Admission is now between €10.50 and €14.50. Also for adults, who 99.9% of the time can't/are not allowed to do anything and just sit around stupidly. Other indoor playgrounds are more lenient and charge, for example, €7-8. The number of bouncy castles is quite good, you can't complain about that. The seating options are a joke when occupancy is high, which is 70% of the time. Far too few chairs/tables...or the shop is simply far too full. Since it can get extremely crowded, there are unfortunately more collisions between children. The food prices are now absolutely absurd. A 0.5 liter bottle of still water costs €3.20 + €0.50 deposit... although the bottle itself only has a deposit of €0.25. What's bad is that people take advantage of the kids' sweating and use it to sell overpriced drinks. These bottles can be bought in retail stores for €0.50. Simply disgusting. The food is therefore much too expensive and there is deep fryer food like nuggets/chips/etc. and all the other stuff like pizza and sweets. You'll look in vain for something healthy...well, the kids want junk food xD The mixing plate in the photo costs €7.80... a few fries, cheap nuggets (price stuff, no G meat), 2 fish fingers, 1 mini Viennese... Barely enough for 1 child. The entire hall is ventilated in an absolutely catastrophic way, which means that it's 30-40 degrees by default and the children are completely drenched in sweat and soil everything with their sweat. Fans are off by default, see picture, the ventilation system only seems to run at 30%..AT THE MAXIMUM. Some equipment has been broken for months and has not been maintained, such as the several air hockey tables, table tennis tables, driving machines, etc. see pictures. Unfortunately, I have to say that I can no longer recommend Bim & Boom. Too crowded, too expensive, too dangerous...no thanks

Nice employees who explain everything to you. When the hall is full, it is understandably louder. The food tasted delicious and the children were happy. For a children's birthday party it is reasonable value for money

A great and well equiped amusment park for kids. Has something interesting for any children age from about 1 to I guess 10 or so. In the back there's trampoline, in the middle a few blow-up castles with slides and so on. There's a bar/restaurant for parents with very basic selection of things to drink and eat. There's WIFI and the lighting was a bit poor before they turned on the lights. Would come again!

Children aged 1 year and over can have fun here. I would stay with it for another 2 or 3 years. Drinks are ridiculously expensive. You are not allowed to bring drinks with you, but I would at least keep the water under €2. The children run around and sweat a lot, especially in summer I find it really borderline. Nowadays everyone brings their own drink, but the entrance fee is really steep.

An ideal place for a successful afternoon with small children or even an exciting children's birthday party... The staff is very attentive and friendly and they have a lot of children under control on the weekend 😊👍🏻. There is really a lot to see and play opportunities for children.

The place for children to play is very good, but I don't recommend the food to anyone. I bought a plate of fried potatoes and found that there were fresh potatoes and potatoes that were fried and left together.

Well suited for families with children. Large indoor area where everyone can let off steam. The prices for food and drinks are quite expensive. Still recommended.

Great place to take the kids on the cold and rainy days of Berlin. The place is simply amazing, spacious and with toys that make the kids fun. The price is fair, there is a restaurant also with tasty food and affordable prices. It really is a great place to spend the day with the family.

A blast for kiddies. Of course more for the little ones. Dad and mom are logged out... Lots of bouncy castles and all sorts of things to climb, ride and play with. But be careful: some rides are penny grabs, you have to pay...

The worst coffee, the worst fries & the most terrible pizza I've ever eaten. 5€ for a coffee. The prices are absolutely exorbitant! A water ice cream costs €4! The toilets very dirty. Still 3 stars because the children's activities are great...

So 50€ entrance fee for 2 adults and 2 children is a lot of money. However, it is very big for children and they can have fun. But the prices for food and drink are (in my opinion) extremely expensive. 1 pair of wieners = €6, or 1 piece = €3 There are enough parking spaces and they don't cost anything.

We were one of the first after the children's area opened and there was still a plate of leftover food in the flower pot. The toilet smelled strongly of urine and the floor didn't feel very clean with socks on. Unfortunately, some toys are already broken and not just yesterday. Thick flakes of dust rain down from the trampoline nets when the children pull on them. Personally, I and my child too find the music there too loud. What we find very nice, however, is that you never really felt like it was overcrowded, even though it always gets full quite quickly. There are many different play options for young and old.

