😠 I’ve had problems with my ears for the last 7 years. They crust over, drain, swell up. You name it. Last week I woke up feeling dizzy and vomiting and was told at the ER I should see an ENT. Went to this place and the doctor’s response was, “people just have different kinds of ear wax” and to “wait... People often mention appointment,

I’ve had problems with my ears for the last 7 years. They crust over, drain, swell up. You name it. Last week I woke up feeling dizzy and vomiting and was told at the ER I should see an ENT. Went to this place and the doctor’s response was, “people just have different kinds of ear wax” and to “wait it out.” He spent maybe 10 seconds looking in my ears and even said they were swollen. Just an unreal waste of my time and money. Here I am days later with swollen, itchy, and blocked ears. It was like they were seeing how quick they could get patients out of the office. Only reason this has a star is because the staff was nice.

Dr Tuong and the staff are excellent. I highly recommend Texas ENT specialists. However, the technology associated with the new patient forms is terrible! It is literally impossible to do the forms online so you end up calling in and getting Tech Support from the schedulers. It takes way too long to do it and since I’ve sent three family members I can tell you that I did it three different times and their system is broken. They need to find a better way so that you don’t spend an hour doing forms online or have to come to the appointment early and sit in their office and fill them out on their terminal. I’m hoping by posting this review or make them pay attention because it is an excellent practice, but this problem affects everyone and needs to be addressed immediately.

Should have listened to the reviews about Morgan and went somewhere else! He was 40 minutes late, no apology! Had not reviewed my chart- tried the same dog and pony show ad everyone else!! “You have wax in your ear, use some Flonase and come back in 2 weeks”. Does not listen at all! Maybe he needs his ears cleaned!! Told him I’ve been that route, didn’t work, and that med causes terrible side effects. He didn’t care! Said try it anyway! (No thanks) I seen 3 other Dr in last month- funny none of them wanted to charge the insurance hundreds of dollars for literally a 2 second - not kidding- 2 second “supposed” wax removal. I saw nothing on the instrument or towel when he left the room!! Worse “Dr” and I use that ten loosely, I have ever been to.

I’m pleased the doctor ordered a MRI for my wife. It was good to know there aren’t any issues in the inner ear area. It will now be interesting to see if the prescribed therapy is helpful with her frequent dizziness events.

The PA Tammy was excellent. Very patient with my elderly dad and even helped him get a sticker out of his finger. And she was very kind to not charge me for my appointment as I had no ear wax to remove. We have made our next appointment with her!

Looked for an ENT specialist for our son (2 years old) because my son was having so much ear infections & his speech therapist suggested we get tubes for our son. Looked at so many other places and they were booked 3 to 6 months wait. Came here to see Dr. Agbetoba had an appointment within a week then scheduled surgery two weeks later, it’s been about a month since our son’s surgery and I have never seen my son say so much words better then before. His teacher from day care and his speech therapist notice a major difference within a week. If your child needs tube let me tell you, here they treat you very well from the beginning of surgery to the end. The scariest part was them putting my baby to sleep but they made my husband and I feel very comfortable. We just want to thank the staff & Dr. Agbetoba for the work you all do!

It was very easy to make an appointment. It was also very convenient to fill out all the forms on the portal I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving, and I was there early. Staff was friendly checking me in. Dr Tuong examined me and the audiologist performed some tests. Dr Tuong then explained all the findings and plan of action. I was very pleased with their services. I really appreciated their management of the appointment and not having to wait very long.

Courteous staff; did not have a long wait. Dr. Toung was very thorough and polite. Dr Hanna was very courteous and did a thorough hearing test. Definitely would recommend ENT N CYPRESS to anyone who needs proper care.
