    First of all, we had to wait 30 Minutes past promised time for our pick up order for our food, got it and it looked like a 2 year old put it together started eating it and realized literally barely any meat. This location is horrible nobody should spend their money here. I contacted customer service to get my money back this has been a consistent issue at this location. Stay far away.

    It seems every time we order delivery they always forget something. Each of our items cost nearly $20 because we order extra portions. I’ve ordered extra lettuce several times and each time they skip the lettuce completely. I’ve even asked for several call backs, but no one has reached out to me. We love Chipotle, but will not be ordering from this location again.

    Chipotle is delicious, but I will NEVER return to this location. Beans were hard af, the Asain girl with pink hair gave me the smallest burrito I have ever had. Rice was hard too . Disgusted . I’m very disappointed this location use to be good

    The entire experience at this location was horrible, every single table was dirty, there was trash all over the floor, the fountain station was nasty, there was no ice so we had to settle for hot drinks, just a all around nasty location, will not be going here again.

    This was my Chicken and Carnitas Burrito bowl in the picture (online order) - Only meat, no rice, no beans, no cheese, no salsa - NOTHING ELSE!! I thought it might have been the delivery person that messed up but it was the restaurant that sent this. When I called to get them to fix it, they asked me to place another order. They could have fixed this easily but didn't even try. Never going here or ordering out of this place.

    Service at this location has declined. No clean table to sit for dine in and staff, including the manager was confused about how to enter a side of queso to an order. The most weird, confusing Chipotle experience ever!!!

    Since Chipotle corporate did nothing to remedy my disgusting experience. I feel I must let everyone know, they allowed someone with mucus coming out their nose serve the food line, who proceeded to try and charge me for items I didnt have in my order, employees argued with me and man with snot coming out of his nose cussed at me. This was 10/01 at 6:45 pm. #412. No denying it Chipotle. I got sick! Dear customers, be careful!!! I will not be back.

    I've been here 3 times and all 3 times, my experience was nothing but underwhelming. The tables are never cleaned and look disgusting, as if they want you to take your food home, instead of eating at the establishment. The portion sizes are also pretty small compared to your general Chipotle standards. The workers are just to young to care about keeping everything tidy, clean, and providing a positive customer experience. Only giving 2 stars, because at least the meat tasted fresh (despite only giving me 6 pieces of steak and a huge chuck of fatty steak). I highly recommend going to a different location.

    Overall the food quality and the service itself at this location is pretty good and typical of most other locations. However, I have chosen to rate them only one star because of the absurd price for what you get these days. Chipotle needs to see the writing on the wall, nobody wants to spend $12 for a burrito especially right now with the high price of living everywhere. To make matters much worse, there seems to be an ongoing competition between their employees for who can make the smallest burrito. Maybe they are giving out bonuses for who can rip off their customers the most? 🤔 They are obviously trying to conserve on the amount of ingredients they are giving you inside of a burrito, which makes it even more unreasonable that they still charge so much money for it. Sometimes I have to literally beg the employee to add more ingredients to my burrito. I shouldn’t have to beg for food when I am spending so much money. I hope that Chipotle will either lower their prices or start giving their customers what they paid for like they used to, but unfortunately that’s highly likely because profit is king.

    This location is sub par. It's not dirty but not clean either. Someone needs to be cleaning the tables and making sure they're not dirty. The younger staff definitely needs to improve on their customer service. They'll try skimping you on meat or anything that you ask to be added to your burrito or burrito bowl. I hope the manager reads my review and understands I'm not the only one who thinks this location needs to have better service.

    Extremely disappointed and will not be back! First of all I did a catering order via phone with corporate...I guess 3 days prior to my Non-profit's 6th anniversary for a party of 50. This order was scheduled to pick up at 4:15 (45 minutes before the party). I get there and inform them that I'm there for my order at 4:10. No one knew what I was talking about! Finally, a young lady goes to back, I'm guessing to look it up and realizes the order and that it has not been started. I waited for 40 minutes for the order! While waiting I had the opportunity to see how dirty the place was. No clean tables, the serving area was a mess and floors sticky. When the only person who decides to even speak to me started helping me get boxes to the car asked if I wanted a drink, hands me a cup and guess what? No ice! After getting all of my food order and packed into my car. I go to pay...I was never addressed...no apology for the error and wasted time, no discount. It was a horrible experience. The food was decent but the experience made for a very stressful evening when I was supposed to be celebrating. The only helpful person there was a young African American male...shocking, since I am also African American! This location is a No for me! 👎🏾

    During my visit there was a difficult customer. Trying to get a catering order or the price of a bowel. The entire team remained friendly and polite. Even though the lady was holding up the line for a good 10 min. I appreciated the teams professionalism. The manager on duty was on the line working with her team which impressed me even more. I will be returning to this location. I would totally recommend it to everyone.

