DoorDash order was terrible. Dried up cheesesteak with no lettuce or anything. Pizza has toppings on only half of the slices like it was too much effort to spread the toppings out.

First positive experience in this Brothers Pizza Parlor. The NY type pizza are great…the dough is very crunchy….delicious. 3 different sizes of pizza that you can customize with a large choice of ingredients.

I always come to this pizza place after studying. The pizza is amazing. Great staff. One issue was that one of the workers gave me a look and a mean stare, a kind of "I don't belong" look. It was quite uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it's because I had my school backpack and my natural hair was not done, and he thought I was homeless. Either way, please do better and be kind. I will not be returning. Great food!

Pizza is okay, however service is bad. Walked in, no one was in the restaurant and we ordered a large pizza for dine in. After waiting 20 minutes, we questioned what was going on. Our pizza hadn't even been made yet. They said sorry we have a lot of to go orders in front of you. When we complained and said you should tell your customers this, the so called manager at the time acted like they didnt care and said we've moved your pizza order up the line. 50 minutes later we got our pizza, when we repeated our concern the person didn't care to even listen. We thought we would try this New York Style Pizza place as we always go to Tony's New York Pizza place. Big mistake. Tony's has better Pizza and a lot more customer service. I'll drive a little further.

Good NY style pizza, maybe a bit thicker crust, but good sauce and cheese. This style not everyone likes, I enjoy. Would go again. It needs a little sprucing with atmosphere and employees versus the small laid back feel. Little pricy, but ranch and cheesecake were good. Will return.

First time ordering from this place... We ordered an 18" Large Bros Special Pizza. Pepperoni, Bell Peppers, Italian Sausage, Extra Cheese, and Bacon. The taste is great! Very cheesy and tasty. Would have liked that most of the ingredients that I ordered as toppings would be evenly distributed on slices. The crust was great as well. Hot and crispy. Overall, it was a great tasting pizza. Definitely ordering from this place again.

Great pizza all the food looked really good the staff was friendly ordered by phone pizza was done at the exact time they said it would be it was delicious i will definitely go back want to try other dishes but the pizza was so good I will probably order it again wish they were in my neighborhood so I could try everything went back today and had the pizza Great area for food

Being from New Jersey, New York style pizza is a big deal to our family! We were ecstatic to find this place. The restaurant decor feels just like home. The pizza is so tasty and flavorful. Service is fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend you check them out. You will be instantly hooked!

We were longtime customers but no more. Beware ordering from the app. We ordered through Door Dash and they sent us the wrong pizza and it wasn’t even sliced. Brothers would do nothing because it was through the app. Then after they said I could come pick up the right pizza. Unfortunately, if I was able to Pick up the order, I would not have needed Door Dash tonight. Disappointing Customer Service and sloppy preparation of our order.

Stopped in for the lunch special of a 1 topping slice, salad and drink. It's a great deal for a quick lunch. The salad is nothing special and basically iceberg, tomatoes and olives. The pepperoni pizza slice was really good. The crust was perfectly cooked and a little chewy. I'm not going to rush back but it's staying on the list of quick lunch stops.

This location is run by the sisters. I love the flavor of the pizza. There is nothing like NY Pizza. The location is in middle of shopping center which is great when u want options. Staff is so friendly and funny. I always laugh when I am there.

The pizza is great here, but you can't turn off your phone when people are trying to order. At least be honest with them. I totally understand that it's Friday and everyone is ordering, but pick up the phone and let customers know who enjoy your pizza. I tried ordering at 5:30 pm September 9. Phoenix rang then I got hung up on. Called back and went to a greeting that the part was busy. This went on for an hour. I get it you can encounter rude customers. I would have more respect if you would just answer the phone and tell someone the truth. " we can't take anymore orders". Poor customer service!

I've had this place bookmarked for a while, and wow, this is it! Growing up near the Philly area, I've had the luxury of east coast pizza shops. If you're from the east coast, you know that you can find nearly 20 pizza shops in every town - all that make a decent pie. After searching for nearly 4 YEARS since moving to the Houston area, Brothers has finally delivered on making a delicious pie that resembles a little something from home. The dough is amazing. Thin, crispy on the bottom yet requires a nice tare. The sauce it's subtly sweet and pairs perfectly with the melty cheese. This is done right. Every shop I've gone to around the area uses a conveyor belt oven, which doesn't cut it. Brothers uses a stationary pizza oven that just delivers on the quality. We ordered an XL Cheese pie with meatballs. The meatballs were thinly shaved and packed a punch of flavor. This order was delivered, so it sat a little bit before we got to enjoy, but nothing a little visit to the toaster oven can't fix. We will certainly be back. Well done!

I was craving a New York-style slice and came here based on a recommendation and this place totally hit the spot!! I ordered two cheese slices plus a slice of cheesecake (which was also divine)! So much better than anything you will get from a big chain restaurant! Will definitely be returning!!

Me and my wife go here a lot we are from Philly and love there pizza. Never had bad service until today. Asked for toppings and the one I wanted most was missing and if I am paying for it I would like it to be added. When it was missing my wife asked to have it fixed. As I could see the worker talking to the MAN making the pizzas about it as I watched and timed it the man was visible mad. More time goes by and still looking at it he finally decided to just throw on the missing topping and throws it back in the oven now the topping is not cooked right and the pizza is over done. I did not make a deal out of it there as I did not want to as I have had great time there many times before. After time of thinking about 41$ for food I was not happy about just made me say I should leave a comment about it as I hope no one else gets the same service

Great place to get pizza from, it's always great food with no complaints. Any time I've eaten inside they are always very friendly and quick to help. Only thing wish was better was price. My own opinion that their price is a little much for pizza but most pizza places are little pricey now and days.
