Kimmy Cafe, Wow 2.yeara.ago this was a great special place but post pandemic it seems everyone's trying to take shortcuts and I kind of understand but then again I don't. Prices are up 20% pancakes are $16.99 the OC Omelette was suppose to have eggs and chicken breast meat but I did not see if find any yellow high fluffy Omelette or meaty chunks or chicken breast that use to be in their they went with some tiny raisin size I think it was meat it was served like a flat scrambled egg with no egg just a lot of potatoes and onions and cheese I wanted to send it back but didn't want to chance upsetting the cook. I also ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes one of my favorite treats for when you have a craving for good hit pancakes. Well 20mins after my eggs and toast came ......I'm still waiting for my Cinnamon Roll 🥞 Pancakes???? Tic Tock Tic Tock I had to leave the spot. I finally had get it to go. The only saving grace is that the next day I warmed up my pancakes and they were pleasingly good. I know this place has better service I've been there to many time so I will chock it up as the kitchen had a bad day🤔. I don't if of when I will be back but it's becoming the norm more and more eating out and ordering out. Quality and Taste are slowly disappearing? Maybe it's just me. The waitresses are always helpful and nice there at this place I feel for them if this is the new norm it will hurt tips.and repeated customers.

All the restaurants here are good and the 99cent store has cool things, I haven't been to the gym 😅 yet but I heard good things, my son gets his haircut at the barbershop there and they are good with toddlers.

My Mom shops at 99 cents only store in the Cypress plaza. There are good shops in the plaza and even an ice cream parkour. This plaza is a nice place to shop. Highly recommended.

Nice center. Went for Chuze fitness but that location is tiny and crowded. Everything I was planning on doing was out of service and the main circuit machines were full.

At 10:00am is always quiet with plenty of parking for any of the shops

Went to my sister in law's restaurant, Dominic's, and it's the best Italian food in OC.

Went to Kimmie's Coffee Cup restaurant. Our favorite breakfast place. Wonderful staff and food. Happy time.

Nothing outstanding about it. It was 10:30pm. Almost closing for Stater Bros (that's where I went.) In fairness, staff at Stater Bros were very nice 👍🙂

This shopping center has been around longer than I have and it looks great. Very well maintained and clean. Too bad Thrifty drug is gone but there is a nice Dairy Queen in the front of the shopping center.

The shoe repair shop does an excellent job.

Their ice cream is so expensive!! I can’t believe it!! My kids weren’t behaving well enough to spend$7 on a small one scoop cone….. the ice cream is amazing though… the staff are very polite as well

Yes, I visited Brusters real ice cream. Took a while to get our orders. The ice cream shake was a little melted. But other than that, the service was okay. the shake was delicious. I'm definitely returning.

Parking is sometimes an issue but I love chuze fitness it's small inside but it feels personable and I love the classes.

Pretty good! It's like a homeaide ice cream parlor with some unique flavors. Definitely worth trying. There was 5 of us that went and all got different flavors and all of them were good, banana chocolate was my favorite! They use the hard chocolate that you get when getting a dipped cone as their chocolate in the ice creams. It was like $6 for a 2 scoop waffle bowl, cheaper than I expected.

I go to the eye doctor there and have for years. I have never tried any of the restaurants except the 2 ice cream places. I prefer DQ over Busters. I have heard great things about the restaurants so I will try them soon. I had a membership to the gym but that all ended with CV19. It was a clean place when I was a member.

This place is great. Dominic’s Italian cuisine is one of the best Italian places in existence. We usually go to Dairy Queen after we have dinner at Dominic’s. There’s also a 99cents only store. I call it the good 99 cent store. They have a great selection and the store is clean and organized. It’s the best 99cents store around.

This 4star rating is for Bruster's ice cream , which is a great surprise, especially after a great message and service at Cottonwood. B's ice cream is freshly made and I believe it's made with love, cause the flavors are intensely good . My fav was the sea salted caramel and double chunk chocolate, can't wait til my next visit , good stuff 😋

Visited Dominic's Italian cusine. Excellent Italian foods, from breadsticks to traditional Italian cuisine. Friends enjoyed excellent menu selection. Never a poor selections. Very cordial and friendly hosts. Worth the trip and food expectations. My Opinion, the best OC Italian foods.

Live in Long Beach. Travel to Cypress for a safer , cleaner shopping experience.

This place is going down. It was always nice and clean and a lot of families. Now Starbucks trash is overflowing and blowing around, there's more homeless. I'm not liking it as much.
