Wonderful
reception
after
haven
driven
for
7
hours.
He
is
very
attentive,
positive
and
organizes
things
in
the
background
without
you
even
asking.
In
addition
to
leaving
handwritten
notes
show
attention
to
detail
and
care
and
puts
a
smile
on
your
face.
He
walks
with
you
to
the
elevator,
it's
just
he
small
things
you
don't
see
anymore
and
I'm
on
the
road
every
month
at
different
Marriots.
Moreover,
the
hotel
team
works
together
like
a
perfect
symphony
and
make
you
feel
very
welcome
and
comfortable.
The
spa
and
swimming
pool
is
great
and
add
to
the
experience.
The
room
is
superb
and
the
espresso
in
the
room
is
another
level
(even
though
it's
your
typical
Nespresso
machine),
maybe
it's
the
combination
of
the
coffee
type
and
the
water
bottle
high
in
minerals.
The
bed
is
super
comfortable
and
we
were
able
to
sleep
and
catchup
on
our
lack
of
sleep.
The
only
downside
is
the
restaurant,
I
expected
a
bit
more
seen
it
is
next
to
a
Michelin
restaurant,
the
menu
was
unimaginative,
redundant,
and
overkill
with
random
sorbets
thrown
in,
that
was
a
little
disappointing.
Don't
get
me
wrong,
nothing
is
bad,
but
also
nothing
is
great.
It
just
hovers
around
average
which
doesn't
rhyme
with
the
Ritz
quality
standard.
However
the
burger
and
fries,
in
the
Lobby
are
a
killer
and
melts
in
your
mouth
,
as
well
as
the
chocolate
cake.
Stick
to
the
lobby
or
the
Michelin
restaurant
but
skip
the
restaurant.
Other
than
that,
can't
wait
to
come
back
and
bring
the
kids
as
well.
The
general
manager
mentioned
there
is
a
nice
treasure
hunt
and
kids
bathrobes!
