Prior to the pandemic I was going to Chuze Anaheim. However, with its smaller facility, clean environment, and friendly staff, I found a new home at Chuze Cypress. It was the first night the mask mandate was lifted as I cautiously walked into the gym. Having only been there post-pandemic, the friends I had made only knew me with a mask on. As I took a break on the leg press, a gym friend of mine, an older man, walked up to me to say hello. As he spoke, he kept complementing me. Eventually he reached out and caressed my face. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I don’t even touch my own face while at the gym. As he walked away, I played the interaction over again in my head. I needed to talk to someone about it, so I approached the front desk where Alejandro and Lillian were standing. I told them what happened and right away they knew who I was talking about. This man had put his hands on other women before. Alejandro began to write a report. He also assured me that it was a good thing that I said something and that what the man did was inappropriate and not okay. The next day the man showed up at the gym and Marie told him that his membership had been canceled at all Chuze locations. This is not the first time a man has put his hands on me in an inappropriate way, however, this was the first time that I felt that a place, and their people, actually cared. I usually will say nothing because usually nothing is done. Lillian and Alejandra listened to me, assured me it was not okay, took actions, and Marie showed him the door. Thank you Alejandro, Lillian, and Marie for caring and having my back! Chuze is the greatest gym! I recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I have 4 clubs in my area to workout in. I've worked out in all 4 clubs. Hands down I really enjoy the small club that is the Cypress location. The staff is friendly. The gym is clean. The equipment is in good working order. 💪

People are great the gym is beyond clean. Equipment is spaced out or on Quarantine to limit how close you are to others. The hydro massage is rock star! Loved it! Will use the tanning bed the next time I go in (tomorrow). Very up to date. Darrah helped me and was really great. She did easily talk me into getting the premier package and even though I came in just to sign up...I stuck around for a 10 min hydro massage!! Lol

Crowded and under construction so couldn't use the hydro massage. Might come back when whatever they are doing is finished. Workers at this location were not the happiest people. 8/6/22 Better customer service now and still under construction but they have a new massage chair that is great. Still tiny and cramped but I'm going to give it 3 🌟 till it's all finished.

Clean and sanitized, professional service, never overcrowded, single-use saunas!! Hands down best gym worth paying a membership for. Michael at the front desk is the best! Friendly, welcoming and definitely makes me want to keep coming back to eventually have his gains! 😂💪

This location has the most friendly stuff of all I been to by far with natural light and well ventilated. Bathroom and locker room was clean. They leg compression machine, sauna, massage chair and massage guns for after your workout. All equipment with less varieties though. I love it because it not always packed like the rest.

For someone who travels to different counties in Southern California the availability of gyms is awesome. I love the amenities the cleanliness and their staff at all the gyms.

I am in a Awwww with this gym!! As soon as you walk in they you feel the warmth of the staffs great vibes 🤩 So helpful top notch member support. A staff that is very couth 🤩its a great feeling! As soon as you walk in they start greeting you… And as they help other members, cleaning they never forget to say goodbye to the people that are leaving. The machines are state of the art crispy as can be. They have this large silver cylinder and you pull out disinfecting wipes so that you can clean your machines everyone is on it. I look forward to working out here I am about as excited as they get! Thank you 🤗Sincerely 🙏🏽

Good place to work out. Right now gym is in remodeling. I heard they are getting some new equipment. While they are in remodeling, members are allowed to use other Chuze free of charge.

I love cypress Chuze fitness newly remodeled and friendly and family oriented staff! I love Alina she is very friendly and I must say she is beautiful. The Chuze fitness cypress gave me inspiration motivation and consistency and confidence! Thank you chuze !please see my transformation ! Please consider extended hours up to midnight and don’t kick me out of sauna at 9.45 pm (LOL) ! Let me mention my favorite and friendly staff member (ALINA) you are gorgeous and kind !

Every Chuze I’ve ever stepped into has been extremely clean! The equipment is always is working condition and they have everything you could possibly want from a gym. The staff is always friendly and approachable.

