Just disgraceful, the perfect example when an owner ruins a business…today I watched a disgusting scene happening at the gym. Apparently another client made a bad review online of the gym, because the owner doesn’t allow noise in the gym (something that happened to me before annd why I stopped going to this gym for so many months)…imagine lifting 100kg without making a sound. The owner of the gym approached the other client and proceeded to scream on his face including touching him physically while saying some racist comments…I am not coming back, there are better gyms without violent owners looking to show they are the boss

A lot of space for a big company and more! Good variety of equipment and machines. Trainers are helpful and polite. So love it!

The owner of the gym was very threatening in his approach when he said I didn’t have a towel (I did), he then criticised me for the way input my weights down (which was carful and respectful) and then laid into me about the rules of his gym. I have been training for 20 years, have the highest respect and gym etiquette wherever I go. I was singled out so he could make a show to other gym goers which was down right rude and borderline racist as I am not a Cypriot national. The lady next to me actually had no towel and left her weights laying about but he didn’t approach her…. Which ever way you look at this, it’s not right, the sheer rudeness and arrogance is not pleasant. Avoid this gym! (Ps there is still no air conditioning)

My recent visit to this gym left me thoroughly disappointed. There were major issues that need urgent attention. Firstly, the gym was exceptionally dirty. The floors were sticky, and the equipment was covered in grime. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and it was seriously lacking here. The staff's behavior was also problematic. They were rude and unhelpful, showing little interest in assisting members. Additionally, the gym's equipment was outdated and poorly maintained, raising concerns about both the quality of the workout and safety. In summary, I cannot recommend this gym based on its cleanliness, unprofessional staff, and subpar equipment condition. These issues need immediate improvement for a better gym experience.

The best gym in Limassol. Its located right in front of the sea whit a beautiful view of the sand and the water. A huge free parking next to it to leave your car and 2 minutes waking distance from 2 bus stops if you don't drive like me. 6 large and fully equipped training rooms each whit huge windows and a lot of sunlight. Extremely nice and friendly staff I was coming in the gym for 2 months and it feels like home.

Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had in a gym. The gym is good and the staff very professional, if it weren't for the owner, it would be perfect. I paid for a week to try and see if I wanted to go there longer term (which I must say, at first I truly wanted to renew for longer term) and the two times he saw me he was super rude and didn't wanted to let me in, each time alleging different reasons... When he saw I had a one week card instead of longer term he talked bad to me again. If that's the way you talk to all your possible clients, good luck with your business. I really hope the staff is getting paid generously or at least can find a better boss, because they are the ones that make the services enjoyable. I don't give it zero stars because it doesn't allow it.

Probably the best Gym in Limassol, if not in Cyprus. Very professional staff, with very good knowledge and always willing to help. Very clean and modern, up to date with all the new equipment and last but not least, has the best views right by the beach. What else would you ask for!

Hands down one of the best gyms i’ve been to. From equipment to staff. Morning hours it is quite empty, perfect in my case. Quite busy during the evening though, rightfully so. This review is after 3 months at this gym. :)

Can definitely say that this is the best gym in Limassol. The equipment is changed pretty often, the gym is well-maintained and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, trainers will do you fantastic program to satisfy your preference and needs. Highly recommend.

This gym has the best resistance machines I’ve ever seen. Mainly Precor, but the rare Hoist Machines are next level! On holiday from England, so the 1 week pass @ €50 is good value!

The gym is fantastic, it offers a huge variety of gym machines and free weights that give you plenty choices for your workout . Furthermore the environment is very friendly with very good trainers .

I am staying in Limassol for two weeks and needed a gym for that time. At first, I only picked Anaplasis, because of the location. But one week in I am in love with this gym. The boss George, is extremely experienced and very knowledgeable and wise and knows exactly what you need and how to help you. He runs the gym in a way where everything is really clean and all machines are in very good condition. I have never seen a broken machine. The spaces are incredible, because there are 5 or 6 separate rooms with different options meaning that there is always something for somebody. The staff are super nice and answer questions and help you when you don’t know something. The relaxed but professional atmosphere is a big reason I like it and George and his staff almost make this feel like you are with extended family. I have used gyms all over the world for many years, but Anaplasis is very high up the list and a place I love being at. Matthew

I am totally satisfied with Anaplasis Fitness Centre. The staff are always attentive and willing to help, there is a great variery of gym equipment of the latest kind and the classes offered are endless. The atmosphere is friendly and the place overlooks the seaside. I highly recommend this Fitness Centre as it has fulfilled all my expectations regarding my workout experience.