Great indoor playground, also ideal for children's birthday parties. As noted today, if you want to have a birthday party on the weekend, you should book early. Due to the good offer, booked up quickly.

Massive. A full disco bigger than most clubs, and 3 or 4 bouncy castles, a full indoor play centre, race track

it was good earlier..was lik a disaster yesterday. they were full.. but no food. Since no outside food is allowed, almost everyone was starving. There were 2 birthday celebrations there and only they got food. canteen couldn't handle the crowd and match food preparations.. and they have increased the entry price and decreased the quality of almost everything. I had been visiting this place since 2016 & my boys loved it. But yesterday will be the last day I take boys there and won't be visiting here again for sure. Totally disappointed.

Not happy, not enough drinks on the birthday table for the children. Too loud and way too crowded on the weekend. No organization, although we were informed in advance that there were several of us adults, nothing was organized so that the adults could also sit at the birthday table. Run down and dusty, the furnishings are definitely nicer and more loving. Drinking is way too expensive. Definitely not a recommendation, wouldn't come back again. Price-performance 👎

I was there alone with my son. The play area is very good. Very varied and suitable for big and small children. We felt comfortable and my son had fun. But what wasn't right at all: the sanitary facilities! First of all, there was a sign at the toilet entrance stating that there was a changing area. But there wasn't one there! Then a visitor gave me the tip to look at the disabled toilet. Lo and behold, there was a changing area. But he was loveless, "naked" and made you feel uncomfortable. By the way, I was alone and wanted to go to the disabled toilet with my son. And of course, it was closed! 😠 So we had to move over to the normal small cabin together. Really stupid and awkward. The only reason I was so annoyed about this situation was because we were in the children's play area! It is clear that many children are changed there. So why isn't there a nice area for the little ones there?! A little color, a few pictures and it would be much better. When I stop at a rest stop, I expect such a loveless atmosphere, but not in a children's play paradise. What a shame! In contrast, I have to highlight “Kaufpark Eiche”. There is the most amazing changing area I have ever seen!!!! The handwashing water also smelled strange. Disgusting! On top of that, there was no paper and no hand dryer in the changing area! It's a shame that going to the toilet spoiled my initial positive impression. Unfortunately, I couldn't taste the food anymore because my son was exhausted from playing and immediately fell asleep in his car 😁👍 We then drove home.

It’s a nice place, but the price is a rip off. Where I am from I’m used to pay €5/10 for toddlers/older children, adults free (I know, “go back then”😘) We paid €65 for 3 kids and 2 adults (“Ferien”). There are also quite a few areas/devices for which you need to pay separately. And of course the kitchen closed an hour early (“Personalmangel”), but it would have been customer friendly to make a “last order” announcement. Ah well, at least the kids had fun (when they were not being run over by older kids, but that’s inherent to a place like this I guess).

Celebrated our little one's birthday here with a group of friends from kita. The kids had a great time and there is a good variety of play areas. The admission fee is very high for what you get, as a normal guest and for the birthday parties. Lots of arcade machines which are not included in the administration fee and quite a few are out of order. The staff are pretty unfriendly. Some were rude and grumpy but others were just ok. Given it's supposed to be a fun environment the odd smile wouldn't hurt. The furnishings are pretty thrown together and a bit dinghy. Also really dark. There was a bit of light from the windows but it was overcast outside and a bit of overhead lighting would have gone a long way. The food and drink is pretty awful, although the pizzas did look alright. I was thinking about getting a beer but the price is higher than an average bar in Berlin! The prices of food and beverage are a bit steep in general especially for the low quality deep fried junk on offer, but the price of alcohol is so over the top. They also charge a pretty high admission fee for an adult and kids must be accompanied. This is not a bad idea though as I didn't really notice any staff in the play area. It seemed to be pretty much unsupervised. There may have been the odd staff member walking around but I didn't see it in 4 hours. So for kids it's great, for anyone who is a bit more aware of their surroundings, not so much. We have been here a handful of times in the past couple of years and these observations are very consistent. We were there in the morning for the birthday party and it was busy but not too bad, but when we have been there in the afternoon on previous visits it gets pretty overcrowded and chaotic.

