I had an exceptional experience at this dental office. Not only is the facility beautiful, but the staff members were incredibly friendly and kind towards me. They went above and beyond to accommodate my budget and provided me with a reasonable payment plan. I am definitely planning to return for my biannual dental cleanings. In addition, their expertise in placing a crown on my previous root canal was outstanding. After a negative encounter with another dentist, I made the wise decision to switch to this dental office, and now they have become my primary dental team. The doctors are highly skilled, the staff is amazing, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental office to anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

This was one of thee best dental exam and cleaning experiences I've ever had! The dentist was kind, didn't rush me and there was no pain. The hygienist provided a thorough cleaning. I Love that they're transparent about costs after insurance (kudos no surprise bill). When you walk in the door, theres a professional receptionist that greets you and offers you bottled water or seltzer from their mini fridge. It has a clean, spa like atmosphere with lovely jazz music playing. Bathroom impeccable and the office is immaculate. They even have a TV in the ceiling to keep you relaxed during procedures. I will be bringing my family here moving forward because the service was amazing! 😀

My wife has really a good experience at NU Dentistry. The staff is excellent and very friendly including doctors, i really appreciate the hospitality. Camila is very helpful and answer each question regarding the insurance. She will explain in a simple manner that how much insurance will pay and what would be out of the pocket. The staff including doctors will explain how to to use remaining benefits. Overall, they give comforts before and after the surgery.

My first time in this office and the establishment is so peaceful, very clean. The from desk staff was nice and explained everything to me. They offer you to watch Netflix to get your mind relaxed. They have new technologies I’ve never seen better which is great. Taking X-rays isn’t horrible like it used to be. My dental assistants were wonderful as well as my dentist she explained everything she was doing for me step by step and as they were going along. Best experience I’ve had ever. Overall fantastic experience 5 stars. Thank you Nu Dentistry. Definitely my permanent dentist home.

Awesome dental office. 10/10 would recommend, and have recommended to fellow family and friends. Office is relatively new but still very clean within the interior, with an upscale modern concept. Great location in Cypress with plenty of parking. Staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very approachable. From the dentist, to the assistants and front desk staff. Ana Perez, a Dental Assistant in particular, was very patient and kind. Walked me through everything and made my visit as transparent and effortless as possible. Looking forward to my follow up.

Even though the inside is nice and clean, the heart of the people there are not. They pressure you to paying money that you shouldn’t even be paying. My insurance covers cleaning and x-ray, but the doctor “recommended” a “deep cleaning” by laser. So I was told that my insurance doesn’t cover that, therefore would’ve had to pay $325 for the deep clean. For a regular clean was going to be $277. Why? When my insurance clearly states that I pay $0 for cleaning and x-ray. So they refused cleaning because the doctor recommended “deep cleaning” and because I couldn’t pay the amount, I left disappointed and wasted my time. According to my understanding, this is a scam and they can lose their dental license for bad practice. I just wanted my teeth cleaned!
