1991 was the first time I visited this Chili's with my first girlfriend. This week, I went in to see if the experience had changed. Everything was still the same. Great food. Cold brew, friendly faces. I sat at the bar this time and ordered southwest egg rolls and a cold beer. Classic! It brought back so many memories. I would recommend this restaurant to all.

Stop in for a quick lunch and couldn't be more satisfied. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious.

Manager is rude and unprofessional. He needs to learn how to talk to customers.

Food was ok, not so good.. loved the Cajun pasta with Alfredo sauce and shrimp. Didn't like the other dishes. Loved the service, everyone was friendly. The name of the restaurant is chilli but taste was very bland not spicy so the name should be non chilli. Honey mustard dip was nice. Chicken tender was very salty.

Me and my GF have been at Chili's multiple times. The waitress was always friendly but this time wasnt the case. We ordered our food my Gf got steak and I got Ancho Tuna. Everything was normal until my GF started eating the steamed Brocoli. She noticed it had a worm. We were disgusted. We didnt make a scene and ask for our waitress for a refund or at least some type of solution. Not even the manager came to address the situation. Really a worm in the food? Arent they supposed to be washed? If this is a professional franchise it is really not reflecting it in their staff and their food. Really unsatisfied with the whole situation. We did wait for a solution and we even paid before we left.

Terrible experience. I wasn't happy with the ribs and they came to confiscate the ribs right off of my plate! I got the baby back ribs and they cut the whole baby back off. Nothing but bones. The staff was indifferent at best. Go ANYWHERE else!!! I won't be coming back. :/ Edit 11/8/23 in response to management comment:Thank you for responding. I reached out to corporate Sunday evening. No response yet. I don't expect much from them either. I don't want your food. I just want others to know my experience so they can avoid this restraunt/chain.

Never gone out on Easter to eat but we are packing to move and couldn't cook. Great food and a much greater waitress who not only kept the drinks and extra sauces coming, but also brought out her own hand lotion when we complained how our hands hurt from cleaning! Beyond nice!! Hire more of this gal working the holiday in Buena Park. Good time!!!

Food and service were ok, could not get over how bad the restaurant was not being kept up. Incredibly unclean, dust bunnies coming out of everything, rips and tears in the booth seats, everything just appeared to nit have had a wipe down in years. If this is what the front of the house looks like I can't imagine what the back of the house looks like.

This place has kind of turned into a hot mess. There was a wait to be seated, which was fine and understandable. It's a Saturday night, most restaurants are busy. We got seated (5 or us) at a table that seats 4 max. Again, not that big of an issue. Ordered drinks and the server / runner who brought them out had the personality of a brick. Didn't tell us which drinks were which and just stood there like a sack of rocks and handed extended his hand like Frankensteins Monster or something. He was one drink short. Didn't say anything like, "I'm going to get that last drink". When asked about which drink was which ( coke vs Dr Pepper) he just turned and literally walked away. Eventually he brought the last drink... Again Capt personality just handed it to me and walked away. I can kinda get it if he's a runner vs a server. No issue. We ordered salads and such. They were good. Kinda hard to mess up a salad. But when the main course comes, all the empty salad bowls and drink cups were still on the table. And we were dealing with limited room to begin with. The server came by, nice enough guy, but we mentioned about the lack of space to eat, and he just looked and said ok and walked away. Come on guy, you had to make room on the table, due to all the empty cups and bowls, to put our refill cups. Why not just buss the table a little. Food was good, no real complaints. But they screwed up the bill pretty significantly. And I was trying to pay with the stupid little table tablet thing but had to stack all the bowls and cups and plates in order to even be able to pay the bill... So we stacked all the stuff at the end of the table so we could put our stuff in the to go boxes. I even took a pic of the pile at the end. All in all, prob wouldn't be coming back here, which is a shame. We would come here about once a week. But for some reason it seems like when minimum wage went up, service hit an all time low. And choose not to patronize an establishment that doesn't seem to care about the experience of their customers / guests.

I haven't been there. I'm ages but the food was about the same. I got a good deal on a seasonal drink for 6$ as well as a chicken sandwich entree with soup for $10.99 all in all a really good deal. Our server was polite and attentive. They also didn't nickel and dime us on some of the sauces or sides, which was nice. There is a charge for chili if you order that as your soup fyi and that wasn't said and on my bill. Other than that, it was a good and quick experience. We went as soon as it opened and it had about 12 customers in 30 minutes.

