    Food is always good, but their staff is horrible with customer service. I sat in the line for literally 15 minutes with other people because no one would check us out. Instead they were working on to go food orders ENTIRELY. Not once did they acknowledge those in line. (And the line had atleast 8 people) just waiting to be checked out. A simple swipe of the card. They didn’t check on us til after a lady had spoken up, and even then they told her to wait.

    Placed an order through the mobile app and was sent a message saying order is complete and ready for pickup. I arrived 15min later to no orders completed. I counted 5 employees working. 2 were actually working, 2 were in the back talking and the third was taking a nap at the cash register. Waited an extra 20 minutes for my order to be completed which is BS. The reason you do Togo orders is to be in and out. I drove exactly 7 minutes home and when I sat to eat the rice was Luke warm and the steak cold and chalky. Didn’t even taste like steak. Food is a 1 out of 10 and service is the same. Will never return to this location.

    The place is not welcoming at all. Trash is everywhere! The floors and tables are dirty and no one has come out to clean.

    This location has gone downhill in the last few months. It used to be my favorite one, but the service is terrible now, and they always have some issue or excuse as to why they can't do their job. Every time I've gone in lately, there is one person working, maybe two, and 2 or 3 people standing around doing nothing or talking. The last time I went they were out of steak and carnitas. They've run out of rice before. Chipotle food is good, but avoid this one if possible. They don't seem to care anymore.

    Bowl is good, it was fine. Chips with queso, chips were unusual, a soft-hard texture required me to bite down & teeth pull. Every new bag I tried, I returned few times until refund. A Crunchy Chip will break in pieces. Apologize, I don't soak a chip in queso which would remedy a stale & hard✌️

    Store was dirty, no utensils were out to use, my steak was burnt as well as the chicken. The workers were sweet but nawwww clean up the store and clean up around the drinks and have things stocked. I might go back, might not.

    Not normal give bad reviews but this Chipotle need to do better. Saturday after noon. Scrapping the bottom of container on warmer. The grill was no cooking. You couldn't get extra of anything. Scrapping the bottom of meat,sauce and vegetables. Food was cold and just really not fresh. Hopefully it gets better this is the 2nd time this month.

    This place is trash. The employees giving out food to people for free. The drink station has forks, knifes, spoons, and lids all over the place. Trash is literally to the top. I wouldn’t come here.

    At 17400 Spring Cypress Rd. Cypress, TX #100, I ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken (which I had to pull out because it was not edible). For the chicken to be dry and lukewarm at the 12:12 pm time of purchase is totally unacceptable, especially since Chipotle touts itself as a fresh, fast food restaurant, and tries to charge a premium for the guaranteed freshness of the food they serve. If freshness and quality food is Chipotle's motto, this store is surely NOT living up to it.

    If I could 0 stars, I would. I got a delivery order, two bowls came with HAIR inside. As soon as I opened them, I could CLEARLY see the hairs. Dominic or Dominque (manager) said Rosario (district manager) would do NOTHING about it: they would not redeliver my order. They had no apology and no solutions. Worst experience ever. Completely ruined my family’s dinner.

    Food and service are great! But the eating area is nasty, dirty. They should have trash can in the fountain drink area. It is always full of trash around and tables always dirty. Also the lemonades would be better unsweetened.

    If I had not noticed and asked, my burrito that ripped in half down the middle would not have been double or re wrapped. I watched her rip my burrito all the way down the middle and try to close it up to be sent to the cash register. So beware when ordering online or through the app and you do not watch them make it. I did not even have a lot on my burrito. The asian girl with the pink hair did not know how to wrap a chipotle burrito properly. I have eaten at chipotle for years and worked there for little back in high school and never have seen it done like that. Also ordered a side tortilla for my husbands bowl and it was not there when we got home. The bigger guy with a beard wearing a polo that did the first half of our order and the blonde who checked us out however was very helpful and friendly.