Children loved it, lots of opportunities to let off steam. Prices acceptable, food good. Hygiene acceptable just toilets need more frequent, more attention. In principle, things have already been taken care of, but with so many children this claim may be impossible. The volume of the backdrop is brutal for the ears. The old factory hall and its echo plus the screaming of children quickly become very demanding.

An absolute paradise for children. Every age group will find something to climb, run around and have fun with. Climbing, slides, ball pits, electronic play equipment, children's disco and vehicles invite you to try them out. The employees are always friendly. Food and entry come at a price. Since we always go during the week and not on the weekend, it's usually not very crowded, which means there's enough space left to sit and run.

The space for children is good, but the price is overpriced, especially for parents. What is the entrance fee for? For sitting around and looking after your own children or will our children be looked after there without us? Would that be at least 3€, you can still say ok, but 10€? So it's better not to go!

You should take slippers with you, the floor is super slippery...generally great for children. Admission for adults is too expensive! They don't play there anyway... the toilets are reasonably clean, there was no toilet paper, the floor at the sink is always wet... The schnitzel with the champion rose has dill in it?! The taste didn't go well... otherwise the food wasn't particularly healthy and there were hardly any healthy alternatives. Fries weren't too salty. Some things are already pretty broken and could be replaced. Especially when it comes to admission prices...

The staff here are very rude, especially the staff working at the food counter, the girl wearing a scarf has a very rude attitude, not nice at all! I will never recommend this place to anyone, it's too boring 👎👎👎 I just came to this place because I took my children to play, but I don't like the staff here at all.👎

Omg the entrance fee is pricey but so much to do, it’s totally worth it. Budget extra to pay for some rides and food. There is a sign that says all non EC cards are accepted for purchases above 100 euro. However I was told only EC cards are accepted period. To be safe remember to bring cash if you don’t have an EC card. If you forget your cash you can find an “atm“ at hotel “Otel“ close by or the Springful S Bahn stop. No outside food allowed. You can buy inside and portions are generous and not pricey. My suggestion bring a container to put up some of the food, so your child can have multiple helpings throughout the day. Otherwise you will need to buy food twice or something if you are there for many hours. Socks must be worn to play. There are play options for the tiniest toddler to the biggest kid even adults. If you are using public transportation bring a flashlight if you will stay late and have a little one who is afraid of the dark. The place is in an remote industrial looking area that is very dark at night and appears spooky to a small child. All in all nice enough place for a birthdays or to reward a child or just to be somewhere a bit nicer than normal.

It is a nice place for kids to enjoy themselves. However no air conditioning in summer and not enough heating in winter & it is pretty dark even during the day. The food is OK. The entrance price is a little too high.

Location is in a very unattractive industrial area, next to a factory. But the indoors offers a lot for kids to play with including some arcade games. Unfortunately a lot of it means you have to pay extra. It was a cloudy day, so dark inside, they didn’t turn on the lights til we were leaving and that made such a huge difference. The dark atmosphere of the space makes it a lot less comfortable for kids to play, especially in the back where the main verticals maze structure was located. Points for having fresher food then most places, yes you can even get a salad which for a parent is a god send. There’s the usual junk food, but unlike most places that only have junk food you have a few options here that makes you feel less guilty as a parent to eat there. It was clean, the equipment was fairly well maintained, through the ice hockey tables were barely working. One maybe point of improvement is providing a charging spot for parents and turn on the lights and making the small outdoor area a bit comfortable.

Price is ridiculous, 10euro to enter and watch only. Most activities are not included in the cover charge. Come prepared! Not equivalent to other indoor play places. Dirty and dark.

  • 5/5 Nina 3 months ago on Google • 11 reviews New
This place is just incredible for children there is a wide choice of games. The only downside is that you already pay for entry, whether for adults or children, and it's a shame to have to pay extra for certain games inside if you want to use them.
