I joined Raw Calisthenics Academy for a month now. I am very excited with how things are going. The classes have a perfect balance between strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and also work towards calisthenics skills. All 3 coaches are great to work with and the positive energy in the place makes it even better. They always provide exercises for all levels - beginners, intermediate and advance. Strongly suggest anyone to try it out even if it's for a few classes to test it out and see if this fits their style of workout.

I joined the calisthenics team as an absolute beginner not too long ago and it is by far my favourite form of physical exercise. It is constantly challenging and a lot of fun! The instructors, Michalis and Stefanos, are very professional, patient, effective communicators and adaptive to everyone’s fitness level. I feel very safe with them considering how physically demanding some of the exercises are. I also love the helpful team spirit and the fact that the groups are mixed ability. Really great and qualified trainers! They put lots of energy and soul in the sessions. They pay attention to each student and do their best to help and encourage each one, they make you feel really comfortable. For me personally the training is very effective, it gives me not only body strength and flexibility, but also better coordination and balance and not least a lot of energy throughout the entire day. It helps me lots with the lower back pain I was having before. The place is very pleasant. It’s also very very clean. Would highly recommend!

Great gym and trainers! Stretching is perfectly combined with strength exercises in training.

I have started working out here two years ago after almost a decade of almost no excercise. Safe to say my life has changed, i feel flexible and strong, aware of my muscles and joints and how everything works. The enviroment is great and the classes are relatively small ( up to 7-8 people) I highly recomment it for anyone who wants to learn more about their body, gain strenght, gain flexibility, mobility and overall body and mind health.