    Very disappointed with this location. We have used this location for years and never until today have had any problem. The quality of our order was way under par and when we asked to have them correct it they just smile and said we will wrap it with an extra tortilla. Also one of the employees was very rude when referring to his manager about our request. I hope you guys get you act together. Extremely disappointed I have never had an experience like this before at chipotle.

    Very inconsistent quality of service. Some of the employees are nice and kind, just trying to their job and have some fun too. One of the employees, could be a manager as well is constantly being short with portions especially with protein. I overreacted a bit today and canceled my order at the line and made a comment that he is always doing the the same with all my orders. I believe I wasn't rude even though one of the ladies said straight to my face that I'm being rude. I strongly disagree with her and belive that she should mind her own business. The gentleman stated is 4 oz of protein per order, I can tell you 100% it wasn't even close to it. And the worst thing the employee who was serving food before him was correcting portions and making sure it is done proper way. Please train your staff to be consistent in their service as it reflects at the whole company that I have been supporting for a long time.

    Ordered a burrito and side of guacamole from this Chipotle and when I picked up my order, the side of guacamole was completely missing. Not the first time I’ve had this experience here either. Chipotle, DO BETTER. Get your orders correct. A refund should be returned!!!!

    Twice now this location has messed up my order. The first time they gave me soft tortillas instead of hard corn shells, and this time they switched mine and my boyfriend’s proteins. The chicken and steak were both dry. Honestly, I want my money back. Never going back here again, they can’t seem to be consistent with getting their customer’s orders right.

    This is my go to location for chipotle. Always good. Always consistent. The employees are mostly respectful and attentive if not for the rare times that they're slammed and stressed. Even then they are not rude. The only bad thing I can say is that sometimes the barbacoa comes in huge chunks and you have to peel them apart yourself.

    Just stopped to ge pickup my order and was originally told that it apparently got lost and they were working on it now. I asked for a drink since now we had to wait after placing our order ahead of time. The manager, Dominic, said no that we could pay for drinks because someone stole our order and it wasn’t their fault. I told him that they had to take responsibility for someone stealing our order because they should have a better way to control and make sure orders aren’t being stolen and then us having to wait for another order to be done. Poor customer service!

    Three times now these jokers don't have multiple ingredients and after waiting 20 minutes in line they ask to wait another 10 for them to prep food. Gave them a pass the first time. Second time told the manager. This time it's time to let other folks know to go to another location for better service.

    Not only the service it’s been bad but the lack of customer service skills on the crew it’s noticeable. Time after time you come back hoping for the crew to be better and I feel they get worse and worse. You can tell they don’t want to work, it’s bad. I have to say one the worst location I come back to. Service - BAR portions - BAD small ones Attitude - BAD. In general not a place to suggest to visit if I could say that

    I have nothing positive to say about this place. Regrettably, I have visited this establishment multiple times and have experienced the same poor attitudes, outright rudeness and poor quality food. In general, I like Chipotle. I have been to several (15-20) across Houston and find the food to be delicious. This one Chipotle establishment is just so awful compared to ALL others. And I’m really not picky. I’m really not. It’s quasi fast food and I keep expectations minimal. Just common decency. Some examples 1. They have chicken BONES in their food. Almost every time. 2. Gross mixed up toppings and condiments. Even as early as 11:15 am, their various salsas, sour cream, corn and cheese is mixed in with each other. Just lazy serving and not caring about one’s job. 3. Small portions. When I go to a Chipotle I am generally served a giant spoonful of whatever meat I choose, but at this specific location, I am given only a half to a third of whatever is on that spoon. I once counted a total of five pieces of chicken on top of a sad looking burrito bowl that I ordered. And it’s not just the meat. This can be said for their rice and beans as well. 4. A specific incident was the final straw. I ordered steak but apparently was given a new steak that they have that I didn’t know about. It had just come out. When i got to the end the prices were different. The lady behind the counter threw away my bowl with very little dialogue and sent me back TO THE END OF THE LINE to start over.

    I love chipotle! today I'm having chicken bowl, and love it with extra everything. very delicious!! he did a good job to stuff alot of food into the bowl, very good service.
