seen quickly with an online appointment. The staff was kind and helpful. What I really appreciated was the phone call follow up to see how I was feeling in addition to an update on my lab work. I don’t think I have ever gotten a follow up call from an urgent care provider.

We went to urgent care for my daughter who had strep throat and who feels anxious in medical settings. She was treated with utmost care and spoken to in a manner that made her feel comfortable and reassured. When she had a reaction to medication and an allergy we didn’t know she had, we went back, saw a different doctor and had the same experience. Highly recommend!

Not impressed. First of all the one in Los Al doesn't have a provider. So I went to the one in Cypress. The girl at the front desk was friendly. Then when the "Provider" she introduced herself and asked what brought me in. Didn't have my paperwork or anything. I told her about the lumps in my throat and my cold sore. She didn't really even apply enough pressure to get what I was feeling. But to talk about needed to get an ultrasound and check for cancer. Not cool.

Angela kept bombarding my email to write how much of a good time I had. But really this place sucks. They wasted my time twice couldn't help with my TB test nor help me receive my life saving medications. So don't go here they just send you ads and keep bothering you. I've had better service from university clinics, and that's saying a lot.

We used to come here all the time my wife and daughter came there. My wife has been sick for a week she came there and the doctor told her to just drink lots of water and keep taking over-the-counter medicine. My wife went to another urgent care because she’s feeling so bad was diagnosed with a sinus infection and an ear infection and my daughter with the same, the doctor made my wife feel incompetent and made her feel stupid. We will never come back here again. I can’t believe they wouldn’t even do a thorough check up on my wife and my daughter. What kind of people are you call yourself doctors you should have your license revoked if I could give you zero stars I would.

Dr. Nicki was MY ANGEL last week. I was experiencing some odd symptoms, Dr. Nicki made recommendations and I followed up ASAP. Dr. Nicki's patience, listening ear, knowledge, kindness, and care moved me to tears. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS DR. NICKI ALWAYS...