This place is typical chili's :) they got us seated right and waitress took our orders pretty quickly too. We opted for $25 for 2. It was the best deal. The texmex fries were yummy and also the entries too, they were kind enough to make them veggie version too. And we swapped the dessert to the molten hot chocolate cake and it was yummm.. It is a great experience :)

I went to this location to order food to take out. The young lady who helped me (Micah) was very nice and attentive to my order. There was a lot of customers on that day (Sunday) and thr waiting time to dine in is about 30 to 45 mins. Since I ordered to go, I waited about 15 mins. The pasta I ordered was delicious😊 Shrimp Alfredo and Seafood Pasta.

Good Chili's. Good service. We were just passing through the area and decided we would stop and get the meal for 2 deal but they didn't offer it any more. What we ordered got us less of the same for more money. We will rethink the menu the next time we want Chili's and maybe go some place else. Chili's usually gets 5 stars from us but lost due to shrinkflation, price increase, and menu changes. Th chips that came with the meal were all of the broken pieces also. Not GOOD when you lose 3 stars in just one visit. Read my other reviews to see that I am honest and fair when I do a review.

I ordered chilis shrimp pasta they added 4 shrimp and the rest were chicken also their was little to no sauce on my pasta !

We had the 2 people eat for $25! We ordered 2 Hot and Sizzling Chicken Fajita orders and unlimited FRESH and DELICIOUS Tortilla Chips and Salsa, and Guacmole as a starter which is included in the price!!! THEY PUT LOTS OF guacamole!!! They do not hold back on the portion size!!! The whole Platter is served on a cast iron sizzling plate with rice, beans, tortilla, flour tortillas, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, Spanish rice, and Pico de Gallo. We also had a huge slice of Cheese Cake with strawberry sauce (instead of the other brownie with vanilla ice cream). Great food for a great price!!! I couldn't finish my meal after filling up with so much Tortilla Chips, salsa, and guacamole!!! I had lunch for work the next day!!! Can't beat the value, price, and the amazing flavors of perfection. I'm not kidding!!! Try it!!! More bang for your buck!!!

I pulled up last minute on Mother'sDay due to the Horrible experience at Outback. The waitress was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I also spoke with the owner and he was very kind. And the service I received made me feel like a VIP. So I highly recommend this Chilli`s Restaurant.

Food was great, the 3 for $10 is awesome. service....well...maybe the staff was still getting organized after opening the dining room cuz the service was terrible. I will go back to give them a second chance.

Chips and Salsa

Was are regular weekly stop and had the worst service possible. Was made to feel very unimportant and that our business ment nothing to them. They definitely lost our $2400.00 annual spending at that location. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

The food was great, especially the southwest chicken soup. My main problem is we ordered three of the 3 for me deals for 10.99. I chose the 20 percent tip option and didn't notice until I reviewed the email receipt later on that the tip was $12.30 on a 33 dollar purchase which is a lot more than the 20 percent I had selected on their tabletop tablet to pay. The three for me was listed showing large ala carte pricing so the tip was applied to this inflated pricing. Not too cool! Won't be fooled again!

This Chili's is HORRIBLE! I had a party of 30, spoke to manager about accommodation and wait time, I was given the run around, it went from a 35 minute wait, to I don't have a waiter in a section where you all will fit, I have a section and waiter now BUT we don't have enough plates to serve your party!!! The waiter looked puzzled as we did about the "not enough plates". The Manager said he didnt know what to do ! The Manager said it was my choice if we want to stay but he doesn't have enough plates so we would be waiting a longer time because he just don't know what to do about not enough plates, he said he's not use to having such a large party. It took the Manager 45 minutes ro come up with all of this, I believe this could have been handled differently, this was very disappointing for our entire family and it was my Son's Birthday! He wanted to eat at Chili's! This took place on Saturday October 15th 2022.

It's very hit or miss with this place. We go here quite often and it's usually for lunch. One time food was cold the next time was hot and the next time they brought out our fries after we were almost done with our food. But overall it's pretty good.

The food was really good. They've shrunk their menu. The Carribean salad was a favorite of mine, but it's gone now. But the buffalo chicken salad was great. The service was excellent, I wish that I got his name give him some recognition.

