Terrible attitude from the girl at the window. When asked if she could give me some sauce she turned around and ignored me. No sauces were placed in the bag. She pretty much shoved the bag at me and did not say anything! She looked very annoyed. I drive off, get home and notice the top buns were missing from both sandwiches! I would have not minded if they had given me a heads up. But the attitude given makes me question if this was done on purpose.

Chick-fil-A has amazing customer service, and that has made them successful for sure. I appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism of the employees and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The food is pretty good and their original sauce is super delicious. I don’t like the wait times during the busiest times of the day, but that is the only negative I can think of. I highly recommend this place if you like chicken at all.

Charged me twice n the store manager refused to write on my receipt that if my card was charged twice, I would get reimbursed. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. It would have taken 2 minutes to write a short statement so I wouldn't get charged twice when they said the original reader didn't read it & they would reimburse if my statement showed it. ALWAYS PAY AT THE WINDOW

First, they only gave us 2 sauces total for 2 orders of the 30 count nugget meal. Plus, they didn't even fill up the fries all the way that we ordered.

Great location, tons of seating, parking lots a little confusing but that is part of the amazing flow of CFA! My food came out perfect. The Mac n Cheese is to die for!!!

Love Chick-Fil-A. Not loving half of the 30 piece chicken nuggets being half the size of a regular piece. Come on what happened to quality control?

After disappointing experience with other locations in Cypress, we went here for curbside pickup. The place is shady and parking is confusing. Ordered Spicy Deluxe Sandwich (i don't know what is deluxe here), and chicken fillet was salty and hard to chew. My 10 year old kid was not able to swallow and she hates the sandwich. The chicken smells not fresh, i think they repeatedly fried the fillet to keep it warm. I have no idea what is meant by their add saying original chicken.

Only chic fil a I have ever been to that puts ice in the unsweet tea container. When I order tea with no ice, it comes out ice cold and watered down. Really bad. I've been to probably 50 other locations across the US and none of them do that. Please stop. This is the closest one to home. Lol. The drive thru tea is right. It's the container they use for dining room, carry out and curbside.

I dislike the drive thru service because everytime you get there you can't see the menu board. And it's difficult to order when you can't see what you want. Or don't know the orders very well. Everytime I struggle ordering because my kids don't know what they want until they see the pictures on the order board. And today, just because I took my time making the order, the Chick-fil-A worker assumed I didn't speak any English. And she asked a coworker to tell the whole order to me in Spanish, assuming I spoke Spanish. Good grief! They need to be more careful on how they treat customers. You can't just assume people are or speak something. Or think that the customers didnt understand anything you said.

Doing better. The last time I went here. They gave me a meal that fries were cold, wrinkled, and greasy. The bag was rolled all the way down, smashing my meal. They also had the condiments inside piled on my fries. I called up there to complain, and they told me to drive back up there and bring the food. It's been about 4 months since I been there. So, I tried the other day since it's closer than the other location, and they are doing better!

Monday September 25th @ 8:25 p.m I went in the drive-through to get ice cream cones for me and my little girl, at the window not only did the waiter snatch the money out of my hand (I paid with cash) but as she handed me my ice cream cone my finger slightly brushed against hers and she acted as if I had the plague. I won't pull the race, but somebody's daughter needs a lesson in service.

As always food and service was great. They could muse another entrance to their parking lot when coming from Target. The first entrance to the right is to the drive thru and there is no way out of the line after you turn. The second opening into the parking lot is labeled as an exit.

I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for years. The gentleman named Luis, who has been there for as long as I can remember, has always had an amazing delivery of customer service. It's always a good sight whenever I see Luis working. I know he's getting what needs to be done, done. 10/10!

We brought a big group of 30 people at 6pm for a rush of to-go orders, and the staff handled it SO quickly! Luis and his team are amazing.

Definitely the fast food baby of texas. Get their spicy chicken!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. For the month of February they were selling this beautiful heart shaped biscuits 😋🥰

First visit after the remodeled the building. It looks nice, although I don't understand changing the backseats from plastic to upholstery material. Not very sanitary for public places... Good thing you always have a choice of take out, or dining in. Still 5 stars for me :)

I go in and it is always clean and they are very fast to get your food. It is fast food so the seating is good but not designed for long talks. If they don't have your order waiting, they give you a number, and many times, just after you sit down, someone brings you your food.

Passing through this area for work and stopped at this chick-fil-a for breakfast, and everything was amazing, I get the same thing every time I get breakfast and these guys surpassed most chick-fil-a I have ever eaten at 10/10!

This location serves exactly what it's ordered. So no need to go back to ask for any missing item. They work fast and all employees smile. Good job guys!

Luis and staff did a great job attending , and welcoming , he had everything in order and makes this franchise feel like a family owned small business, Give this man a raise

Always clean always helpful quick and efficient for lunch breaks either 1 hr or 30 min I always have time to eat on my break from. TARGET they pay attention accuracy of order and at least once maybe twice during visit a Mangement staff will ask how thr meal was or how day is going

Great food but they didn't add the salad right on they're pad so had to pay another $10 to receive all our order then they handed me a wrap instead of a salad them we had to wait another 5 minutes for the salad

God bless their gluten free bun option. This isn’t my favorite location, though. This go around a lot of trainees and took significantly longer.

I'm usually not a fan of Chick-fil-A however we had a great experience at this one. My kids were hungry and tired so I just wanted to grab something fast. All of the fast food places in that shopping center had long long lines some of them two lines with the exception of Taco Bell which we don't eat. I decided to go with Chick-fil-A even though we don't generally like the food at least I know they're used to having long lines and probably have a better system and experience dealing with hoards of customers. We parked and went inside and we got our food within 5 or 6 minutes of ordering it and sitting down. The food tasted good and the lemonade was just what we needed. I saw several people while we were there going around checking on tables sweeping up any little speck of something on the floor. Leaving saw somebody going to check the bathrooms during our brief time there. This facility is the gold standard for cleanliness when it comes to fast food. And most surprising of all is as we were getting ready to leave a woman came over and asked me if I would like a refill on my lemonades. I don't think I have ever had anything close to that type of experience in a fast food restaurant it was almost like table service. Truly they do a very very good job at this location and if wherever in the area I might actually stop by again!!
