After waiting almost 2yrs for this place to open, they definitely dropped the ball. I placed an order for pick up online and they still managed to mess it up. I asked for spicy mustard and instead my sandwich was drowned in regular mustard. We also found hair in the food and could not get past the poor presentation and overall quality. Sandwiches were very soggy all over. I would not recommend.

My fiance and I wanted to try something new today. We've been waiting patiently for Jon Smith Subs in Cypress to open... We walked in and didn't know what to expect. Let me start by saying everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Kourtney answered questions about the different options and made many recommendations, all of which sounded amazing! We made our selections, and when our food was brought to the table, not only did everything look delicious, but it was! The bread by far was super soft & fresh. My sandwich was the Triple Deli Classic, and it was stacked in layers of goodness. The roast beef was perfectly cooked. My fiance got the Meatball with Marinara, and it tasted like Italy. The fries by far, being made fresh to order, were amazing to taste but also in the amount presented to us. We ate every single one! We even purchased a 3rd sandwich to share and try later called The Cuban and look forward to bringing back the kiddos next time as they had a variety of kids options that our kids would definitely enjoy too! We we're happy we stopped in today being located so close to home, school, & work. It's family oriented, very clean, professional & has a friendly staff.

I order a tuna sandwich, fries and a grilled veggie sandwich to go and had about a ten minute drive. When I got home the veggie sandwich bread was completely soaked. Inedible. It was like the bread was dipped in water, ended up just eating the insides which were actually pretty good. The tuna sandwich was boring and had very little flavor. The fries were okay but definitely not “the best made to order fries”. Just your run of the mill frozen deli fries.

The subs here are amazing. They actually make it when ordered, so it's not like other places that already have it prepared long ago. All fresh. The fries are really good. I only had the steak bomb, which tastes so good. It does take like 10 minutes to be ready bcz they make it from scratch.

I normally won’t post reviews but this is pathetic. Tuna sandwich with hardly any tuna and all bread. And to top it off I paid for extra cheese and there is one slice on half of the sandwich. Wasn’t even one slice all the way across. This place used to be good but they have gone down hill. Save your money.

Jon Smith subs was amazing! Today was my first time going there, and instantly was met with great service. I told them it was My first time and they immediately went over their best selling items! I chose the bomb chicken! And it was BOMB!! The food was great. Service was even greater! I appreciate the great service and food!

Let me start off with saying I REALLY wanted to like this place. The customer service was 10/10, and the restaurant seemed really clean and taken care of. Then I ordered the Cheeseburger sandwich with bacon and that's where everything went wrong. It could have been really good, but the bread was really dry and not toasted and it absolutely needed to be, and the meat seemed to be extremely low quality, something you would expect from a hospital cafeteria with absolutely no flavor. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

It was very unfortunate I order a 6 inch for my kid it was an Italian sandwich they did not toast the bun at all so the bun was cold because the deli meats were cold. It literally took them two minutes to make it. They didn’t put any extra effort, like at least toast the buns so the cheese can be melted and the bread doesn’t fall apart🙄. It was a very cold sandwich. The taste was like it was in the refrigerator all day, including the bread that’s how it felt. It was inedible did not taste good at all, I wanted to trash it, but my child felt so bad he just ate it because he knew I spent eight dollars on this terrible sandwich with no drink chips or any kind of side. It is definitely a rip off for a 6 inch. The customer service was another thing it was last Sunday October 29th a black lady middle age cashier (giving description so management can deal with this employee). She gave us no customer at all, and she reeked of cigarette smoke or marijuana smoke sometimes it’s hard to tell, the cashier seemed unhappy that we were even there. She did not at all help us with the menu. It was just an uncomfortable environment. It was definitely not a friendly atmosphere. We felt uncomfortable the moment we walked in. I bought the sandwich because my kid wanted it but unfortunately we will not be back. We will go down the street to Subway.
