    I came in on a Saturday night and the line was to the door. There was only one employee to make the sandwiches and ring up all customers. Ashton handle it with Grace. He was not rude and prepared each and every order as requested. Kudos to Ashton for his amazing customer service. Management needs to ensure that there's at least two employees working.

    I got over it when the guy with dreads and a snug attitude wrote his mask on his chin. But, I couldn't get over the taste of something tainted in my sandwich. I eat at Sunday a few times a week. Something here was off. I hope I'm not sick tomorrow.

    Service here is very poor. I ordered several of the new ft. long pro subs like I usually do at other subway shops, the first thing out of the young man's mouth is that I couldn't add anything additional to the sandwiches. This is the first time that I've heard this when ordering from the new menu since I usually get an order from other subway stores weekly. If I'm spending the amount of money on sandwiches and I'm told that I can't add or change it I'm not going back to this location. It's obvious that the manager or owner isn't there to often because the young men behind the counter run the business to make sure no one comes back which I intend to do.

    Ordered a footlong protein bowl turkey… the sub of the day was turkey. I go to check out and the lady says $8. I said I got the turkey it’s the sub of the day. She says it’s not a sub. I said you don’t charge anything extra to make it a protein bowl…. At this point I feel as though it’s common sense what I’m trying to explain to her. Then she looks over to the pre-pubescent boy on the other end of the counter. He says…”it’s the sub of the day, not the protein bowl of the day”… awesome job guys! You lost a loyal 3 times a week customer over a dollar!! I leave… because I’m not going to deal with this level of rude ignorance. So I call the Subway customer service number. Guess what, it’s “all digital” now… you can no longer speak to a human. Subway if you’re reading this, I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME AT ANY LOCATION AGAIN…

    Slowest service in America. Girl on Saturday’s at about 1pm doesn’t seem to understand what’s going on. Have been here at that time twice and she’s completely lost. First time, customer was letting her know she needed to pay for her food. Somehow she wasn’t understanding the words “I need to pay”. Second time was also slow service. Nice but way too slow. Always a line. Make sure you have enough time before you decide on this location.

    I had the worst experience at this place iam a regular customer at this subway and today i got to know subway give higher positions as in a manager position to people who dont even know how to talk to people or give them customer service i was encountered by bentley i guesss and she was super rude with everything i asked her so i went to different subway and got to know the rules she was claiming was baseless. subway should change their manager as she claimed to be a manager and now i wont be going to this subway anymore thanks to her subway u lost a regular customer.

    It’s 1030 they close at 11. I already got my sandwich half made and she has no lettuce and no tomatoe. So o finish my order anyway. She didn’t say I can go get you more fixens. Then I csnt use my in app gift card ? I paid 10$ for a no lettuce no tomatoes sandwich. She didn’t care. I’ll goto another subway from now on. I go into the app and it would let me order with my gift card. She needs training

    Ordered through the app and it wouldn’t let me add avocado to my sub, so I put it in the note section asking for it to be added. They put a healthy amount of avocado and wrote it on the wrapper so I knew it was on there. Sandwich was delicious and good customer service, thank you to whoever made my sub!

    Jason Needs a raise quickly. He was handling online orders plus walk in orders and the toaster was down which is fine with me. Jason asked his coworker to call the customers to inform them that toaster didn’t work but instead he didn’t. Also the guy in the back asked Jason if he needed help (which was obvious he did) but I was patient, but Jason said yes and the other guy didn’t even bother to help after asking. Lol the guy in the back was just walking around, getting drinks for himself, not concerned. The teams needs more communication and action. Jason held down the fort tonight and he deserves a raise

    I order a chicken bacon with ranch in multigrain bread extra toast. It was very good, the chicken condiment was high in salt for my taste. The ranch sauce I didn't like so much, however as I add honey mustard it compensates create sweet touch balance that make it taste much bet

    Ordered 3 foot long subs and none of my sandwiches were as I requested. None were toasted, missing avocado in one, extra condiments in another and had to wait for my order even though it was already ready.
