A girl in the curbside pickup told me she will have my food out in 15minutes and this is what I received . The manager didn’t even try to give me a refund .

Let me start by saying I’m not a chilis fan, but my daughter is and we had a date night so she asked. This location has been struggling for some time (staffing and service levels). I write for google so using google analytics to look at their trends over the last 6 months. Waiter was cool - can’t recall his name. Upon being seated the hostess sat someone behind us (assuming regulars) as the waiter recognized them instantly. Before we could even get our drink order he had their drinks, chips & salsa —. Because he knew that’s what they wanted, good for them. I ordered my daughter her usual cheese pizza and fries and I got the burger/fries and triple chips/dip. After waiting some time, we get our food at the same time we get the appetizer. The waiter apologized with a perfectly timed excuse about something with the white queso taking a while? Alright, now comes that burger. I mistakenly should have checked it out ahead of time as I’ve had bad food here in the past, and more recent a hair in my food last time. I watch my daughter eat the pizza which looked really doughy — she ate it anyways. First bite of my burger I wasn’t paying attention. Second bite, I said something’s off. Sure enough, completely raw in the middle (see picture). After a few minutes, he returns and ask how everything was and I show him the burger. The priceless look on his face and a “holy cow” — surely no pun later. I said man I’ll just take my daughters food and pay for the chips and salsa please. He said man can I decide this for you (no charge) — I said that’s fine if I can just get it to go. Queue extremely excited about life (sarcasm) manager who comes and gives the well rehearsed I’m sorry and let me make this right for you. 5 minutes later — waiter returns and I count down in my head (3, 2, …..) “Hey so, my manager______.” He rambled some words about why she charged me for the burger and that “He didn’t want to involve her because he knew she would do that.” Lesson learned folks. I could have been that guy that created a big scene and been a total ahole — but I wanted my daughter to enjoy her night. Food is terrible. Service continues to decline. Ratings continue to fall. What will be done about this? Nothing. In 4 months the food will be $1-2$ higher, same service, same food. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Check your food, check your kids food.

Good service, and the food was good portions for the price.

Visit this restaurant when we're on the way to Houston. We didn't expect that much but! Hamburger was really yummy! Also the ribs was great! There's some problem when I pay but manager comes and solved the problem kindly. It's really far from where I live but I will visit there again when I go to Houston.

I come here often for take out and last night wasn't that great. Had roasted street corn as a side and what I got was just a regular corn with some peppers sprinkle on top. I'm attaching an image of the corn they gave me in the foil wrap and next to it is the how the Chili's roasted street corn is supposed to look like on their website. Whoever was working evening shift yesterday around 8pm must have been dozing off in the kitchen.

Did a to go order. All of our salsa we ordered were filled half way or less. The food was awesome, but I love the chips and salsa from Chillies. Disappointed

The food was delicious and fresh. Even after appetizers and entrees we couldn't help but split this molten lava cake. Great staff and great service

I wasn't really thrilled when my parents invited me out to supper at Chili's but as soon as we walk in the door all that negativity immediately went away. The weight staff was amazing. The food was fantastic and it was just an overall fabulous evening. I'm looking forward to going back. No take home box tonight 😊

Excellent food and service! This location has had problems in the past with getting your food to you in a timely manner. Not anymore! I don’t know if they’re under new management since a couple of years ago, but something has definitely changed for the better! I was there last Friday with my family and I couldn’t believe how quickly my order came out from the kitchen. The waiter was extremely professional and friendly. She recommended a dish that was delicious. I highly recommend this particular Chili’s location. They have plenty of helpful staff and it’s a well-oiled machine now.

Idk what’s wrong w/ the employees here but if you hate your job that much, quit instead of being a hassle to customers. These are supposed to be the honey chipotle chicken strips. Not only did they short me 2 strips, they also put the sauce on the side instead of on the strips & didn’t put any ranch in the bag like, who does that? Idk if they were rushing or if they just didn’t gaf but this is not the first time they’ve shown negligence on a to go order & honestly I’m tired of giving them chances. Definitely my last time ordering w/ this location.

Ordered a very large order and some food was burnt badly. Since order was a take out - I could not return it. But be aware of poor quality. I guess we can’t win them all and will have to order from another place.

We received a gift certificate from work and we finally had chance to use it, and we had a few drinks and the ultimate smokehouse combo.

Went with some friends after almost a decade! I only went for the southwest eggrolls . (I got the southwest eggrolls and still the same and yummy) a friend of mine got a cheese burger, where the waitress didnt ask how to cook the patty. Burger came very well done and was chewy. Quesadilla explosion salad was another order at the table, salad felt old and stale according to my friend who ordered it, she eats it regularly, so could be just this location. Worst part. The silverware had stuck on old food on it. (See attached pictures) Mixed feelings. At one time it used to be a really great restaurant. Now its old and smells funny and the service has gotten bad. Will try again in another decade!

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated in the bar area. It was fairly busy but were given fantastic service. Our drinks came within 4-5 minutes and our lunch came in less than 10 minutes. This is my favorite location in Cypress!

I take my girls here for daddy daughter date night and I have never been disappointed. Consistency for me is everything. The staff is consistently good the food is consistently delicious and the place is consistently clean. Thanks y'all for helping me it's been quality time with my two wonderful ladies.

I think there was only one waitress working yesterday and we came in with a work group of 7. She provided some of the best service I've ever had despite being short handed. I didn't catch her name, but she deserves a raise. The food was great too.

Actually a really good burger.... The am grill person outstanding..... my new togo burger eating on the run.... She's better than both spots in The Woodlands. Burger aren't smashed to death with no juice left. Keep up the good work.

First time to this location. The food was good, the restaurant was clean as the restroom. The staff friendly but the service was a little slow... I suppose short staff but in general was a good experience and I will come back
