    I have been Crossfitting for many years (14) and have been to many boxes, many of which produced “Games” competitors. BridgeLakes CF stands shoulder to shoulder with the best. When I moved from California to Houston (Cypress) as Chief of Clinical Services for the PTSD Foundation of America & Camp Hope, I was wanting to find a great “box” to connect with. I found it: BridgeLakes CF.. Great coaching, programming and community.

    Just moved to the area and it has been nice to find a place where you can workout with a community of people that will support your journey. The facilities are great and I am glad that I joined!

    This is a great CrossFit gym. There are folks of all fitness levels here and the atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend BridgeLakes CrossFit to anyone looking to start CrossFit!

    I’ve been to several gyms in the past but not one like Bridgelakes CF. From the moment you step foot inside the coaches will give you a warm welcome and take the time to know a little about you. I remember telling Coach Andy that it was my first time doing CrossFit and not once did I feel intimidated or pushed to do something I don’t feel comfortable doing. I’m currently attending the 6am class and Coach Rodrigo is the BEST! He takes his time to teach you the proper techniques and if you can’t do it after trying he will always give you an alternative workout that will trigger the same muscle. If you’re thinking about joining CrossFit, BridgeLakes is it TRUST me you will NOT regret signing up at this location. The CHANGE is REAL

    I have been training here for a few weeks, I love the facility but more importantly PJ and all of her coaches and staff are so friendly! They always say hi, are kind, offer their support. Love it here

    I am new to CrossFit. I have always been very intimidated by the more serious cross fitters. They are all very welcoming and supportive. Plus, it is a great workout every time! Challenging but doable.

    Love the community and the workouts are very challenging but enjoyable. As soon as I visited this gym, I knew it was the right fit for me. They ensure proper form and mechanics during each movement, along with an efficient warm up. Thank you my family there and coaches that push me, I have seen results.

    This gym is the real deal! Coaches are very professional, they pay attention to form and really want you to learn the basics and progress at your own pace but also challenge yourself. I’m new to crossfit but I’ve never felt out of place here. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive and the workouts are excellent. The nutrition challenges that they hold are also top notch. You learn more than just how to eat, you learn about mindfulness and creating habits that work for you. It’s a full package!

    BL CrossFit is an excellent box and community. The daily workouts focus on mobility, strength and endurance. The box is very large and spacious. They have several experienced coaches, including the owner. Glad to be back at CrossFit!

    BLCF is a great place to workout. It’s not just CrossFit but a group of people that strive to be better and support one another. The coaches are great and the facility offers a lot for all levels of athletes. Highly recommend.

    BridgeLakes is the literal best supportive community I have ever been involved with. PJ the owner and Coach, along with the amazing set of coaches on deck, has created such a positive influential environment in and out of the box. No matter the kind of programming you are interested in, there will always be something for you to meet your physical, mental and emotional needs. This is the place to be apart of even when you aren’t feeling your best. Endless endless success and love.

    I have been at this CrossFit for a month (It’s my first time in a CrossFit schedule) Coaches here are excellent and always there to guide me each day and help complete daily schedule. People working out also encourage others which really helps as a community!

    This gym has it all! Very experienced coaching staff, huge layout, tons of equipment, and lots of class options. Atmosphere makes it easy to have fun while you put your work in. The coaches make this place what it is and they know how to modify workouts for every level.

    Honestly, this gym helped me fall back in love with the Fitness/CrossFit world. From day one everyone welcomed & treated me like I was one of the regulars. Even if you’re not comfortable with all the movements they do an excellent job with helping you modify. Glad I decided to join!

    This gym is more than just a “box”, it is a community that cares about growth beyond the physical parameters. BLCF challenges you as a person/athlete and makes you emotionally & mentally tough! I highly recommend trying out this community as they have some of the most encouraging and engaging coaches I’ve had. Coach Martin and Stephen are excellent with the evening classes! Try it out; it won’t disappoint!

    BL CrossFit has been a great challenge for me. I’ve had eager support from every coach I’ve come across. The community is amazing and one of the unforeseen values of joining BL CrossFit. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve strength and mobility in a community accountability setting. It’s been everything I was looking for!