I'm giving 4 star a for our server. It was amazing. My Bourbon steak was a big no for me......oh beer stayed nice and cold that's always a plus..

I personally had standard service, and attentive staff, but on Sunday my girlfriend and I had excruciatingly painful food poisoning currently causing us to miss 2 days of work. How I'm sure was that we wound up throwing up what we ate the next day and the salsa tasted spoiled coming out.

Terrible food! I ordered their blooming onion appetizer and it was cold and doughy. Yucky!!! The service was very good though.

It took about 30mins to get my bacon burger and fries. Not only was that the bad part, the worst part was that the burger was not even warm. The buns were cold. This was ridiculous. I had heard bad stuff about Chili's from friends but I didn't think it'd be true. I was truly disappointed.

At one time I would have given this place for possibly five stars. That was before covid. The staff has always been friendly and polite. But I have eaten there during the last several months quite a few times and the quality of the food varies widely. There seems to be no quality control in the food going out for takeout sometimes it is the normal decent standard of chilies and sometimes it is unedible. Unfortunately by the time you pick it up and get it home it is too late to take the food back and get it reordered. I had probably one of the simplest meals to make a chicken quesadilla which was essentially two burnt tortillas with cheese that had not even melted it was ridiculous I called the store they offered to replace it but I also did not want to drive 15 minutes wait 15 minutes and then drive home to get a quesadilla. I'm not sure I will be ordering that often for my family until the covid situation is handled and we can resume eating inside. I just do not feel I should have to tear apart my to go order to check its quality before I leave

The food is consistently well prepared and yummy, cashiers provides awesome customer service. I love how neat it is and character. I highly recommend this spot.

Manager was super awesome. They had just closed the outside dining but we were uncomfortable sitting inside and my husband explained to the manager that it was my son's birthday and all he wanted was chillies and the manager opened the outside dining area for us. Our waitress was awesome and the food was delicious.

So the food there is pretty good, it might've been a handful of years since I've been to a Chili's but the food was at a level that was expected. Nothing new on the menu that really stood out to me but again, since they closed the one that used to be near my house in Huntington Beach, it's been a while. Like, 5+ years awhile. I would almost say I'm slightly bias because Chili's was my restaurant of choice for birthday dinners when I was younger but because it's been so long, I couldn't even tell you how the baby back ribs tasted back then compared to now. So for those of you who have never been to a Chili's before, I'll tell you that we ordered the bone-in wings with buffalo sauce and southwestern egg rolls as appetizers and the combination plate (forgot what its called, the one where you can choose 3 items and comes with fries, corn on the cob, and garlic toast) and had chosen the smoked cheddar sausage, half rack of ribs and chicken bites. The wings weren't spicy at all (almost) and when asking the server he said that's the spiciest level they had, but that's odd, he never asked us about choosing a level... (more on this later) The southwest egg rolls were one of my guest's favorites and there were no complaints there. A nice balance between salty and savory without being too oily. Lacked in presentation is about the only bad thing about that one. For the combination plate, it wasn't my order but from what I had a grab of, it was typical diner food with nothing unique about any of the items. Even the ribs were slightly dry or overcooked and didn't have that signature Chili's taste. So because of that, I originally gave it 3 stars and that was also because of our server. Even though we later found out that he had been working with Chili's for 26 years, we were shocked at how unhelpful he was when asking for assistance in making selections on the menu. His answers were very short, un-informative and didn't offer any sort of visualization or descriptive explanation to help in our selection and offered little to no insight whatsoever to the foods we were considering. The only reason I ended up not giving it 3 stars was because the number of interactions with the other staff who were extremely helpful, friendly, and energetic. Had it not been for them I probably would not have reconsidered the rating and our experience that evening would've been completely different.

Service it’s good Overall. but they charge me 50 dollars for the 25 dollars for two people combo and the lady said they charged me individually because she didn’t add my dessert which she add later on, but I haven’t get refunded the extra money that I got charged.

Doing a pretty good job handling service for customers during the pandemic. Spacing customers out at least 6 feet apart wearing masks all the time. In other words I felt pretty safe eating inside here with my family without feeling like we were going to catch the virus..........

My five piece chicken strip dinner only had three chicken strips. The other two pieces were just chunks of chicken. It was not worth $15+. The food was good, but still not worth it
