This has to stop! Why are we responsible for paying for old food ? The food quality and quantity has reduced along with the service but the prices have increased! I’m definitely going to request a refund, very disappointing dinner.

Don’t try to go get anything at 7:58pm because they have doors locked while still serving people in lobby. But the best part of the story is that I walked into gas station and went up to counter to order. Yes! I was at the counter. She told me I had to leave, get in my car and go through drive through because lobby was closed. I told her “I am standing in your lobby. It’s not closed.” By this time I looked at my iPhone. It is 8:01pm now. I tried the front door. Locked. Walked around through store. Argued with manager. Then looked at time. So you are telling me that I didn’t try to enter your front door before 8pm?!? No ma’am.

The crew at this store handled our drive-through order quickly and correctly. The food was hot and very good. The biscuits disappeared very quickly . Excellent all around!

I arrived at 8:20 I went inside and was advised that lobby was closed but drive thru was open. I proceeded to the DT and placed order then was told they were out of chicken. I asked if there was anything else was told no. I asked about chicken fried steak . And so I ordered chicken fried steak because I didn’t believe they were out of chicken i recently walked in and knew that was Inca lie. I got to the window and and the lady working recanted saying they now have more chicken . So I placed chicken order and revised my order. The lady particularly just didn’t want to serve me food so she lied about not having chicken.

They open late. They were supposed to open at 10:30. They didn't have the chicken ready until after 11: 00 AM. One lady employee had a very bad attitude when question what time do they open. Had to go to the convenience store in order to get in because the doors were locked. One lady stated she got there at 10:15 waiting on them to open. They didn't have any spicy chicken ready at 11:00.

Love me some fried chicken. All the side is good and the honey biscuits are great.

Now a days it’s hard to find great customer service at most fast food restaurants however the five Hispanic ladies working behind the counter at this Church’s were very friendly and worked hard to ensure that their orders were being completed correctly. As one of them took my order, she was very polite and friendly. The order was taken and given to me in a timely manner! They also kept their work area very clean. We will continue to come there!

Look not nice and they service too bad and they don’t like to be nice with people and talking to foreigners like us and sometimes they talkback with us like . We don’t like to hear someone else talkback behind us and we not speaking not good English but they didn’t help us how to speak and any help how buy. We just try to get better ❤️‍🩹