I've been a member of this gym on and off since it opened at the cypress location. Mostly I love this gym but the flaws that kept me from going back were due to private health information being taken from me in order to cancel my membership. I was asked to provide blood work showing I had an autoimmune disease and they had to Google it right in front of me at the cypress location in order to confirm my genetic blood marker was in fact an autoimmune disease. And they had to scan it in to keep my lab work on file. Anyways..... When I felt much better to finally return to the gym I didn't because I feared it would happen again. SHOUT OUT TO ALFREDO for making me feel comfortable and confident that this will not happen again and shouldn't have happened in the first place. ALFREDO is the reason I am finally back at the gym pursuing my health journey again. Also SHOUT OUT to the MANAGER ALYSSA! When I had a problem with my membership not working she was able to explain to me the issue and immediately take care of it with such ease. She was incredibly kind and informative. THANK YOU ALFREDO AND ALYSSA for showing such kindness towards my unique situation and thank you for your patience to hear me voice my concerns from the past.

Equipment is clean. It’s never too crowded. Workers are soooo nice and polite. They set the tone for the experience. I am new to the gym so I don’t go as often but seeing the workers greet gym members by their name is truly amazing. It’s the type of costumer service you pay for when you join a tiny gym.

Chuze fitness is such a welcoming place! I've never felt more excited to go to the gym. Amazing quality for the best price-- you can't beat that!

This Chuze is clean and convenient. Opens early for a quick workout before work and I can usually find open machines every time I come. Nice gym and membership is reasonable

I've been a member of this Gym for quite some time and I've been using Garden Grove Gym because it's close to my home and there is a lot of classes that I love to attend. First time I'm using the Cypress location, and I'm surprised by what I saw and what they have it's a little bit fancier for what I've expected to. I tried the foot/leg compressor oh boy! It's so good feeling after work out and the infrared sauna so fabulous and the locker rooms are squeaky cean. It is well worth to drive even miles away from where I live.

I love this gym and location. The upgrades are top notch for the price I pay. The gym isn’t crazy packed during the times I go, which I’ve left other establishments because of this. Also, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! The only request I have is more mirrors to help me see my form. Outside of that, no complaints!

Chuze is always clean and there are no annoying gym bros. The employees are warm and friendly and seem to take great pride in working there, something you don't see often except at really really great dance studios. I can tell they invested in hiring and training and have a great corporate culture. I love it.

Nice and welcoming staff.. they are eager to help. Now if the management would fix lockers they wouldn't have to keep helping me. Suana is a bit small and too many in and outs hard to let heat build. Great gym overall.

I absolutely love Chuze! The staff is so friendly, the facility is super clean, there are so many workout options, and the Recovery Studio is amazing!

This was the first time I've ever been to the Cypress location, and I loved it. It's smaller than the Anaheim location but it's very well cleaned and very friendly. Charlie was awesome and seems very motivated. He's kind and I saw him walking around the gym restocking the disinfecting wipes. When I found out he was manager, I thought, awesome. The manager going out there and cleaning and helping his staff. Excellent leadership skills. I definitely will come back to this location. It's a slower pace than Anaheim, but it gives that cozy feeling. I love it!

Good gym for the price. The machines aren't all that but there is enough to keep you fit and energetic. 24 and LA Fitness is where to really get into shape and learn all about weights

Probably the best gym out there now comparing to others I have used in the past! You’re always greeted with a smile when you enter then as well when you’re leaving! When asked they will show you the ropes as far as how to effectively use the machines & weights with a smile on their faces. Oh one more thing it’s simply the cleanest gym on this PLANET, reassuring everyone as they constantly vacuum, dust & mop up as you’re working out! I highly recommend Chuze & I look forward every time I go!

At Ball and Walker you took away the 2 Up right bicycles. Everybody used them and we would like to have them back

Terrible costumer service from those kids. Their emphasis is to make the commission and they dont provide a single incentive or accommodate to opening an account

I really like this place. People are friendly. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. It's small but you'll get a good workout. It's has just enough to get a good workout.

I highly recommend this gym. The staff and gym members are wonderful. The machines/equipments are clean and nicely maintain.
