It started with a sore jaw and tooth about seven days before leaving on a cruise. After self medicating I started thinking I needed to see a Dentist and searched online for an emergency dental office. I hit the jackpot when I found Town Lake Dental. Very friendly staff, great location for me, they could see me right away and Dr. Patterson was awesome. He gave me options for treatment which I chose extraction to avoid strong antibiotics on vacation. He also offered payment options which were exceptional for my retiree budget. I am very fortunate to find this dental office and feel comfortable knowing I have dental care in my future. Thank you Town Lake Dental.

Love Dr.Hackler at Towne Lake Dentistry. Easy to get in to be seen. She really takes her time with the exam and explaining treatment options. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. Overall awesome experience!

I love this place! I walked in and I was greeted by 3 lovely ladies. They asked how my day was and I said I was nervous cause I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile… they held my hand throw the whole thing and they were so gentle! I got a lollipop after because I didn’t cry. I will be back for sure! Thank y’all so much!

While visiting my family here in Texas I needed a dental consult. Starting with the receptionist I was immediately put at ease, I thought that the dental assistant was the dentist she was so thorough and when I saw the dentist all concerns were addressed to my complete satisfaction. My overall experience was unbelievable, I must say I might go back to visit from time to time when I’m in town, just to say hi. Thank you Town Lake Dentistry !

My family loves Towne Lake Dentistry! Everyone is so incredibly friendly and it’s just all around a great place. We always get appointments when we need them and don’t have long wait times. They never mind if I have to bring my young kids with me. They are so patient with kids and even try to include them more in the experience. They do a great job with all of our teeth and always explain things well. We’ve never had a negative experience Even after we moved further away we still go to this dentist because when you find a good one, you stick with them. You won’t be disappointed with Towne Lake Dentistry!!

Excellent experience. Just moved to Cypress from a small town where I lived for 69 years. I had known all of my health care providers for many years. Actually grew up with several of them, or watched them grow up. One of the most difficult adjustments moving has been choosing new doctors. I hit a home run finding Dr. Patterson and his staff. Friendly, informative, and highly competent. I highly recommend.

Bravo, Towne Lake Dentistry! I had the best dental experience today that I have ever had! I am in Houston for work, and had to deal with a broken tooth. They got me in within hours of my calling. The office is beautifully decorated, and the staff is very friendly and warm. Based on talking with my regular dentist where I live, I was prepared for a root canal and a crown. Dr. Patterson did x-rays and assured me that no root canal was needed and he did my temporary crown on the spot. He and his assistant were delightful. They graciously got my procedure efficiently worked in between their regular appointments. Additionally, their pricing was extremely reasonable. Honestly, it was a huge value for the amazing service I received. I am so grateful and may be commuting from TN for future dental work. :)

I am not someone who has had great experiences with going to the dentist, but I can honestly say that I was so impressed with Towne Lake Dentistry! From the initial phone call to make my appointment to the time I left, everyone was so kind and welcoming. I left understanding my treatment plan and how much I would have to pay. There was no guesswork and I loved the transparency. I loved that Dr. Patterson took the time to sit with me and go through my X-rays and my options. I did not leave feeling like I was just a patient on a list with a time slot. Not only am I going to move forward with treatment for my tooth, but I also went ahead and scheduled a cleaning as well! This is my first visit. I had to make a change because of insurance. Setting an appointment and checking were a breeze. Jessica was awesome at cleaning my teeth. My husband originally came here because of an emergency. Dr Patterson was unable to take care of the issue but he told us exactly the steps to take and where to go.

Every visit is so amazing. Everyone is so sweet and they always make it a goal to ask questions concerning any changes in my oral health. If any. All staff members make it a priority that I feel right at home. While verbally expressing my dental health, and are thorough. Town Lake dentistry as a whole are absolutely wonderful.

Did not wipe out my entire dental insurance on the first visit by taking 500 useless x-rays. Or waste time on unnecessary work or misdiagnose a healthy root in order to jack up prices. Did an excellent job and to the point and reasonable time, no rush to get next person in chair for more $$. For now, Will be going back for all my dental works and will update review as necessary or if they misbehave.

Have been looking for a new dentist since moving to Cypress quite a while ago. Has taken me a few years to find the right one which I think Towne Lake Dentist Dr. Patterson is it. The office is lovely & it’s very professional & pleasant. Everyone is very pleasant & Dr.Patterson was great- spent time with me after Taylor cleaned my teeth. I would highly recommend this dentist office - very pleased.

This office has an incredible staff. They care about the lives and well being of their patients. I was having dental work done in the final months of my brother's life and they came alongside me like a friend. Very clean comfortable office. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Both the dentist and the assistant were amazing! Dr. Patterson was great and explaining a treatment plan that worked for me and my budget. He was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable during treatment. The assistant, Analicia was very sweet and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. She also made sure that I was feeling okay before, during, and after. She definitely helped ease my nervousness about being at the dentist! I would recommend Town Lake Dentistry in the future!

My 7:00 am visit to Towne Lake Dentistry on 7/25 was painless and the staff was cheerful and efficient. Jessica, the hygienist, carefully and fully explained what she was doing. Dr. Patterson was thorough with his exam. He and Jessica explained my treatment options well. I look forward to them taking care of my teeth for years to come.

Dr. Patterson and Amanda are a great Team!! I was a brand new patient and they took me in as if I had been a patient for a long time!! They were very personable and helpful!! I had to have my tooth pulled and I was going to have it done in the morning…but they took their time to do it right then and there!!! My tooth gave them problems…stubborn, but they got it all done!! If I could I would give the doctors, facility and staff a million stars. I was scheduled to travel tomorrow and my crown came off, I rushed to the facility and the amazing staff and Dr. Patterson took me in right away and identified a temp solution so I could travel. It’s a family run practice and they treat their patients as family as well. Thank you doc for being empathetic and genuine..we will not be going anywhere else as long as we live here. To top this amazing service the doc didn’t charge me a single penny for the services. So very grateful 🙏