    They always take long to do their orders here. The food taste is eh.. meats almost all taste the same regardless if it's chicken or steak. The one thing Im taking off a few starts is for service, god forbid you put in a large order, because the workers here never ever label the food. So you have no idea what is what in the bag. The thing is I've had chipotle at other locations and it's fine, so it must be this location specifically that is lacking.

    Not worth the price that went up, food always half cooked and they cheap out on quantity! To make matters worse hygiene is terrible! Handling cash and touching other outside surfaces then dipping their hands in the cheese and lettuce to serve your food without changing their gloves!! And infront of you so careless! Makes you wonder what they do behind closed doors! So sick! Not returning to This place again! They lack customer satisfaction! Management does nothing about complaints

    The location is awesome! It was clean, organized, and stocked with napkins & sauce. Aurora was super helpful with helping me with my takeout order. She made a good sized burrito and made sure my burrito had sufficient portions. I recommend going to this location.

    Ran out of chicken and steak, had no white rice, had no drinks after taking in order and payment for all of these items. Then did not call before I drove to the store. Then offered no refund or follow up or exchange of item for a topocico? I can’t believe service jobs are just that much a joke. Like let’s all not care about having fast food anymore since we’re all too good to try to take the job serious.

    We did carry out. Just to warn you the prices have gone up just like most places. Why I dropped ratings this time is that there was an insect in the cheese which an employee noticed as they were ringing up our food and called the manager over to. They swapped out the cheese without saying anything to use or the man behind us which also had a bowl with cheese. Neither my husband or I noticed as we were messing with the ap and paying for the meals but my daughter saw and watched the entire thing transpire then told us after we ate... I am very disappointed that nothing was said to any of us that just had received cheese from that bin... not sure how I feel about going back.

    Don't waste your money here. I didn't catch her name but the girl who made my bowl was so rude. I work with the public daily as a server so i understand bad days or tired days but that doesn't mean you can take it out on the customer. Just ask to go home but providing terrible experience should never be an option.

    If you do not have at lease 20-30mins to waste at this location, I do NOT recommend going here. I’ve waited over 30mins in line, had to leave my online order because I had to get to work and it was not started, missing ingredients from my tacos, they had no chips and didn’t bother to tell me, something I had already paid for. They are ALWAYS behind!!! Need better management

    The food was okay, got my order right and the service was good. I have been here twice and the food seems okay but it is consistently messy in the dining room and around the drinks ... They didnt have ice one of these days. Should let us know we cant get ice and we might choose something else. I think a clean place would go far to improving people's opinions.

    The parking lot was full, we had to wait a while and do a couple of laps around it until a space was made available. Service was a bit slow for in-person customers because they had too many pick-up orders. My steak bowl had a lot of fat pieces. The Aguas frescas and the guacamole were great.

    Foods not bad, but 45 min to get through less than 10 customers, isn’t right. Could sit down and eat at a restaurant fast than this. And can’t order online, cause they only do half serving with that. They really need to get it together.

    The staff gives off very prejudice energy and treat certain customers a particular way and they are very rude. They will give the smallest amount of everything where you have to ask multiple times for each item for reasonable portions then have an attitude. They will lie and say they’re the manager and threaten to call the police on their black customers if they disagree with they way they’re being handled. This has been witnessed on numerous occasions. They will miss an item every single time and if you order delivery you will have the skimpiest food and something will again will be missing.

    This is the worst Chipotle! The restaurant is always dirty and they are very skimpy with the serving sizes. After my last experience there I won’t be going back. I ordered a burrito with double chicken and when I went to pick it up it was literally the size of a taco. When I complained, the manager was useless and said he needed to speak with his manager. That manager wouldn’t come out of her office to speak with me and told the young man to tell me to call the 800 number if I had a complaint. So, I called the 800 and requested a refund. I’d rather drive the extra few miles to the Chipotle in Fairfield than go back to this one.

    Chipotle Mexican Grill Texas, it seems like their quality of food is going down. The chicken is still flavorful, and the beans, rice, and grill onions are different. My favorite part or thing at Chipotle is the salad dressing. Once that's gone, they've lost a customer.

    Worst Chipotle location around! Service is always slow, and orders are often ready significantly after the pickup time. Orders are also often incorrect. This location is also out of at least one kind of meat every time I visit, and is always dirty. In addition, the parking is awful, although that’s not even factored into my one-star review. Stay away from this location!
