Today
I
went
to
the
Subway
at
9522
Huffmeister
rd
Sutie

77095.
After
ordering
my
4
footlong
sandwiches,
two
jalepeno
chips,
and
two
cookies
to
go.
They
customer
in
front
of
me
had
a
challenge
with
their
credit
card
not
working.
We
then
proceeded
to
attempt
to
charge
my
order
of
$45.83
for
over
an
hour
long.
Trying
to
tap,
it,
trying
to
insert
the
card,
trying
to
manually
enter
the
card.
The
manager
even
used
my
phone
to
enter
the
order
online
which
was
quite
time
consuming
and
the
card
would
still
not
work.
She
was
simultaneously
on
the
phone
with
their
"
tech
guy,"
trying
to
figure
out
the
problem
as
apparently
it
did
not
work
for
3
customers
prior
to
me.
Instead
of
telling
me
ahead
of
time
machine
wasn't
working.
The
Manager
and
employees
took
time
trying
to
run
my
card
over
and
over
again.
Then
they
told
me
I
need
to
go
to
a
debit
machine
and
get
cash.
After
an
hour
in
the
store
I
did
not
feel
I
Should
go
to
the
store
and
get
charged
a
debit
fee
and
drive
back
to
the
Subway
and
get
my
order.
I
asked
the
manager
for
a
gift
card
for
waisting
an
hour
of
my
time
and
she
refused
and
said
it
wasn't
Subways
fault
their
machine
wasn't
working.
She
then
got
loud
and
rude
with
me
and
I
got
rude
back
to
her.
I
asked
for
a
managers
phone
number
she
said
I
am
the
manager
and
then
said
the
complaint
number
was
on
the
door.
The
only
number
on
the
door
was
for
interested
future
employees
stating
contact
Blanca.
I
asked
for
a
district
manager
or
customer
service
number
and
was
refused
and
rushed
out
the
store.
This
is
unacceptable.
The
"manager'
a
Spanish
woman
would
not
give
her
name
and
had
no
name
badge,
was
rude,
belligerent
and
unprofessional.
All
I
wanted
to
do
was
pay
for
my
sandwiches
and
leave
and
instead
was
treated
unfairly
and
rudely
and
waisted
an
hour
of
my
time
in
good
faith
thinking
they
would
figure
it
out
and
they
did
not
figure
it
out
and
I
left
hungry
and
mistreated.
This
manager
acted
racist,
rude
and
unprofessionally
and
I
felt
bullied
while
she
took
my
card
and
phone
trying
to
enter
online
order
on
it
unsuccessfully
and
then
rushed
me
out
the
store.
I
usually
go
to
Subway
one
a
week
and
have
never
been
treated
like
this
at
Subway
or
any
store
on
the
planet.
Something
needs
to
be
done
about
this
woman,
and
I
would
like
to
be
compensated
for
all
the
time
I
waisted
trying
to
get
sandwiches
for
the
family.
I
am
thoroughly
disgusted
and
will
share
this
experience
with
everyone.
