Ja…. Sorry. Im Winter nur vier Sterne bei Ambiente, im Sommer fünf…. ABER! Das beste Essen Sachsens, eventuell Deutschlands. Die Besten Spagetti Carbonara macht nen Kosovo-Albaner in Waldheim. Glaubt mir! Oder besser noch: kommt vorbei und testet selbst ob was dran ist an meinen Worten! Mein Einsatz steht. Und ICH setze auf Metis Küche.

Wir waren am Samstagabend mit Freunden zum ersten Mal hier und wurden herzlich empfangen. Es gab eine Suppe als Vorspeise auf Haus ,hatten Pizza bestellt, alles frisch gemacht das schmeckt man auch,war sehr lecker. Zum Schluss bekamen wir alle noch ne Kleinigkeit aufs Haus ,die Männer nen Schnaps, wir Mädels nen Kaffee und die beiden Kids hatten nen tollen Gemischten Saft bekommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke macht weiter so.

The latest addition to the Waldheimer cuisine, it is an Italian restaurant with a Kosovar twist - for the better. The pizza selection has some less common flavours in its palette such as peanut and banana, however the kids loved them. The pasta is covered in silky-smooth sauces and the hot chocolate is as puddingy-Italian as it gets. The risotto enriched with Meti's special sauce is simply the best I have tasted so far while eating out. But if you treat yourself to one of the Kosovar specialties from the menu, your taste buds will take a short trip to the Balkan region with its rich sauces, intriguing spices and portion sizes that will leave the hungriest satisfied. I would definitely take a detour for Meti's!

Metis Küche ist mit Abstand eines der besten Restaurants. Man fühlt sich immer herzlichst willkommen. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, nett und immer zur Stelle. Das Essen ist super lecker, wird stets frisch zubereitet und es gibt nichts auf der Karte was ich nicht empfehlen könnte. Die Preise sind auch gut. Also alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
